技术领域
本发明涉及一种用碳纤维制成的织物,特别是一种能用于服装或者皮制品的柔韧织物。本发明也涉及到一种制造该织物的方法,以及一种包括该织物的服装或皮制品的产品。
背景技术
已知的碳纤维织物包括一张碳纤维细丝互相垂直排列的网。这些已知的织物浸渍过聚合树脂,按照适当的方向重叠。该树脂被硬化从而得到具有高电阻系数的刚性材料,以适应结构件以及装饰件的生产。该些材料,由于其刚度特性,不能被应用于要求柔韧织物能够缝纫和折叠的领域,例如服装工业。这也排除了那些一旦变形后会易于抽线,无法保持纤维排列不变的,由碳纤维制成的胚布的应用。
JP-A-2003245991以及US-A-2008023010公开了包含一层碳纤维织物与一层聚合物层,尤其是聚氨酯层压的衣物。
JP-A-2011162897公开了一种用于包和衣物的,以丙烯酸和聚氨酯树脂浸渍的碳纤维织物。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种没有上述缺点的,由碳纤维制成的织物。所述的目的是由一种织物,一种方法以及一种产品实现的,其主要特征具体表现在权利要求1、2和12中,同时其他特征具体表现在其余的权利要求中。
由于其特性,本发明的织物能有利地应用于服装或者皮制品的产品以及配件,特别是包,以及其他要求用到柔韧织物的应用,例如座椅和内墙的覆盖层,特别是汽车的。实际上,本发明的织物,其就算当纤维受到接缝的压力时都不会磨损。而且即使变形,该织物也保持纤维的实质垂直排列以及有限的纵向滑动,从而避免了其结构的永久变形。
较佳地,一层特殊的保护层敷于该织物从而改善了制造期间的处理和/或限制了织物的柔韧性,以及使其有抵抗力,防水,绝缘,半透明,不透明和/或者不反光。
本发明的织物摸上去很舒服,电阻高,这些都优于碳纤维胚布的,同时保留极度的柔韧性,可以在同一织物上制造折叠和褶缝而不会破坏其完整性。由于敷于其上的特殊层保证了即使是变形后该织物纹理正确的排列,所以该织物也十分有弹性。因此在不牺牲其纹理和不引起纤维间的抽线下,使该织物变形是可能的。
根据本发明的一方面,特殊的聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜仅仅粘附在碳纤维织物最表面的纤维上,同时在该织物最内层的细丝在它们之间保持游离而滑动,从而得到对表面磨损的织物抵抗力,但是仍然极度的柔韧。
较佳地,本织物的最终结构中,至少一个边缘被折叠和缝纫在其自身之上,从而形成一条褶缝以防止织物最内层的纤维的抽线。

参考图1,可见本发明的织物1包括至少一个组织,特别是布,斜纹织物或者缎纹组织,组织中的碳纤维的纱线具有50至5000g/km之间的线密度,并包含1000至60000条细丝,特别是3000至24000的细丝具有的直径为介于5至10微米之间。织物1的厚度介于50和1000微米之间。
在第一预操作步骤中,为了保证整齐性以及组织的美观完成,织物1在介于30度至200度之间的温度和/或在适合施加一个变压的两个圆柱体或两块板产生的介于10至200巴之间的压强下刷洗和/或熨烫过。
在第二预操作步骤中,至少一层保护层2,特别包含用聚酯、聚酰胺或玻璃纤维制备而成的一层无纺布或一层薄膜通过至少一层铺于织物1的粘胶层3,特别以聚氨酯,丙烯酸或硅树脂为基础的,被铺于织物1的一面上。保护层2的厚度介于在50至500微米之间。在将保护层2用于织物1的应用中粘胶层3被加热到介于50°至250°之间的温度,从而将粘胶层3熔化而不改变保护层2的性能。
参考附图2,可见在主要操作步骤中一层聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4,较佳地为透明的或者半透明的,被铺于织物1相对于保护层2相反的一面,意味着织物1被包含在保护层2以及聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4之间。该聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4的厚度介于50至500微米之间,其采用层压的方式铺于于织物1,特别是热轧或者冲压,其中织物1和聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4在介于30°至200°之间的温度下和/或在介于10至200巴之间的压强下被层压在一起。在此操作步骤中聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4与织物1接触的表面部分地渗透入织物1,从而形成一层中间层5,其厚度介于织物1的厚度的5%至60%之间,其中织物1的外细丝与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4成一体。
在备选的实施例中,在敷保护层2之前,上述方式中的该聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4可以被铺于织物1。
在最终操作步骤中,织物1的至少一个边缘与该聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜4以及该保护层2结合,若有的话,其被折叠和缝在其自身之上以形成褶缝。

Claims (12)
1.一种碳纤维织物,其中一层聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)与织物(1)的至少一面结合,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)部分地渗透织物(1),从而形成一层中间层(5),其中所述的织物(1)的外细丝与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)为成一体的。
2.一种生产碳纤维织物的方法,其特征在于,一层聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)通过层压被铺于所述的碳纤维织物(1)的一面,特别是热轧或冲压,其中所述的聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)的与织物(1)接触的表面部分地渗透织物(1)以形成一层中间层(5),其中所述的织物(1)的外细丝与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)成一体。
3.根据前述权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的层压是处在介于30°至200°之间的温度下和/或处于10至200巴之间的压强下进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的织物或者根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的织物(1)包括至少一个组织,特别是布、斜纹织物或者缎纹组织,组织中的碳纤维的纱线具有50至5000g/km之间的线密度并包含1000至60000条细丝,尤其是3000到24000的细丝,且其具有的直径介于5至10微米之间。
5.根据权利要求1或4的织物或者根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的织物(1)上与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)相反的一面与一层保护层(2)结合,所以织物(1)介于保护层(2)与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)之间。
6.根据前述权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述的聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)铺于所述的织物(1)表面之前,所述的保护层(2)被敷于该织物(1)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的织物或权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的保护层(2)包括一层薄膜或一层无纺布,且由聚酯,聚酰胺或玻璃纤维制成。
8.根据权利要求5或7所述的织物或者根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的保护层(2)通过至少一层粘附层(3)被敷于该织物(1)的一面。
9.根据权利要求1、4、5、7或8所述的织物或者根据权利要求2~8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的织物(1)的至少一个边缘与聚氨酯或丙烯酸薄膜(4)以及与保护层(2)结合,若有的话,其被折叠以及被缝在其自身之上以形成一褶缝。
10.根据权利要求1、4、5、7、8或9所述的织物或根据权利要求2到9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的中间层(5)的厚度介于所述的织物(1)厚度的5%与60%之间。
11.根据权利要求1、4、5、7、8、9或10所述的织物或者权利要求2到10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯或者丙烯酸薄膜(4)是透明的或者半透膜的。
12.一种服装或者皮制品产品,特别是一种包,其特征在于,其包含根据权利要求1、4、5、7、8、9、10或11中任一项所述的织物。
