Description

特别适用于汽车制动器的机械操纵装置
本发明涉及一种特别适用于汽车制动器的机械操纵装置。它配有:一个杠杆,该杠杆安置在一个外壳上,可绕一转向轴回转,还有一槽口及一支座;一条牵索,该牵索嵌装在上述槽口中,并有一个加粗的端头,端头倚靠在支座上,所以杠杆可以借助牵索拉引而回转。
这种机械操纵装置例如可安装在汽车上,用于停车制动。专利EP0403635公开过一种盘式制动器。为了实现运行制动,这种盘式制动器是液压操作的;为了实现停车制动,它可使用一个上述类型的操纵装置进行操纵。该制动器有一个外壳,其中设置有一个液压汽缸,其上装有一个与汽缸同轴的轴。在从该外壳中伸出的轴端上固定着一个用于停车制动的杠杆。该杠杆有一个远离该轴的端段,该端段配有一个径向突出的脚和一个往回弯的脚。在这两个脚之间有一个槽口,一条鲍登线(Bowdenzug)的牵索嵌置在此槽口中。这两个脚有与此槽口相邻的侧面,这些侧面共同形成一个支座以用于牵索的加粗的端头。该支座具有这样的构形:只要牵索轻轻拉紧,牵索的端头便可稳当地停靠在支座上。将这样一个操纵装置安装在汽车上时,鲍登线应被加以调节,使得牵索即使在不被操纵的状态下至少已轻轻地拉紧,从而最大限度地避免在机械地操纵制动器时出现空转。
一般说来,这种操纵装置是由生产需要操纵的成套设备例如汽车制动器的厂家组装在成套设备上,并且与成套设备一起提供给装配现场例如汽车生产厂的流水作业线的。在这里,从制动器或这类设备上移出来的鲍登线的端段与所属的操纵件例如手动刹车联接杆连接起来,这时在联接杆和两个分别用于后车轮制动器的鲍登线之间,通常配置一个秤杆式的中间件,借以在两个制动器上实现力的均匀的分配。在这一区域所需的装配工作中,可能出现这样的情况,即暂时地将一推力代替一拉力施加在前述那种操纵装置的牵索上。当牵索这时在所属的鲍登线中移动时,归属于制动器或这类设备的牵索端头离开支座一段距离,以致于在随后拉紧牵索时端头从所属的槽口中滑出而不返回到支座。然后必须将牵索再放松,重新将它嵌入杠杆的槽口中,且须注意,在牵索被从邻接制动器联接杆的另一端重新拉紧之前,加粗的端头须紧贴在支座上。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制动器的机械操纵装置,它能克服已有技术之不足,简化开头述及的那种机械操纵装置的装配,特别是它在汽车上的安装。
适用于汽车制动器特别是局部有涂层的盘式制动器的机械操纵装置,配有:
一个杠杆,它安置在一个外壳上,可绕回转轴(A)回转,
一个在杠杆上成形的、大致径向地从回转轴(A)伸出的第一脚部,从这里出发第二脚部向后弯曲,
在第一脚部和第二脚部之间留有槽口,该槽口具有一个与回转轴(A)相垂直的中间平面(B),
由第一脚部和第二脚部的边缘构成的支座,
在杠杆上形成的一个突出部,该突出部在形成一个中间空腔的情况下与支座相对峙,并有一个背向该中间空腔的斜面,
一条牵索,该牵索可嵌置在槽口中,并有一个加粗的端头。该端头可靠置在斜面上;在向牵索施加拉力(C)时,该端头可以越过斜面而移到一个位置,在此它被容纳在中间空腔中,在传递拉力(C)时,该端头倚靠在支座上;在传递牵索推力(D)时,则倚靠在突出部上,该操纵装置的特征在于:突出部是朝向槽口的中间平面(B)加以弯曲的,并有一个自由端,该自由端与槽口相对峙。
据此,达到这样的目的,即牵索不再会意外地从杠杆上脱开。再者,必要时能够很便利地卸下牵索,为此将牵索在邻近粗端头的部位加以弯曲,使端头贴着突出部滑移,随即便可毫无困难地将牵索从槽口中推移出来。
根据附图对本发明的一个实施例详述如下。图中:
图1是配有本发明的操纵装置的汽车盘式制动器侧视图,

