本发明涉及用于纬纱驱动夹持器的纬纱端捕纬/夹持的一新的系统,通过使用至少一个弹性片,其弹性片的一侧壁与形成“V”形空腔的钩的侧壁相配合,其中纬纱端被锁住夹持在空腔内,而使得一根或多根纬纱端同时能被更有效地夹持,在驱动期间,甚至在本织机的高速运转中不会有任何所说的纬纱端脱开这样的危险,而且当所说的纬纱驱动夹持器与正被生产的织物的边部脱离接合时该纬纱端能可靠地被松弛。
特别是本发明涉及对纬纱驱动夹持器的纬纱端捕纬/夹持元件的改进,该夹持器是由本申请人于1992年6月23日申请的意大利专利申请MI92A00153的主题。
在所说的专利申请中,纬纱驱动夹持器的捕纬/夹持元件基本上由一轴向可动的楔块构成,该楔块被弹性地压靠在于夹持器主体的一端设置的一钩内,在一侧该楔块与钩形成一窄的“V”形空腔用于锁住一夹持要被驱动的纬纱端进入空腔中,该楔块也由一弹性片被弹性地压靠在于所述钩的底面底部外表面设置的一底肩装置上,其中所说的弹性片在其尾端被固定到所述可动楔块或所述夹持体的底面上。
这样,纬纱端除了被锁住一夹持在所述“V”形空腔内以及另外由所述弹性片夹持之外,还不得不在与所述钩的底肩装置接合以及脱开时受到急转方面的变化,差不多以直角急转,从理论上看这对于防止滑出夹持顶部提供了极好的阻力。
实际上,现有技术中的这种解决方案存在着许多缺点,其主要缺点是在楔块用来使纬纱端脱开的整个动程期间所述弹性片总是压靠在钩的所述底肩装置上,当所述纬纱驱动夹持器与正在生产的织物的边部脱离接合时,在所述的弹性片与纬纱端之间存在着有危险的摩擦力,这会引起所述纬纱端从所述夹持器上发生不规则的脱开,以致使另外一定量的纬纱端从相应的喂纱纬管上退绕,结果引起纬纱的浪费。
而另一缺点是由于不能进行有选择的纬纱端捕纬,在多根纬纱端同时进入纬纱驱动夹持器的情况下所述解决方案不能进行可靠的夹持,此外,由于负荷加在被驱动的纬纱端上在夹持动程期间弹性片产生不可避免的振动,结果夹持效果产生变化,而不能确保纬纱端从顶部滑出,结果由于绕其顶部夹持点转动纬纱端则易于脱开。
本发明的目的是避免上述的缺点而提供一纬纱端捕纬/夹持系统用于楔块被设计成在钩内作轴向移动这种类型的纬纱驱动夹持器,这确保纬纱端在驱动期间不会不滑动,并且所述纬纱端不会由于滑动而损坏,此外当夹持器离开正被生产的织物的边部时不仅会使纬纱端容易且立即脱开,而且也可以可靠和有效地同时驱动多根纬纱端。
上述目的基本上这样来获得:通过至少一个弹性片,其一侧壁与楔块壁相配合,将纬纱端夹持在锁住夹持的上游,其中,纬纱端被锁住在窄“V”形空腔内,而该空腔是由轴向可移动的楔块的一壁与面对所述楔块壁的钩壁一起来限定的。
因此,事实上,纬纱端由弹性片的侧壁压靠在钩壁上这在纬纱端上产生附加的夹持,由于不会受纬纱驱动夹持的振动的影响,这使纬纱端从所述夹持器的顶部可靠地滑出,这是由于在所述夹持器的整个动程期间所述纬纱端绕锁住夹持的其上部点转动所致;另一方面楔块一旦轴向移动,显然纬纱端就完全自由地从纬纱驱动夹持器上脱开,而不会有损坏的危险。

另一方面,如果要驱动的纬纱端是硬型的,正如现有技术中所公知的那样,对其应用一附加的片夹持不会真正很有效,这是由于纬纱端的硬性不会防止纬纱端沿夹持区滑移直至滑出;在这种情况下,根据本发明的一不同的实施例,采用一短弹性片,不会延伸达到所述“V”—形空腔的顶点,而在到达所述顶点之前终止;要被驱动的所述硬性纬纱端在所述“V”—形空腔的所述顶点与所述短弹性片之间彼锁住;而靠在所述钩的壁上的所述短弹性片对正被松开的硬性纬纱端起到一尾部的阻碍作用,另外,所述的硬性纬纱端通过绕其顶部锁住夹持点转动能被松开。
最后,根椐本发明的另一实施例,所述弹性片则由一组相互叠置的弹性叠片构成,该叠片彼此有不同的长度并且朝所述“V”—形空腔的所述顶点增加长度。
由于最后的实施例使要被利用的每个单独的叠片产生夹持作用以夹持一特种纬纱,这对同时必须驱动多根纬纱端时特别有利;另一方面在要被驱动的一锁住/夹持的纬纱端之后的尾部一直存在至少一个叠层,通过靠在钩的所述活动壁上叠片形成一未被固定的(unsormountable)挡板,从而防止所述纬纱端绕其上锁住夹持点转动,所以这确保不会发生就是由于其转动而使纬纱端滑移这样的情况。

Claims (7)

1、织机的纬纱驱动夹持器中的纬纱端捕纬/夹持系统,其中,一可轴向移动的楔块被弹性地压靠在一钩内,该钩设置在夹持器主体的一端上,楔块的一个壁与朝向所述楔块壁的所述钩的一壁一起限定了一窄“V”形空腔,以便锁住一夹持要被驱动的纬纱端进入所述空腔,其特征在于,至少有一个弹性片,其一侧壁与所述钩的所述壁相配合。
