Abstract
本发明公开了一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,所述热嘴矩形本体侧部内嵌导热片,热嘴浇口的内侧端面紧贴导热片设置,热嘴浇口的内侧端面与导热片为平面接触,热嘴矩形本体四周均匀分布有电加热丝,热嘴浇口整体呈喇叭口状,具有如下优点,①浇口缩小;②热嘴腔与腔之间布局空间缩小;③采用平面导热设计,热嘴浇口与导热片以平面接触,导热片与热嘴浇口端面处完全接触,最大限度的提升导热速度;④在热嘴浇口外壁处被绝缘材料隔热时,不会出现浇口端面处的产品上形成冷料,避免了导热时散热现象的出现,提高了产品的质量。同时,在热嘴端面上设置平面接触,该导热片在热嘴浇口端面处以面接触,确保流道在运动过程中始终保持与热嘴浇口温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑成型的模具的技术领域,具体的说是一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,特别涉及其机械结构。
背景技术
随着消费者对成本产品外观的要求越来越高,热流道技术在模具行业中的应用也越来越广泛。热流道装置包括高温熔融塑胶移动的热流道、控制热流道中熔融塑胶注入的热嘴矩形本体,热嘴矩形本体通过热流道套控制热流道中的熔融塑胶注入模具。矩形排布式的热流道在模体中减少产品排布空间,在生产过程中节约成本。然而,其它普通圆式热流道在排布产品数量中占用模具本体空间大,生产产品数量少,增加了模具成本,且降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,旨在避免热嘴浇口不能增多而造成模具成本增加,生产产量降低,而新型热流道产品数量增加,降低模具50%制造成本,提高50%生产效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,它包括热嘴矩形本体,其特征在于:所述热嘴矩形本体侧部内嵌导热片,热嘴浇口的内侧端面紧贴导热片设置,热嘴浇口的内侧端面与导热片为平面接触,热嘴矩形本体四周均匀分布有电加热丝,热嘴浇口整体呈喇叭口状,热嘴浇口的内侧端面为喇叭口状的大直径端面,热嘴浇口的外端为喇叭口状的小直径端,热嘴浇口中段的外部套接有热嘴浇口定位环,热嘴矩形本体上部设有热流道套,该热流道套下部嵌入热嘴矩形本体内,该热流道套内纵向设有纵向热流道,该纵向热流道与热嘴矩形本体内横向分布的横向热流道连通,该横向热流道穿透导热片并延伸至热嘴浇口的小直径端,并与小直径端的端口连通,该小直径端的端口内径为1 mm -3mm。
本发明公开了一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,与现有技术的圆形热流道(图3)相比:①浇口8缩小;②热嘴腔与腔之间布局空间缩小; 采用平面导热设计,热嘴浇口与导热片以平面接触,导热片与热嘴浇口端面处完全接触,最大限度的提升导热速度;在热嘴浇口外壁处被绝缘材料隔热时,不会出现浇口端面处的产品上形成冷料,避免了导热时散热现象的出现,提高了产品的质量。同时,在热嘴端面上设置平面接触,该导热片在热嘴浇口端面处以面接触,确保流道在运动过程中始终保持与热嘴浇口温度。这样,就能够提高热流道注塑成型装置在生产过程中的稳定可靠,降低模具的维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明进一步进行描述。
本发明为一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,它包括热嘴矩形本体1,其区别于现有技术在于:所述热嘴矩形本体1侧部内嵌导热片3,热嘴浇口2的内侧端面紧贴导热片3设置,热嘴浇口2的内侧端面与导热片3为平面接触,热嘴矩形本体1四周均匀分布有电加热丝6,热量通过导热片3传导至热嘴浇口中,热嘴浇口2整体呈喇叭口状,热嘴浇口2的内侧端面为喇叭口状的大直径端面,热嘴浇口2的外端为喇叭口状的小直径端,热嘴浇口2中段的外部套接有热嘴浇口定位环4,热嘴浇口定位环4内部套接有隔热片7,热嘴浇口定位环4与隔热片7能起到隔热保护的作用,防此热嘴浇口热流量散失,有效的保证热嘴浇口的温度确保熔融塑胶注入模具。
在具体实施时,热嘴矩形本体1上部设有热流道套5,该热流道套5下部嵌入热嘴矩形本体1内,该热流道套5内纵向设有纵向热流道51,该纵向热流道51与热嘴矩形本体1内横向分布的横向热流道11连通,该横向热流道11穿透导热片3并延伸至热嘴浇口2的小直径端,并与小直径端的端口连通,将其设计为热嘴矩形本体和热嘴浇口的结构主要是便于热流道腔与腔之间空间排布缩小、 矩形排布在本体上减少模具排布空间,降低模具的制造成本。
在具体实施时,所述热嘴矩形本体1两侧均分布有依直线排列的导热片3,所有导热片3均嵌入热嘴矩形本体1内,每块导热片3表面均设有一热嘴浇口2,且热嘴浇口2的内侧大直径端面与导热片3为平面接触。
由于将热嘴浇口设计成矩形状结构,导热片与热嘴浇口的端面接触形成了以面接触,加大了热嘴浇口出口处的流道,导热在热嘴浇口端面处完全接触,避免了在热嘴浇口处出现冷胶现象,保证了产品的质量。同时,热嘴浇口定位环能够避免流道在运动过程中与内腔传热,保证了导热片在运动中始终与热嘴浇口保持温度。这样,也提高了热流道注塑成型装置生产过程中的稳定可靠。

1.一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,它包括热嘴矩形本体(1),其特征在于:所述热嘴矩形本体(1)侧部内嵌导热片(3),热嘴浇口(2)的内侧端面紧贴导热片(3)设置,热嘴浇口(2)的内侧端面与导热片(3)为平面接触,热嘴矩形本体(1)四周均匀分布有电加热丝(6),热嘴浇口(2)整体呈喇叭口状,热嘴浇口(2)的内侧端面为喇叭口状的大直径端面,热嘴浇口(2)的外端为喇叭口状的小直径端,热嘴浇口(2)中段的外部套接有热嘴浇口定位环(4),热嘴浇口定位环(4)内部套接有隔热片(7),热嘴矩形本体(1)上部设有热流道套(5),该热流道套(5)下部嵌入热嘴矩形本体(1)内,该热流道套(5)内纵向设有纵向热流道(51),该纵向热流道(51)与热嘴矩形本体(1)内横向分布的横向热流道(11)连通,该横向热流道(11)穿透导热片(3)并延伸至热嘴浇口(2)的小直径端,并与小直径端的端口连通,该小直径端的端口内径为1 mm -3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热流道注塑成型热嘴结构,其特征在于:所述热嘴矩形本体(1)两侧均分布有依直线排列的导热片(3),所有导热片(3)均嵌入热嘴矩形本体(1)内,每块导热片(3)表面均设有一热嘴浇口(2),且热嘴浇口(2)的内侧大直径端面与导热片(3)为平面接触。
