背景技术

图1是示出根据本发明第一实施例的玻璃基板包装容器的透视图。如图1所示,图1所示的玻璃基板包装容器用于包装多个玻璃基板10,该多个玻璃基板10用于制造显示面板,诸如液晶显示器(LCD)、等离子体显示面板(PDP)、有机发光二极管(OLED)或者触摸屏面板(TSP)。
图1所示的玻璃基板包装容器100包括装载部110和覆盖部120。
装载部110是形成包装容器100的基本结构并支撑玻璃基板10的底部和后表面以使玻璃基板10被装载在其上的部件。(在本说明书中,从前向后的方向、从下向上的方向以及从左向右的方向是为易于解释的缘故而列出的相对方向)。
覆盖部120是覆盖装载在装载部110上的玻璃基板的部件,由此使玻璃基板与外部隔离。覆盖部120被设置在装载部110上,从而其能够沿着装载部110的导轨111滑动。覆盖部120包括前盖121。
多个玻璃基板被包装在玻璃基板包装容器100中并且被装载在其上。这里,玻璃基板保护膜20与玻璃基板的堆叠的前表面紧密接触,由此保护玻璃基板。
图2是示出根据本发明第二实施例的玻璃基板保护垫20的透视图,图3是图2所示的玻璃基板保护垫20的分解透视图,图4是图2所示的玻璃基板保护垫的角部的放大侧视图,以及图5是图2所示的玻璃基板保护垫的角部的放大透视图。
如图2所示,玻璃基板保护垫20的后表面与玻璃基板的堆叠紧密接触。玻璃基板保护垫20用于保护玻璃基板的堆叠。玻璃基板保护垫20被构造为多层。根据图2所示的该实施例,玻璃基板保护垫20包括前层26、插入件25、内层23、弹性构件24、插入件22和后层21。然而,明显的是,本发明的玻璃基板保护垫20的构造不局限于此,而应该由所附权利要求书来限定。图2所示的玻璃基板保护垫20在从前向后的方向上、在从左向右的方向上以及在从上向下的方向上是对称的。因此,通过翻转玻璃基板保护垫20,可以在前部和后部之间、在左侧和右侧之间或者在顶部和底部之间无差别地使用玻璃基板保护垫20。然而,在一些实施例中,无对称结构的构造也是可能的。在这种情况下,在前部和后部之间、在左侧和右侧之间或者在顶部和底部之间将是有差别的。前层26、插入件25、内层23、弹性构件24、插入件22和后层21从前部顺序地布置。
后层21是与玻璃基板紧密接触的层。后层21包含泡沫聚合物。优选地,后层21由选自但不局限于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)和发泡聚乙烯(EPE)中的至少一种材料制成。后层21的后表面,即与玻璃基板紧密接触的表面,能够具有凹凸状部分。该凹凸状部分可具有各种图案。例如,凹凸状部分能够具有条纹图案或者点图案。
插入件22和25中的每个均具有比前层26、弹性构件24、内层23和后层21大的强度。因此,插入件22和25阻止玻璃基板保护垫20翘曲。插入件22和25能够实施为轻质且高强度的材料,其可以是各种材料,诸如铝薄板、塑料薄板,只要它们能够维持刚性。插入件22和25具有框架结构(骨架结构)。例如,在图2所示的梯形结构之外,多种结构,诸如其中两排竖直条与两排水平条相交的结构,也是可以的。因为插入件具有框架结构,所以能够降低重量。优选地,插入件22和25在从上向下的方向上以及从左向右的方向上是对称的。插入件22和25的上端和下端可被形成为使得它们与玻璃基板保护垫20的上边缘和下边缘隔开(见图4)。参见图3,插入件22和25的上端和下端可被形成为使得它们与前层26、内层23和后层21的上边缘和下边缘隔开。因此,插入件22和25的高度,即在上端和下端之间的长度,可小于前层26、内层23和后层21的高度,即在上边缘和下边缘之间的长度。根据第二实施例,例示了使用两个插入件22和25,其中一个插入件置于前层26和内层23之间,另一插入件置于内层23和后层21之间。然而,本发明不局限于此。
优选地,内层23由乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)制成。另外,物理/化学发泡的各种材料能够用于内层。内层23的角部具有通孔23a。
弹性构件24被设置在内层23的通孔23a中。弹性构件23由具有比后层21、插入件25、内层23、插入件22和后层21更大弹性(即,更低的弹性模量)的材料制成。弹性构件24可被实施为例如橡胶材料。
前层26包含泡沫聚合物。优选地,前层26由选自但不限于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)和发泡聚乙烯(EPE)中的至少一种材料制成。前层26具有凹凸状部分,该凹凸状部分可具有各种图案。例如,凹凸状部分可具有条纹图案或者点图案。
表1呈现图2所示的玻璃基板保护垫20的减小的厚度和重量的效果。

根据示例,由于降低了保护垫20的重量而改进了实用性,并且因此可以降低因工人过失引起的玻璃基板的破损率。
表2呈现通过测试表1中的示例和比较示例中的保护垫获得的结果。通过将测试条件设定得尽可能不利来执行测试。以同样方式对每项执行50次再现评估。

比较示例的玻璃基板保护垫在玻璃基板的边缘被撞击仅一次时被损坏。相比之下,示例中的玻璃基板保护垫20在三次撞击之后未损坏。

Claims (13)

1.一种玻璃基板保护垫,该玻璃基板保护垫与玻璃基板紧密接触来保护所述玻璃基板,所述玻璃基板保护垫包括多层,其中所述多层中的待与所述玻璃基板紧密接触的后层包含泡沫聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述后层在其后表面上具有待与所述玻璃基板紧密接触的凹凸状部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述凹凸状部分具有条纹图案或者点图案。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,进一步包括在所述后层前方的插入件,所述插入件的强度大于所述后层的强度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述插入件具有框架结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述插入件在纵向和横向上是对称的。
7.根据权利要求5所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述插入件的上端和下端分别与所述玻璃基板保护垫的上边缘和下边缘隔开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,进一步包括在所述后层前方的前层,其中所述前层包含泡沫聚合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,进一步包括:
在所述后层前方的前层;和
在所述后层和所述前层之间的插入件,所述插入件的强度大于所述后层的强度并且大于所述前层的强度。
10.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,进一步包括:
在所述后层前方的前层;
在所述后层和所述前层之间的内层;和
在所述后层和所述内层之间和/或在所述前层和所述内层之间的插入件,所述插入件的强度大于所述后层的强度、大于所述内层的强度并且大于所述前层的强度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,进一步包括:
在所述后层前方的前层;
在所述后层和所述前层之间的内层,所述内层在其角部具有通孔;和
设置在所述内层的通孔中的弹性构件,所述弹性构件由弹性大于所述后层的弹性、大于所述内层的弹性并且大于所述后层的弹性的材料制成。
12.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫,其中所述泡沫聚合物包括从由乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、乙烯聚丙烯(EPP)和发泡聚乙烯(EPE)组成的组中选择的至少一种。
13.一种玻璃基板包装容器,用于包装被装载在所述玻璃基板包装容器中的多个玻璃基板,其中根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板保护垫与所述多个玻璃基板的前表面紧密接触。