图4是图2中箭头IV所示方向的视图。
图中所示的汽车制动器是一个配有制动器支承座10的局部有涂层的(Teilbelag)盘式制动器,支承座10夹住图中未示出的制动盘的径向外边缘。该汽车制动器还配有一个浮座12,该浮座在一对螺栓14上被引导,在支承座10上可平行于制动盘轴线移动。它同样地夹住制动盘,并附带地夹住一对制动颚板16。浮座12具有一座壳18,该座壳中安置一个用于液压制动操纵的汽缸和一个轴20。轴20有一个从座壳18中伸出来的端头,在此端头上安置着一个自该轴基本上径向地突出的杠杆22。轴20是平行于两个螺栓14设置的;它的几何轴线在以后称之为杠杆22的回转轴A。
以上所述的都是关于图中所示具有一般结构的制动器,例如按照开头述及的专利EP0403635B1的那种制动器。
杠杆22是用钢板冲压出来的,按照图1和2依其回转轴A的方向观察,其形状大致像一个具有右尖头的叉形板手,该右尖头这样加以卷边,使得它具有一个约沿由回转轴A出发的径向伸展的脚24和一个向后弯的脚26。在这两个脚24和26之间,在一个与回转轴A相垂直的平面B上留有一个槽口28。两个脚24和26的两个棱边与槽口28接界,在图1和2中朝左,共同构成一个凹形支座30。
杠杆有一个突出部34通过一中间空腔32与支座30加以分开。从图1和2观看,该突出部构成状似叉形扳手的杠杆22的左尖头,而且朝向其自由端36逐渐变细。按照图3和4,杠杆22是作为一个整体加工成钩形的;另外,突出部34是这样向着平面B加以弯曲的,使得它的自由端36大致地与槽口28相对峙。在突出部34的背向空腔32的那一边上做成一个斜面38,形似一个局部的圆柱面,具有一个与回转轴A相平行的曲面轴线。从图2来看,相对于转轴A而言,该曲面轴线在径向上位于在牵索40之内。
就杠杆22而言,在槽口28中由内部径向地嵌置一条牵索40,该牵索有一个加粗的端头42。在装配完成的状态中,端头42按照图1处在中间空腔32中,它基本上是无空隙地被容纳在支座30和突出部34之间。端头42是按一般方式相对于牵索40旋转对称地加以设计的,它具有一个能贴合支座30的半球形面44,在其相对的一端有一个平的端面46。牵索40连同图1中所示的一个套件48构成一个市面上通用的鲍登线。套件48以一般方式支撑在一个特有的环状支承件50上,该支承件在图示的例子中是设计在一块固定于座壳18上的板52上。
在安装牵索40时,首先将牵索插过支承件50——它同样可以开出槽口,然后按照图2将牵索推过杠杆22的背面(背向观察者的一面),最后从下方相对于回转轴A径向地由里向外将牵索嵌置在槽口28中。端头42所处的位置或多或少地在斜面38左边稍远处。然后在牵索40上施加一拉力C,使牵索端头42以它的半球形面44贴紧在斜面38上。这时,端头42有朝着斜面38的自由端36滑行的倾向。这种倾向通过下述方法加以促进:将套件48固定在其支承件50上并尽力将牵索40保持在其按图1所示的位置中。从这一位置出发,为了将牵索嵌入槽口28中,按图2将牵索向下弯曲,这时在牵索上产生弹性复位力。这种弹性复位力促使端头42在朝突出部34的自由端36方向中的运动。
根据上述理由,施加于牵索40的拉力C最后便起着如下作用:端头42按照图1所示进入中间空腔32中,并被截留在支座30和突出部34之间。例如在把制动器及其操纵装置安装在一辆汽车上时,一旦在牵索40上施加一推力D,端头42便牢固地保持在中间空腔32中,于是,排除了牵索40意外地从杠杆22脱落的可能性。而如若我们要将鲍登线40、48拆卸,并为此要将牵索40从其另一端例如与制动杆相邻的一端松开,很容易做到:例如用一螺丝刀钳插入中空腔32中,沿着突出部34,将端头42压向一边,然后将牵索40从槽口28中推出来。

Claims (4)

1.适用于汽车制动器特别是局部有涂层的盘式制动器的机械操纵装置,配有:
一个杠杆(22),它安置在一个外壳(18)上,可绕回转轴(A)回转,
一个在杠杆(22)上成形的、大致径向地从回转轴(A)伸出的第一脚部(24),从这里出发第二脚部(26)向后弯曲,
在第一脚部和第二脚部(24,26)之间留有槽口(28),该槽口具有一个与回转轴(A)相垂直的中间平面(B),
由第一脚部和第二脚部(24,26)的边缘构成的支座(30),
在杠杆(22)上形成的一个突出部(34),该突出部在形成一个中间空腔(32)的情况下与支座(30)相对峙,并有一个背向该中间空腔(32)的斜面(38),
一条牵索(40),该牵索可嵌置在槽口(28)中,并有一个加粗的端头(42)。该端头可靠置在斜面(38)上;在向牵索(40)施加拉力(C)时,该端头可以越过斜面(38)而移到一个位置,在此它被容纳在中间空腔(32)中,在传递拉力(C)时,该端头(42)倚靠在支座(30)上;在传递牵索推力(D)时,则倚靠在突出部(34)上,该操纵装置的特征在于:突出部(34)是朝向槽口(28)的中间平面(B)加以弯曲的,并有一个自由端(36),该自由端与槽口(28)相对峙。

3.按照权利要求1或2所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:从其回转轴(A)方向观看,杠杆(22)具有叉形扳手的形状,其尖头由突出部(34)和支座(30)构成。
4.按照权利要求1所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:装配好的牵索(40)的端头(42)基本上无空隙地被容纳在支座(30)和突出部(34)之间。
