Abstract
本发明公开了用于线控换档型自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置。所述驻车模式手动释放装置包括:壳体,所述壳体具有与所述自动变速器的换档控制杆的旋转联动的平移运动;棒构件,所述棒构件布置成相对于所述壳体滑动远到预定行程并且具有锁定部;以及锁定夹,所述锁定夹紧固到所述壳体。当所述锁定部由所述锁定夹锁定时,与所述棒构件的滑动运动联动地产生所述壳体的平移运动,并且所述棒构件连接到一线缆,当手动释放驻车模式时所述线缆被牵拉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置,并且更具体地涉及用于线控换档型自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置。
背景技术
线控换档型自动变速器通过将安装在驾驶室中的换档杆的控制信号电气传送到自动变速器而控制该变速器。
自动变速器具有驻车模式。如果车辆因例如交通事故而不能行进或者如果在驻车模式中因电池放电而难以供应电力,则只有当驻车模式被强制释放时使用者或人才能采取诸如拖曳的措施。
作为示例,2011年8月10日公布的韩国专利公开第10-2011-0090962号公开了一种驻车模式的手动释放装置。然而,该手动释放装置具有的几个问题在于:杆结构复杂;并且由于因电磁体的使用而在电池的容量方面的局限性而限制了操作的重复次数。
发明内容
因而,形成本发明以解决现有技术中产生的上述问题,并且本发明的目的在于提供这样一种用于自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置,该驻车模式手动释放装置具有简单结构并且不是电子类型的驻车模式手动释放装置,而是使用电磁体。
为了实现以上目的,本发明提供一种用于线控换档型自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置,所述驻车模式手动释放装置包括:壳体,所述壳体具有与所述自动变速器的换档控制杆的旋转联动的平移运动;棒构件,所述棒构件布置成相对于所述壳体滑动远到预定行程并且具有锁定部;以及锁定夹,所述锁定夹紧固到所述壳体。当所述锁定部由所述锁定夹锁定时,与所述棒构件的滑动运动联动地产生所述壳体的平移运动,并且所述棒构件连接到一线缆,当手动释放驻车模式时所述线缆被牵拉。
所述预定行程可以由处于第一换档模式的第一位置和处于第二换档模式的第二位置限定,所述第一位置是在所述自动变速器的正常操作环境下所述换档控制杆的初始位置,所述第二位置是所述换档控制杆的最大旋转位置。
优选的是,在所述第一位置,所述锁定部由所述锁定夹锁定。
所述第一位置是处于驻车模式的位置,并且在所述自动变速器的异常操作环境下,当牵拉所述线缆时,所述锁定部在其由所述锁定夹锁定的状态下被牵拉,从而使所述壳体平移运动,使得所述换档控制杆被旋转至空档模式。
根据本发明的用于自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置的结构非常简单,并且在正常操作环境下不向线缆传送换档控制杆的操作,并且能够在异常操作环境下手动释放驻车模式。而且,用于自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置能够手动释放驻车模式而不对操作数量有任何限制,这是因为其不是电子类型的装置。

具体实施方式
现在将参照附图详细地参考本发明的优选实施方式。
图1是根据本发明的驻车模式手动释放装置的立体图,并且图2是图1的分解立体图。根据本发明的用于自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置由设置在驾驶室中的线缆牵拉装置操纵。本发明涉及连接到变速器的换档控制杆的装置,但并不涉及用于操纵该装置的线缆牵拉装置。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的驻车模式手动释放装置包括壳体10、棒构件20以及锁定夹30。为了减轻在棒构件20的操作期间产生的振动和噪音,该驻车模式手动释放装置还可以包括弹簧构件60。为了简化图示在图3至图6中省略了弹簧构件60。
该驻车模式手动释放装置还包括紧固装置50,设置该紧固装置用于将所述驻车模式手动释放装置紧固到车辆的托架等。紧固装置50在图中被示出,但其详细说明将被省略,这是因为其不是本发明的核心部件之一。
供连接换档控制杆100的换档杆连接部15被设置在壳体10的端部处,并且棒构件20布置成相对于壳体10滑动远到预定行程。棒构件20设置有锁定部25。锁定夹30结合到壳体10,并且锁定部25由锁定夹30锁定从而防止棒构件20与壳体10分离开,并且如稍后所述,壳体10借助线缆牵拉装置的操纵而被向右牵拉,因此当线缆200由驾驶室的线缆牵拉装置(未示出)牵拉时,棒构件20也能相对于壳体10滑动。
图3是示出了处于正常操作环境下的第一换档模式的视图,图4是示出了处于正常操作环境下的第二换档模式的视图。
第一换档模式是驻车模式,第二换档模式是在换档控制杆100最大程度地旋转的状态下的换档模式。第二换档模式可以是驱动模式(D)。在第一换档模式中,锁定部25被锁定夹30锁定。在自动变速器和电子换档杆正常操作的情形下,换档指令信号借助换档杆的操作而被传输,从而换档控制杆100正常旋转。如图4所示,当换档控制杆100在正常操作状态下旋转时,壳体10向右移动,因此棒构件20相对于壳体10向左相对滑动,如图4所示。因此,换档控制杆100的操作在正常操作环境下不被传送到线缆200。
图5和图6示出了其中由于电池的放电或其它原因而不可以正常换档的状态。
图5示出了第一换档模式(即,驻车模式)的状态。与图3一样,在图5中,棒构件20的锁定部25由锁定夹30锁定。然而,在驻车模式中,锁定部25不是必需由锁定夹30锁定,而是在锁定部25和锁定夹30之间可以存在一些空间。也就是说,在线缆200由线缆牵拉装置牵拉时如果锁定部25能够朝向锁定夹30移动并且牵拉壳体10从而能够使驾驶员强制操纵换档控制杆100,则锁定部25可以被锁定在任何位置。
当线缆200由线缆牵拉装置牵拉时,棒构件20也被向右牵拉,并且锁定夹30和供锁定锁定部25的壳体10也被向右牵拉。因此,如图6所示,连接到换档杆连接部15的换档控制杆100旋转至释放驻车模式(例如,空档模式)的位置,并且最后,驻车模式能够被手动释放。
尽管已参照附图具体地示出了本发明的优选实施方式,但应理解,本发明的技术范围由随附的权利要求决定,而不受到所述的实施方式和/或附图的限制。而且,本领域技术人员应理解,本发明的修改和等同物隶属于本发明的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于线控换档型自动变速器的驻车模式手动释放装置,所述驻车模式手动释放装置包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有与所述自动变速器的换档控制杆的旋转联动的平移运动;
棒构件,所述棒构件布置成相对于所述壳体滑动远到预定行程并且具有锁定部;以及
锁定夹,所述锁定夹紧固到所述壳体,
其中,当所述锁定部由所述锁定夹锁定时,与所述棒构件的滑动运动联动地产生所述壳体的平移运动,
所述棒构件连接到一线缆,当手动释放驻车模式时所述线缆被牵拉,并且
所述预定行程由处于第一换档模式的第一位置和处于第二换档模式的第二位置限定,所述第一位置是在所述自动变速器的正常操作环境下所述换档控制杆的初始位置,所述第二位置是所述换档控制杆的最大旋转位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驻车模式手动释放装置,其中,在所述第一位置,所述锁定部由所述锁定夹锁定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的驻车模式手动释放装置,其中,所述第一位置是处于驻车模式的位置,并且
在所述自动变速器的异常操作环境下,当牵拉所述线缆时,所述锁定部在其由所述锁定夹锁定的状态下被牵拉,从而使所述壳体平移运动,使得所述换档控制杆被旋转至空档模式。
