技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于炉具领域,具体来说涉及一种高效清洁柴炉。
背景技术
[0002] 随着社会的发展,柴炉相对旧式炕灶具有热效率和燃烧温度较高,清洁环保的优 点,深受广大农村、城郊家庭等的青睐。目前的柴炉是以燃生物质(木柴、秸杆、锯末、谷壳、 树叶等)为燃料,通过让生物质在炉膛内气化产生可燃气体,可燃气体在炉膛上层的二次供 氧下再次燃烧,实现了生物质的充分燃烧,达到了提高炉具的热效率的同时减少了烟尘排 放的效果。使用这一技术,可以大大提高炉具的整体热效率,达到节省燃料的目的。通过二 次供氧,气化燃烧降低烟尘排放量,解决了农村高污染、高排放、高耗能的问题,真正实现了 高效、环保、节能的目的,是集农家烧水、做饭、保温、取暖等多功能为一体。现有技术中,中 国发明专利CN201220457224. 1公开了一种节能炉,该节能炉的炉芯上端外圆周面上开有 成一排的若干孔,形成二次进风孔;炉体的内壁上设有三个进风通道,该进风通道与底座连 通,形成二次进风通道。该结构的二次进风通道为炉体内壁上的三个槽状延伸至二次进风 孔处的通道,数量少,二次供氧不足,且结构复杂。此外,该节能炉在炉体下部没有设置专门 的入料口,每次添加燃料都必须从炉体上端添加,以木柴为燃烧原料时使用方便,且外部不 能堆砌燃料。

[0004] 本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的: 本发明的高效清洁柴炉,包括炉体、炉芯、底座,该炉体位于底座上,炉芯位于炉体内, 炉芯下方设有炉桥,炉芯的上端外圆周面上开有成一排的若干二次进风孔,炉体内壁与炉 芯之间形成二次进风夹层,其中:所述底座表面位于二次进风夹层处开有若干进风孔;炉 体下端设有入料口与炉芯连通。

[0013] 本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显的有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:炉体内壁与 炉芯之间形成二次进风夹层,位于二次进风夹层处的底座表面上开有若干一次进风孔, 结构简单,加工方便;可为二次进风夹层提供足量空气,通过炉芯上端外圆周面上开成一排 的若干二次进风孔相配合,往炉芯内膛通入足量的空气,使得生物质能燃烧充分,并进行二 次助燃,实现整个炉芯内膛的可燃性气体的二次燃烧,即通过二次进风原理产生二次燃烧 来实现生物质的完全燃烧,起到节能环保的作用。炉体下端设有入料口与炉芯连通,可方便 燃烧原料(如木柴)的添加;底座上位于入料口处设有活动连接的扇形托柴架,对于较长的 木柴原料,燃烧时方便堆砌,便于进料,并且托柴架为活动连接,便于装卸。所述炉体上端面 固定设有炉面,炉面上端面固定设有炉架,炉架为三个均匀分布的契形块组成,能将炊具稳 定地固定在炉具上,方便炊具的使用。底座内位于炉桥下方设有灰箱,方便燃烧后的灰烬的 清理,清洁卫生,保护环境。本发明的高效清洁柴炉,具有二次进风通道,结构简单、操作简 便、燃烧效率高,并且节能环保。

[0019] 使用时,将生物质由入料口 10放入炉芯4底端的炉桥8上,当生物质燃料在这部 分炉芯4内燃烧时,由炉桥8本身作为一次进风区,可以对炉桥8上的生物质的燃烧助燃, 使燃料高温裂解产生可燃气,形成一氧化碳、甲烷等可燃气体。底座5表面位于二次进风夹 层3处开有若干进风孔6,将空气足量的输入炉体1内壁与炉芯4之间形成二次进风夹层 3,通过炉芯4的上端外圆周面上成一排的若干二次进风孔2,对炉芯4内的燃烧燃料进行助 燃,即通过二次进风原理产生二次燃烧来实现生物质的完全燃烧,起到节能环保的作用。炉 体1下端的入料口 10与炉芯4连通,且底座5上位于入料口 10处设有活动连接的扇形托 柴架9,当木柴为燃料时,可将伸出部分方便堆砌于托柴架9上,环保卫士,使用方便,且托 柴架9 一端插入进风孔、另一端支于地面,为活动连接,便于装卸。

3. 如权利要求1所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述进风孔(6)的直径为12-16 毫米。
4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述底座(5)上位于 入料口( 10 )处设有活动连接的托柴架(9 )。
5. 如权利要求4所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述托柴架(9)为扇形。
6. 如权利要求1、2、3或5中任一项所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(1)上 端面固定设有炉面(12)。
7. 如权利要求6中任一项所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述炉面(12)上端面固 定设有炉架(11)。
8. 如权利要求7中任一项所述的高效清洁柴炉,其特征在于:所述炉架(11)为三个均 匀分布的契形块组成。
