具有通过电池供能的动力装置的车辆
本发明涉及一种具有通过电池供能的动力装置的车辆,具有与电池连接的、用于接纳与电源连接的充电插头的充电插座,还具有用于封闭充电插座的盖子,其中,所述盖子能通过车辆的中控锁系统锁定和解锁。
所述类型的车辆日益重要地得到研发和发展。为了给电池充电,这种车辆通常配设有充电插座,该充电插座布置在可摆动的盖子后面。为电池充电时,打开盖子并将与电源连接的充电插头插入到充电插座中。
因为充电过程耗时较长,所以需要将车辆锁住,所以大多数车辆设置有中控锁。在许多情况中,充电插头和充电插座之间的连接也会被锁住,从而使得充电插头不被未授权的人员拔下。
充电过程结束之后则需要拔下充电插头并关闭盖子。但车辆已经被锁住,所以盖子不能在不预先操作中控锁的前提下移动到关闭位置。原因是:在锁住车辆的时候盖子的锁定元件位于锁止位置。所以在关闭盖子之前必须通过中控锁解锁车辆并在盖子关闭之后再次控制中控锁(通过钥匙、遥控、或例如通过无钥匙进入系统中的把手操作)锁住车辆。
因此本发明的目的是,将仅用于关闭盖子所需的复杂性降低,并由此改善电动车辆的操作友好性。
该目的以如下方式实现:在通过中控锁锁定的车辆中,当从充电插座中取走充电插头时,中控锁在一预先给定的时间段中至少解锁所述盖子:在经过了所述预先给定的时间段后自动锁定之前所述盖子能运动到其能被锁定的关闭位置。从而,车辆使用者可拔下充电插头并关闭盖子而不必仔细考虑盖子锁定的过程。盖子关闭后车辆再次被自动锁定。
为实现本发明只需要:例如通过相应的接触识别出充电插头被取走并据此对中控锁作如下控制:使之在一预先规定的较短时间段内切换到“解锁”状态。如果中控锁设计为:独立于车门、后舱盖和其他装置来操控所述盖子,那么当然在预先给定的短时间段内仅对所述盖子进行解锁便足够了。同样可能的是:当取走充电插头时整个中控锁将所有车门和盖子解锁。这种方案并不是不利的,因为车辆此时正处于(使用者的)监视中。
也可能是:对充电充电插头进行检测。如果充电插头被拔下(已向车辆总线报告),则可以简单地通过中控锁的控制装置暂时对所述盖子解锁。从而使本发明特别低成本地实现。

1.一种具有通过电池供能的动力装置的车辆,具有与电池连接的、用于接纳与电源连接的充电插头的充电插座以及用于封闭充电插座的盖子,其中所述盖子能通过车辆的中控锁系统锁定和解锁,其特征在于,在通过中控锁锁定的车辆中当从充电插座取走充电插头时中控锁在预先给定的时间段内至少使所述盖子以如下方式解锁:在经过了所述预先给定的时间段后自动锁定之前所述盖子能运动到其能被锁定的关闭位置。
