技术领域
本发明涉及一种凉粉,具体地说是一种野山楂凉粉。 
背景技术
凉粉为汉族食品之一,流行于中国各地。调以酱油、醋、芥茉而食,清凉爽滑,为夏季风味食品。在华南地区是指凉粉草及大米所制作的、冷冻后成绿色或黑色胶状凝固物,暑天可作解渴品,如广式凉粉、江西凉粉等。而西北地区是指用米、豌豆或各种薯类淀粉所制作的凉拌粉,如荣昌黄凉粉、四川凉粉、青海凉粉、山西凉粉等。夏季吃凉粉消暑解渴;冬季热吃凉粉多调辣椒又可祛寒。凉粉的吃法一般有两种:一是凉拌,二是煎粉。宋·孟元老《东京梦华录》称北宋时汴梁已有“细索凉粉”。制作方法:将绿豆粉泡好搅成糊状,水烧至将开,加入白矾并倒入已备好的绿豆糊,放凉即成。白色透明、呈水晶状。目前尚未有一种野山楂凉粉的报导。 
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题:本发明目的是提供一种具有消食健胃之保健功能的野山楂凉粉。 
技术方案: 一种野山楂凉粉,由以下重量份组成:红薯粉40-50份、干凉粉草35-45份、胡萝卜10-15份,野山楂5-8份。 
优选地:红薯粉45份、干凉粉草40份、胡萝卜12份、野山楂6份。 
本发明有如下显著效果:本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有清热解暑、消食健胃之功效。 
野山楂功能主治:消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫。治肉积,症瘕,痰饮,痞满,吞酸,泻痢,肠风,腰痛,疝气产后儿枕痛,恶露不尽,小儿乳食停滞。消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、产后瘀阻、心腹刺痛、疝气疼痛、高血脂症。 
胡萝卜:肉质根富含蔗糖、葡萄糖、淀粉、胡萝卜素及钾、钙、磷等。胡萝卜富含维生素A,可促进机体的正常生长与繁殖,维持上皮组织、防止呼吸道感染,保持视力正常,治疗夜盲症和眼干燥症。妇女进食可以降低卵巢癌的发病发病率。内含琥珀酸钾,有助于防止血管硬化,降低胆固醇,并防治高血压。胡萝卜素可清除致人衰老的自由基,B族维生素和维生素C等营养成分也有润皮肤、抗衰老的作用。胡萝卜具有一定的降压、强心、抗炎、抗过敏和增强视力的作用,其降压机理主要由其钾盐所致。 
《本草纲目》记载,胡萝卜能“下气补中,和胸膈肠胃,安五脏,令人健食,有益无损” 
红薯粉:红薯有助于维持人体的正常叶酸水平,体内叶酸含量过低会增加得癌症的风险。红薯中高含量的膳食纤维有促进胃肠蠕动、预防便秘和结肠直肠癌的作用。红薯有益于心脏,红薯富含钾、β-胡萝卜素、叶酸、维生素C和维生素B6,这5种成分均有助于预防心血管疾病。钾有助于人体细胞液体和电解质平衡,维持正常血压和心脏功能。
凉粉草,又名:仙人草,仙人冻,仙草,为唇形科植物,茎下部伏地,上部直立, 叶卵形或卵状长圆形,先端稍钝,基部渐收缩成柄,边缘有小锯齿,两面均有疏长毛;着生于花序上部的叶较小,呈苞片状,卵形至倒三角形,较花短,基部常带淡紫色,结果时脱落。总状花序柔弱, 花小,轮生,萼小,钟状,2唇形,上唇3裂,下唇全缘,结果时或筒状,下弯,有纵脉及横皱纹;花冠淡红色,上唇阔,全缘或齿裂,下唇长椭圆形,凹陷;雄蕊4,花丝突出;雌蕊1,花柱2裂;花盘一边膨大。小坚果椭圆形。 花期秋季末。分布我国南部。功用主治:清暑,解渴,除热毒。是凉粉的主要配料之一。治中暑,消渴,高血压,肌肉、关节疼痛。《本草求原》:清暑热,解藏府结热毒,治酒风。《中国药植图鉴》:为清凉解渴除暑剂。全草煎服,治糖尿病。《广东中药》:治湿火骨痛,广州部队《常用中草药手册》:清热解暑。治中暑,感冒,高血压,肌肉、关节疼痛。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种野山楂凉粉,由以下重量份组成:红薯粉40-50份、干凉粉草35-45份、胡萝卜10-15份,野山楂5-8份。 
凉粉草在锅里煮沸后30分钟后将凉粉草取出,加入清水的份量是凉粉草与清水重量比为1:2.5;煮出液待用,取出的凉粉草在清水中搓洗,凉粉草与清水重量比为1:3;洗出液与煮出液混合,过滤后称之为混合液;将野胡萝卜、山楂打碎后放入混合液中搅拌,并倒入红薯粉在锅中搅拌煮熟,倒入容器,待冷却凝固后食用。 
实施例2:一种野山楂凉粉,由以下重量份组成:红薯粉450克、干凉粉草400克、胡萝卜120克、野山楂60克。制备方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种野山楂凉粉,其特征在于由以下重量份组成:红薯粉40-50份、干凉粉草35-45份、胡萝卜10-15份,野山楂5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种野山楂凉粉,其特征在于:红薯粉45份、干凉粉草40份、胡萝卜12份、野山楂6份。
