本发明涉及面条生产领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条。
背景技术
面条是我国传统的主要食物之一,普通面条一般都是采用压面机轧压为面带,再挤压为面条晾晒或烘干而成,而传统方法生产的普通面条仅仅只能作为食物食用,为人体提供基本的养分,无法达到养生保健的多种作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条,其特征在于由下述重量配比的原料制成:面粉100-120份、绿豆粉10-15份、食盐0.8-1.2份、食用碱0.4-0.6份、鲜枸杞叶10-15份、苹果20-30份、胡萝卜150份-200份、甘草3-5份。
一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条,由下述重量配比的原料制成:面粉110份、绿豆粉12份、食盐1份、食用碱0.5份、鲜枸杞叶12份、苹果25份、胡萝卜180份、甘草4份。
所述的具有抗疲劳功效的面条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1、将组份量的鲜枸杞叶、甘草用水煎煮,取煎煮液,药渣再加入清水重复煎煮1-2次,取煎煮液合并;苹果、胡萝卜切片,同放入榨汁机内,加入冷开水,制得果蔬汁;煎煮液与果蔬汁合并,并加水定溶至面粉、绿豆粉、食盐、食用碱总重量的15%,制得果蔬药液待用;
2、将组份量的面粉、绿豆粉、食盐、食用碱混合,再加入果蔬药液,混合搅拌20~25分钟;
3、将搅拌后的面絮放入熟化机中,熟化醒面6-10分钟;
4、用压面机将上述熟化后的面絮轧压为两块面带,再合压为一块面带;
5、采用九至十组轧辊面机,逐步压制为所需厚度后,挤压为面条;
6、将上述挂面条送入冷风室,经冷风失水收缩;
7、将上述面条送入烘干室,其中烘干的温度采用32-36℃温度、时间为2-3小时,烘干后的面条所含水份控制在12~13%,烘干后切断为所需尺寸的面条,包装入库。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明不仅具有传统面条的营养价值,同时还具有强身、美颜、抗疲劳的功效,适用于工作过于劳累或运动过量,特别适合上班族经常食用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条,是由下述重量配比的原料制成:面粉110g、绿豆粉12g、食盐1g、食用碱0.5g、鲜枸杞叶12g、苹果25g、胡萝卜180g、甘草4g。
制备方法:
1、将组份量的鲜枸杞叶、甘草用水煎煮,取煎煮液,药渣再加入清水重复煎煮1-2次,取煎煮液合并;苹果、胡萝卜切片,同放入榨汁机内,加入冷开水,制得果蔬汁;煎煮液与果蔬汁合并,并加水定溶至面粉、绿豆粉、食盐、食用碱总重量的15%,制得果蔬药液待用;
2、将组份量的面粉、绿豆粉、食盐、食用碱混合,再加入果蔬药液,混合搅拌20~25分钟;
3、将搅拌后的面絮放入熟化机中,熟化醒面6-10分钟;
4、用压面机将上述熟化后的面絮轧压为两块面带,再合压为一块面带;
5、采用九至十组轧辊面机,逐步压制为所需厚度后,挤压为面条;
6、将上述挂面条送入冷风室,经冷风失水收缩;
7、将上述面条送入烘干室,其中烘干的温度采用32-36℃温度、时间为2-3小时,烘干后的面条所含水份控制在12~13%,烘干后切断为所需尺寸的面条,包装入库。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗疲劳功效的面条,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料制成:面粉110份、绿豆粉12份、食盐1份、食用碱0.5份、鲜枸杞叶12份、苹果25份、胡萝卜180份、甘草4份。
