技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种炉具,尤其涉及一种以柴、草或煤为燃料的民用炉具。
背景技术:目前,在广大的农村,仍然有许多地区在使用以柴草、秸秆为燃料的柴草炉或以块煤、型煤为燃料的煤炉,由于传统的柴草炉或煤炉结构不尽合理,存在添加燃料麻烦,燃烧不充分、热效率低、燃料浪费严重、烟尘污染大等诸多缺陷;而且柴草炉和煤炉不能两用、功能比较单一。
发明内容:针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、使用方便、燃烧效率高的柴煤两用节能炉。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括底座、固定在该底座上的炉身、固定在该炉身上的面板、固定在所述炉身中的炉芯、以及固定在该炉身上的烟道,筒形结构的炉芯的两端收缩成瓶颈状结构,该炉芯的上半部位设有若干通气孔;炉芯的上端口处设有隔板,在底座上设有若干进风孔,炉芯中设有炉桥,该炉桥的下方设有风门,在炉芯的侧壁上设有倾斜的加料管。
炉桥为推拉式的活动结构;加料管上设有加料盖。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,在炉芯的侧壁上增加了一个倾斜的加料管,因此彻底克服了传统柴草炉或煤炉添加燃料麻烦、且容易造成烟气外逸的缺陷;另外,由于在炉芯的上半部位设置了若干助燃的通气孔,并且在筒形结构的炉芯上下两端采用了收缩成瓶颈状的结构,因此不仅能够有效提高燃烧效率、节约燃料、降低烟尘污染,而且还能使火力更加集中,从而提高热效率。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
在图1~2中,炉身4固定在底座8上,面板1固定在该炉身上,固定在炉身4上的烟道12穿过面板1向上伸出;筒形结构的炉芯5设置在炉身4中并固定在底座8上,该炉芯的两端通过过渡圆弧收缩成瓶颈状结构,在炉芯5的上半部位设有若干助燃的通气孔3;炉芯5的上端口处设有隔板2,在底座8上位于炉芯5与炉身4之间的区域设有若干进风孔9,炉芯5的下半部位设有炉桥11,该炉桥的下方设有风门10,转动该风门可控制炉芯5中的供氧量;加料管7倾斜穿过炉身4固定在炉芯5的侧壁上。为了卸料方便,炉桥11采用推拉式的活动炉桥;为了避免添加燃料时烟气外逸,在加料管7上设有加料盖6。

1.一种柴煤两用节能炉,包括底座、固定在该底座上的炉身、固定在该炉身上的面板、固定在所述炉身中的炉芯、以及固定在该炉身上的烟道,其特征在于:筒形结构的炉芯(5)的两端收缩成瓶颈状结构,该炉芯的上半部位设有若干通气孔(3);炉芯(5)的上端口设有隔板(2),在底座(8)上设有若干进风孔(9),炉芯(5)中设有炉桥(11),该炉桥的下方设有风门(10),在炉芯(5)的侧壁上设有倾斜的加料管(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴煤两用节能炉,其特征在于:炉桥(11)为推拉式的活动结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的柴煤两用节能炉,其特征在于:加料管(7)上设有加料盖(6)。
