本发明公开了一种新型液压对开插板阀,具由阀体,插板卡装在阀体内侧壁上的水平滑槽内,插板连接往复动力机构,其特征在于:所述插板为两个,相对设置,且两插板位于上下两个平面,当阀门闭合时两插板具有上下重叠部分;所述阀体上设有对插板上下两面密封的上下面密封结构,所述卡装插板的水平滑槽内设有对水平滑槽和插板侧面进行密封的侧密封结构。与现有技术相比,具有动力消耗小、无泄露,彻底解决目前市场上常规阀门的易堵塞、卡死的问题,可作为粉类物料的阀门使用。

一种新型液压对开插板阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种电厂给煤机进、出口用插板阀。
背景技术
最近几年随着电厂所用煤种的多样性,有许多电厂反映给煤机进、出口插板阀频繁出现卡死的问题,经常出现阀门关不住或关注打不开的问题,影响了机组的安全稳定运行。煤仓之所以堵塞,其原因之一是在其插板阀部位发生粘煤堵煤问题,导致了整个煤仓的下煤不畅,经调查发现出现以上问题的原因如下:
常规电动插板阀为单阀板开关结构,通过齿轮齿条传动的,在其齿条及导轨上粘煤以后,不仅使电动头磨损加快,还导致插板卡死(关住打不开、打开后关不住)问题。常规电动插板阀阀体较厚,在其方变圆的边角部位存在诸多粘煤堵煤隐患,使阀门极易出现堵塞。常规电动插板阀是整体密封结构,其阀板所处位置,在外侧看不到,阀板的开、关状态操作人员不知道,当阀板卡阻时无法即时发现。
发明内容
为了解决目前传统插板阀存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种液压对开插板阀,阀门开合状态直观可见,可彻底解决目前市场上常规阀门的易堵塞、卡死的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案:
该新型液压对开插板阀,具由阀体,插板卡装在阀体内侧壁上的水平滑槽内,插板连接往复动力机构,其特征在于:所述插板为两个,相对设置,且两插板位于上下两个平面,当阀门闭合时两插板具有上下重叠部分;所述阀体上设有对插板上下两面密封的上下面密封结构,所述卡装插板的水平滑槽内设有对水平滑槽和插板侧面进行密封的侧密封结构。
所述上下面密封结构具有侧夹板和上盖板,侧夹板和上盖板与阀体构成填料空间,密封填料位于填料空间内,上盖板上设有密封填料压紧机构;所述侧密封结构具有位于水平滑槽上的螺孔,螺孔内依次设有密封柱、压紧弹簧,调节螺栓旋合在螺孔内,通过压紧弹簧压紧密封柱,使密封柱紧贴插板侧面。
所述密封填料压紧机构由密封填料压板、压紧弹簧和压紧螺栓构成,压紧螺栓压缩压紧弹簧,压紧弹簧通过密封填料压板使密封填料紧贴插板上下面。
阀体由矩形架体和固定于架体中部的下料管,下料管可以为矩形或圆形,所述水平滑槽位于下料管两侧的矩形架体的内侧上,所述插板分别卡装在矩形架体的水平滑槽内。
所述下料通道中,阀板上部的下料通道口径小于阀板下部的下料通道口径。
所述两个插板的重叠距离为10-35mm。
所述两个阀板的前端侧面为斜面结构,两侧位于水平滑槽的位置具有突出部。
所述往复动力机构为电液推杆。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:该新型液压对开插板阀,具有两个对开的插板,两插板在竖直高度上相互错开,当两个插板闭合时,两插板的端部相互交错(交错距离为10mm-35mm),可以分别推开位于插板上的煤粉,确保阀门的闭合,解决了现有技术中阀板闭合不严的弊端。由于煤仓为正压状态,故阀门的密封十分重要,为避免煤粉的泄露,本发明在插板的上下面缝隙处设有上下面密封结构,该上下面密封结构具有侧夹板和上盖板,侧夹板和上盖板与阀体构成填料空间,密封填料位于填料空间内,上盖板上设有密封填料压紧机构;通过密封填料压紧机构中的压紧螺栓压缩压紧弹簧,压紧弹簧通过密封填料压板对密封填料进行压紧,实现了阀体与插板的良好密封。当密封填料磨损时,通过调节压紧螺栓可以再次压紧密封填料,保证密封效果。所述插板通过位于阀体内侧壁上的水平滑槽内,通过插板的滑动实现阀门的开合,但插板两侧与水平滑槽存在间隙,本发明在该间隙处设有侧密封结构,所述侧密封结构具有位于水平滑槽上的螺孔,螺孔内依次设有密封柱、压紧弹簧,调节螺栓旋合在螺孔内,通过压紧弹簧压紧密封柱,使密封柱紧贴插板侧面,实现了插板侧面与水平滑槽之间的密封。当密封柱磨损时,通过调节螺栓旋入,可实现再次压紧密封。液压对开插板阀通过两个电液推杆作为动力,电液推杆体积小,动作灵活,推力大,成本低,行程稳定,推拉插板做往复动作,实现阀门的开关。阀板外露,阀板所处位置可见,且其往复动力机构-电液推杆行程一定,电液对开插板阀开关状态可知。所述下料通道中,阀板上部的下料通道口径小于阀板下部的下料通道口径,使下料通道内无台阶,保证下料的通畅。所述两个阀板的前端侧面为斜面结构,两侧位于水平滑槽的位置具有突出部。斜面结构使阀板在闭合时能够铲煤的效果,减小了煤对阀板的阻力,突出部位于水平滑槽位置,在阀板闭合时对进入水平滑槽内的煤具有铲出导流的作用,实现自清理轨道功能。与现有技术相比,具有动力消耗小、无泄露,可彻底解决目前市场上常规阀门的易堵塞、卡死的问题,可作为粉类物料的阀门使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的技术的单阀板开关结构是整体密封结构,通过齿轮齿条传动。这种常规电动插板阀阀体较厚,在其方变圆的边角部位存在诸多粘煤堵煤隐患,使阀门极易出现堵塞。其阀板所处位置,在外侧看不到,阀板的开、关状态操作人员不知道,当阀板卡阻时无法即时发现。
