本发明公开了一种机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:高苯乙烯橡胶60-80、丁腈橡胶40-60、氯丁橡胶20-40、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂15-20、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯10-15、多氯化联苯9-18、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯8-16、纳米钛酸钡10-15、重钙粉12-18、粉煤灰5-10、快压出炭黑N55024-32、二叔丁基过氧化物2.5-4.5、二苯甲酰对醌二肟3-6、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、碱式碳酸铅3-5、氧化钙2-3、变压器油6-12、液体石蜡4-6、棕榈酸单甘油酯3-5、二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1-2、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2-3、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉1.5-2.5、改性石粉10-15。本发明电缆料具有优异的耐油性、耐溶剂性和耐化学腐蚀性,有效延长了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料及其制备方法,属于电缆材料领域。 
背景技术
近几年,国家铁路交通发展迅速,铁路系统的控制越来越复杂,电气控制设备越来越多,其电缆需求量必然随之增长,同时对电缆材料的性能要求也随之越来越严格。铁路机车内有的地方有润滑油或燃料油,所以电缆必须具有较好的耐油性能,然而目前市场上电缆料的耐油性能已经无法满足现实需要,因此,急需改变传统电缆料配方,开发一种耐油电缆料,以提高铁路机车车辆电缆的安全性能。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料及其制备方法。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下: 
一种铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高苯乙烯橡胶60-80、丁腈橡胶40-60、氯丁橡胶20-40、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂15-20、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯10-15、多氯化联苯9-18、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯8-16、纳米钛酸钡10-15、重钙粉12-18、粉煤灰5-10、快压出炭黑N55024-32、二叔丁基过氧化物2.5-4.5、二苯甲酰对醌二肟3-6、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、碱式碳酸铅3-5、氧化钙2-3、变压器油6-12、液体石蜡4-6、棕榈酸单甘油酯3-5、二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1-2、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2-3、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉1.5-2.5、改性石粉10-15; 
所述改性石粉的制备方法如下:(1)按重量比4-8:3-6:2-4称取焦宝石、火山石、凹凸棒石,混合均匀,750-800℃煅烧1-2h,自然冷却至室温,粉碎,过筛,待用;(2)取相当于步骤(1)石粉重量25-35%的固含量为30-40%水玻璃、5-10%的纳米硅藻土、3-6%的纳米绿泥石、5-10%的半补强炭黑和1-2%的吐温-60,500-1000rpm高速搅拌20-30min,然后均匀地喷淋到步骤(1)石粉上,烘干, 过筛,1220-1260℃煅烧0.5-1h,然后放入0-5℃水中冷却至50℃以下,取出烘干,680-740℃煅烧1-2h,自然冷却至室温,待用;(3)步骤(2)处理后的石粉中加入2-3%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、3-5%的柠檬酸和1-2%的油酸聚乙二醇酯、4-6%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌15-20min,待用;(4)按摩尔比1:2-3称取三聚氰胺和浓度为35%甲醛溶液,混合均匀,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7-7.5,并升温至70-80℃,搅拌1-2h,然后加入溶液重量50-60%的步骤(3)处理后的石粉和2-4%的十二烷基硫酸钠,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7.5-8,并升温至80-90℃,搅拌1-2h,过滤,烘干即可。 
本发明铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将高苯乙烯橡胶、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂、多氯化联苯、纳米钛酸钡、快压出炭黑N550、变压器油加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度为90-120℃; 
(2)将步骤(1)制得的物料与丁腈橡胶、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷、碱式碳酸铅、氧化钙、液体石蜡一起加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度130-150℃; 
(3)将步骤(2)制得的物料与余下原料投入高速混合机中进行混合,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度145-165℃,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得本发明电缆料。 
本发明的有益效果: 
本发明电缆料不仅具有优异的耐油性、耐溶剂性和耐化学腐蚀性,还具有较高的机械强度以及良好的耐老化性、耐热性、耐磨性、阻燃性等特性,有效延长了电缆的使用寿命。 
具体实施方式
一种铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高苯乙烯橡胶70、丁腈橡胶50、氯丁橡30、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂18、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯12、多氯化联苯14、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯12、纳米钛酸钡15、重钙粉16、粉煤灰7、快压出炭黑N55028、二叔丁基过氧化物3.5、二苯甲酰对醌二肟5、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.5、碱式碳酸铅4、氧化钙2.5、变压 器油8、液体石蜡5、棕榈酸单甘油酯4、二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1.5、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉2、改性石粉15; 
