背景技术
[0002]以柴草等生物质为燃料的家用灶仍然被少数农村家庭所使用,尤其是在农林废弃物得不到妥善处理的偏远农村。传统的家用灶一般是由烟®、灶体、兼做进风口的递料口、灶膛、带有出灰口的灰室所构成,这种灶的缺点是灶膛和灰室较大、较深,很难一次性将积灰清理干净,在扇风助燃的过程中很容易造成飞灰现象,其次火焰极容易跟随上升的炊烟冲入烟囱。为改善这种家用灶的使用情况,各种相关的改进方案也被提了出来,中国发明专利《生物质灶灶芯》(申请公布号CN102767846A)公布了一种灶芯包括有灶膛和套装在灶膛外的炉灶套,灶膛和炉灶套之间形成有供气室,炉膛底板和侧壁上分布着多个送风孔,灶膛壁上的送风孔呈螺旋分部,灶膛底板上设有排灰口,炉灶套底部设有输气管,空气从灶膛底部输入。该生物灶的助燃空气从底部和侧壁上进入形成螺旋向上的空气流,使灶膛内燃烧的生物质燃料得到充分的扰动和燃烧并燃尽,灰烬中没有余碳残留。这种设计的生物灶虽然具有燃烧充分的特点,但在使用过程中也存在如下问题:1、灶膛内从底部向上扰动的助燃气流不利于灰烬的沉积,灰烬会随着上升的气流冲出,此外,不利于保存灶膛内的底火,存在中途熄火的问题;2、排灰口设在灶膛底部,正对着输气管管口,落下的灰烬容易引起输气管堵塞或者混合在从输气管输出的气流中造成严重的扬灰。另外,由于家用灶的体积一般比较大,灶体与外界的热交换带来的热损耗较大,进一步提高家用灶的热效率也是当前需要解决的问题之一。

[0019] 本实施例中,所述灶体上设有一用来放置炊具(本实施施例中为一锅具)的支撑座6,该支撑座6的上表面设计成倒锥面,该支撑座6的上表面与所放置的炊具底面之间形成灶膛B ;支撑座6的中部具有供内筒2坐落的通孔,内筒2顶部具有翻边23,通过翻边23搁置在该通孔上;支撑座6与外筒3顶部相接而实现内、外筒顶部的密封连接。并且在本实施例中,上述支撑座6的上端口与所放置的锅具相紧贴,能够有效地将飘散的火焰聚集在灶膛B内,提高火焰燃烧的热效率;而内筒2通过该支撑座6与外筒3相互密封连接,避免了助燃空气外溢,在空气流动腔A内形成一定的正压,使助燃空气源源不断地进入内筒2。此夕卜,支撑座6也是由保温材料制成的,以进一步提高燃烧热的利用率。
[0020] 进一步地,所述支撑座6上设有与排烟通道7相通的排烟孔道61,灶膛B经由排烟孔道61、排烟通道7与外部相通。使用时支撑座6上放置有锅具8或平的铁板,灶膛内火焰燃烧产生的烟雾便由支撑座上的排烟孔道61进入排烟通道7,最终排放到外部,维护了厨房环境。
[0021] 本实施例的家用灶在点火使用时,将预先点燃的燃料从灶膛投入到内筒,打开鼓风机,在支撑座上放置锅具,助燃空气经由鼓风机,再由进风通道进入空气流动腔内,形成一定的正压后从内筒壁上的进气孔(和补风进气孔)横向进入内筒内部,补充燃烧所需的氧气,确保燃料的充分燃烧。内筒底部与进气孔之间有一定的距离,燃烧产生的灰烬沉积在内筒底部,避免了飞灰,同时最大程度地保存了底火。外筒内侧的保温层降低了燃烧热交换,燃烧一段时间后,空气流动腔内的空气也获得了预热,提高了火焰的热效率。灶膛内燃烧产生的烟雾经支撑座上的排烟孔道从排烟通道排放。支撑座由保温材料制成,提高了燃烧热效率,缩短了烹饪时间。烹饪过程中可随时向内筒内添加燃料,烹饪结束后,待家用灶完全冷却,将内筒完全取出,清理积灰。
[0022] 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的原理之下,还可以对家用灶的结构做出多种改进,例如为了进一步利用烟雾所带的余热,如图3所示,所述支撑座6内部中空形成一与排烟孔道61相贯通的排烟腔62,支撑座的上表面具有与排烟腔相通的排烟缝隙63。支撑座的中空设计,巧妙地将烟雾在排放前先聚集在排烟腔62内,将烟雾多余的热量反补给支撑座6,实现了热量的再利用。此类结构的变形也都应该视为在本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种家用灶,包括有灶体(1)和套装在灶体内的燃烧筒,所述燃烧筒包括有内筒(2)和外筒(3),其中外筒(3)的底部连接有进风通道(4),该内筒(2)的顶部开口且与外筒(3)密封连接而在内筒和外筒之间形成有空气流动腔(A),其特征在于:所述内筒(2)的底部是密封的,该内筒(2)的下部周壁上设有多个进气孔(21),所述进气孔(21)的高度与内筒(2)的底部有一定距离;所述进风通道(4)的另一端连接有将空气依次鼓入所述进风通道(4)、空气流动腔㈧内而使空气横向进入到所述内筒(2)内部的鼓风机(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述进气孔(21)沿内筒(2)的周向均布,且至少分布一圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述内筒(2)的上部周壁上设置有多个补风进气孔(22),该多个补风进气孔(22)沿内筒(2)周向均布,且至少分布一圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述外筒(3)的周壁和底部均设有保温层。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述灶体(1)上设有一用来放置炊具的支撑座(6),该支撑座(6)的中部具有供所述内筒(2)坐落的通孔,所述的内筒(2)顶部搁置在该通孔上,并且该支撑座(6)与所述外筒(3)顶部相连而实现所述内筒(2) 口部与外筒(3)的密封连接,该支撑座(6)的上表面与所放置的炊具底面之间形成灶膛(B)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述支撑座(6)由保温材料制成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述支撑座(6)的上端口与所放置的炊具相紧贴,所述支撑座(6)上设有排烟孔道(61),所述的灶膛⑶经由该排烟孔道(61)与一排烟通道(7)相连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的家用灶,其特征在于:所述支撑座(6)的内部中空形成与所述的排烟孔道(61)相贯通的排烟腔(62),并在该支撑座的上表面具有与该排烟腔(62)相通的排烟缝隙(63)。