如图2、3、4、5所示的新型液压对开插板阀,具有阀体,阀体由矩形架体2和固定于架体中部的下料管5,下料管5可以为矩形或圆形,下料管5两侧的矩形架体2的内侧设有水平滑槽9、17,插板3、6分别卡装在水平滑槽9、17内,两插板位于上下两个平面,当阀门闭合时两插板具有上下重叠部分,重叠距离为10-35mm。插板3、6分别连接电液推杆1、7,单个电液推杆推力达30kN,避免不能开启/关闭的问题,与电动元件相比较,具有推力大、易操作、便维护的优势。所述下料通道中,阀板上部的下料通道口径小于阀板下部的下料通道口径。如图6所示,所述两个阀板的前端侧面为斜面结构20,所述斜面结构为在阀板侧面倒45度角形成,两侧位于水平滑槽的位置具有突出部19,所述突出部呈三角形状。斜面结构使阀板在闭合时能够铲煤的效果,减小了煤对阀板的阻力,突出部位于水平滑槽位置,在阀板闭合时对进入水平滑槽内的煤具有铲出导流的作用,实现自清理轨道功能。
所述矩形架体2上设有对插板上下两面密封的上下面密封结构8,所述卡装插板的水平滑槽内设有对水平滑槽和插板侧面进行密封的侧密封结构4。所述上下面密封结构8具有侧夹板12和上盖板10,侧夹板12和上盖板10与阀体构成填料空间,密封填料14位于填料空间内,上盖板上设有密封填料压紧机构,所述密封填料压紧机构由密封填料压板15、压紧弹簧13和压紧螺栓11构成,压紧螺栓11压缩压紧弹簧13,压紧弹簧通过密封填料压板使密封填料紧贴插板上下面。所述侧密封结构4具有位于水平滑槽上的螺孔,螺孔内依次设有密封柱18、压紧弹簧17,调节螺栓16旋合在螺孔内,通过压紧弹簧压紧密封柱,使密封柱18紧贴插板侧面。密封柱18采用弹性耐磨材料如尼龙塑料或橡胶等。
液压对开插板阀工作模式:液压对开插板阀通过两个电液推杆1、7作为动力,当需要关闭阀门时,控制信号控制电液推杆动作,推动两个插板向下料管中间位置移动,当两个阀板上下具有重叠部分时,电液推杆停止动作,实现阀门的关闭,当需要打开阀门时,两电液推杆反向动作,带动两阀板退出下料管,阀门打开。所述两个电液推杆位于阀体的框架内,工作人可直观的观察到阀板处于关闭或打开状态,出现非正常工作状态时可即时发现,方便监控。

1.一种新型液压对开插板阀,具由阀体,插板卡装在阀体内侧壁上的水平滑槽内,插板连接往复动力机构,其特征在于:所述插板为两个,相对设置,且两插板位于上下两个平面,当阀门闭合时两插板具有上下重叠部分;所述阀体上设有对插板上下两面密封的上下面密封结构,所述卡装插板的水平滑槽内设有对水平滑槽和插板侧面进行密封的侧密封结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述上下面密封结构具有侧夹板和上盖板,侧夹板和上盖板与阀体构成填料空间,密封填料位于填料空间内,上盖板上设有密封填料压紧机构;所述侧密封结构具有位于水平滑槽上的螺孔,螺孔内依次设有密封柱、压紧弹簧,调节螺栓旋合在螺孔内,通过压紧弹簧压紧密封柱,使密封柱紧贴插板侧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述密封填料压紧机构由密封填料压板、压紧弹簧和压紧螺栓构成,压紧螺栓压缩压紧弹簧,压紧弹簧通过密封填料压板使密封填料紧贴插板上下面。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项权利要求所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:阀体由矩形架体和固定于架体中部的下料管,下料管可以为矩形或圆形,所述水平滑槽位于下料管两侧的矩形架体的内侧上,所述插板分别卡装在矩形架体的水平滑槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述下料通道中,阀板上部的下料通道口径小于阀板下部的下料通道口径。
6.如权利要求4所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述两个插板的重叠距离为10-35mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述两个阀板的前端侧面为斜面结构,两侧位于水平滑槽的位置具有突出部。
8.如权利要求1所述的新型液压对开插板阀,其特征在于:所述往复动力机构为电液推杆。