所述改性石粉的制备方法如下:(1)按重量比6:4:3称取焦宝石、火山石、凹凸棒石,混合均匀,800℃煅烧1h,自然冷却至室温,粉碎,过筛,待用;(2)取相当于步骤(1)石粉重量28%的固含量为35%水玻璃、6%的纳米硅藻土、4%的纳米绿泥石、8%的半补强炭黑和1%的吐温-60,800rpm高速搅拌25min,然后均匀地喷淋到步骤(1)石粉上,烘干,过筛,1240℃煅烧0.5h,然后放入1℃水中冷却至50℃以下,取出烘干,720℃煅烧1h,自然冷却至室温,待用;(3)步骤(2)处理后的石粉中加入2.5%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、4%的柠檬酸和1%的油酸聚乙二醇酯、5%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,1500rpm高速搅拌15min,待用;(4)按摩尔比1:2.5称取三聚氰胺和浓度为35%甲醛溶液,混合均匀,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7,并升温至70℃,搅拌h,然后加入溶液重量50%的步骤(3)处理后的石粉和2%的十二烷基硫酸钠,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7.5,并升温至80℃,搅拌2h,过滤,烘干即可。 
铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将高苯乙烯橡胶、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂、多氯化联苯、纳米钛酸钡、快压出炭黑N550、变压器油加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度为90-120℃; 
(2)将步骤(1)制得的物料与丁腈橡胶、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷、碱式碳酸铅、氧化钙、液体石蜡一起加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度130-150℃; 
(3)将步骤(2)制得的物料与余下原料投入高速混合机中进行混合,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度145-165℃,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得本发明电缆料。 
经检测,制得的电缆料的性能结果如下表:

1.一种铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:高苯乙烯橡胶60-80、丁腈橡胶40-60、氯丁橡胶20-40、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂 15-20、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯 10-15、多氯化联苯 9-18、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯 8-16、纳米钛酸钡 10-15、重钙粉 12-18、粉煤灰5-10、快压出炭黑N550 24-32、二叔丁基过氧化物 2.5-4.5、二苯甲酰对醌二肟 3-6、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷 2-3、碱式碳酸铅 3-5、氧化钙 2-3、变压器油 6-12、液体石蜡 4-6、棕榈酸单甘油酯 3-5、二硫化四乙基秋兰姆 1-2、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 2-3、6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉 1.5-2.5、改性石粉 10-15;
    所述改性石粉的制备方法如下:(1)按重量比4-8:3-6:2-4称取焦宝石、火山石、凹凸棒石,混合均匀,750-800℃煅烧1-2h,自然冷却至室温,粉碎,过筛,待用;(2)取相当于步骤(1)石粉重量25-35%的固含量为30-40%水玻璃、5-10%的纳米硅藻土、3-6%的纳米绿泥石、5-10%的半补强炭黑和1-2%的吐温-60,500-1000rpm高速搅拌20-30min,然后均匀地喷淋到步骤(1)石粉上,烘干,过筛,1220-1260℃煅烧0.5-1h,然后放入0-5℃水中冷却至50℃以下,取出烘干,680-740℃煅烧1-2h,自然冷却至室温,待用;(3)步骤(2)处理后的石粉中加入2-3%的异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、3-5%的柠檬酸和1-2%的油酸聚乙二醇酯、4-6%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌15-20min,待用;(4)按摩尔比1:2-3称取三聚氰胺和浓度为35%甲醛溶液,混合均匀,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7-7.5,并升温至70-80℃,搅拌1-2h,然后加入溶液重量50-60%的步骤(3)处理后的石粉和2-4%的十二烷基硫酸钠,用浓度为20%氨水调节PH至7.5-8,并升温至80-90℃,搅拌1-2h,过滤,烘干即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的铁路机车车辆电缆用耐油电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将高苯乙烯橡胶、溴甲基对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂、多氯化联苯、纳米钛酸钡、快压出炭黑N550、变压器油加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度为90-120℃;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的物料与丁腈橡胶、硅酸三(氯丙基)苯酯、异氰酸脂丙基三乙氧基硅烷、碱式碳酸铅、氧化钙、液体石蜡一起加入高速混合机内,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度130-150℃;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的物料与余下原料投入高速混合机中进行混合,混合均匀后投入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆加工温度145-165℃,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得本发明电缆料。
