Abstract

本发明提供一种发动机装置,该发动机装置一面能够将排气节流装置(65)的支承构造构成为高刚性,一面能够高精度地调节排气岐管(7)内的排气压。发动机装置具备设有排气岐管(7)的发动机(1),由排气节流装置(65)调节排气岐管(7)的排气压;在该发动机装置中,在排气岐管(7)的排气出口系牢排气节流装置(65)的节流阀壳(68)的排放气体取入侧,以经节流阀壳68将排气管(72)与排气岐管(7)与连接的方式构成。

技术领域
本发明,涉及搭载在例如滑移装载机或反铲或叉车等作业车辆、拖拉机或联合收割机等农业机械、固定式的发电机或冷冻机等上的柴油发动机等发动机装置,更详细地说,涉及具有排气岐管的发动机装置。
背景技术
以前,开发了在发动机的排气路径中设置排放气体净化装置(柴油机微粒过滤器),由排放气体净化装置的氧化催化剂或烟尘过滤器等对从柴油发动机排出了的排放气体进行净化处理的技术(例如参照专利文献1)。
以前,在发动机的排气路径中设置排气节流装置,防止向排放气体净化装置排出的排放气体的温度下降,维持排放气体净化装置的净化性能。
以前,开发了在发动机的排气路径中设置EGR装置,将排放气体从柴油发动机排出的技术。
以前,在发动机的排气路径中设置EGR气体冷却用的EGR冷却器,通过使从发动机向排气岐管排出了的排放气体的一部分从进气歧管向发动机回流,减少发动机的NOx(氮氧化物)的排出量。另外,设置提高发动机的排放气体压的排气节流装置,由排气节流装置提高发动机的排放气体压,使从发动机排出的排放气体的温度上升,在对从排放气体捕集了的颗粒状物质(PM)进行氧化去除的排放气体净化装置(烟尘过滤器等)中确保了所需的排放气体的温度。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
如专利文献1那样,即使在相对于发动机分离开地组装排放气体净化装置的场合,也能够维持从发动机向排放气体净化装置供给的排放气体的温度,防止排放气体净化装置的烟尘过滤器的再生等变得不完全,但在经中继管连接排气岐管与节流阀壳的构造中,存在不能简单地缩小排气节流装置的排放气体取入侧的容积,并且,连接排放气体净化装置与排气节流装置的排气管的延伸设置方向被特别规定等问题。
另外,如专利文献1那样,在将用于对发动机的排气压进行调节的排气节流装置设置在排气岐管71的出口部的构造中,在设置对排气岐管那一侧的排放气体压力进行检测的排气压力传感器的场合,用排气压传感器管连接排气岐管和排气压力传感器,但如果排气岐管的压力取出口与排气压力传感器的距离短,则连接排气压力传感器与排气压传感器管的可挠性橡胶软管等连接部件被加热,存在不能提高可挠性橡胶软管等连接部件的耐久性等问题。另一方面,如果排气岐管的压力取出口与排气压力传感器的距离长,则排气压传感器管或橡胶软管等连接部件容易振动,存在不能简化排气压传感器管或橡胶软管等连接部件的防振构造等问题。
用于解决课题的技术手段
因此,本发明的目的在于对这些现状进行探讨,提供一种实施了改善的发动机装置。
为了达到上述目,本发明的发动机装置,具备设有排气岐管的发动机,由排气节流装置对上述排气岐管的排气压进行调节;在该发动机装置中:构成为,在上述排气岐管的排气出口系牢上述排气节流装置的节流阀壳的排放气体取入侧,经上述节流阀壳将排气管与排气岐管连接。
在上述发动机装置中,也可在上述排气岐管的上面侧系牢上述节流阀壳,在上述节流阀壳的上面侧系牢中继管,上述节流阀壳和中继管按相对于上述排气岐 管配置成多层状,上述排气管与最上层部的上述中继管连结。
在上述发动机装置中,也可使得上述排气岐管的排气出口向上开口,在上述排气岐管的上面侧设置上述节流阀壳,在上述节流阀壳的上面侧形成节流阀气体出口,并且,在上述节流阀壳的下方,隔着上述排气岐管配置有EGR气体冷却用的EGR冷却器。
并且,在此发动机装置中,也可具备对上述排气岐管那一侧的排放气体压力进行检测的排气压力传感器和对上述排气压力传感器与上述排气岐管进行连接的热传动性的排气压传感器管;该发动机装置被构成为,在使冷却水向上述EGR冷却器进行循环的冷却水管上并设上述排气压传感器管。
在上述发动机装置中,也可在上述排气岐管上固定管支承托架,将上述冷却水管和排气压传感器管固定在上述管支承托架上。
在上述发动机装置中,也可在上述排气岐管上一体地形成EGR 气体取出管,使EGR气体取出管从上述排气岐管向其外侧方向斜下方突出,将上述EGR冷却器的一侧部与上述EGR气体取出管的突出端部连结,并且,在上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部设置管接头构件,经上述管接头构件将上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部与上述排气岐管连结,上述冷却水管在上述排气岐管的外侧方向上述EGR冷却器的上方侧延伸设置。
发明的效果
根据本发明,在具备设有排气岐管的发动机,由排气节流装置对上述排气岐管的排气压进行调节的发动机装置中,在上述排气岐管的排气出口,系牢上述排气节流装置的节流阀壳的排放气体取入侧,以经上述节流阀壳将排气管与排气岐管连接的方式构成。所以,一面能够在高刚性的上述排气岐管上支承上述排气节流装置,将上述排气节流装置的支承构造高刚性地构成,一面能够与例如经中继管连接上述节流阀壳与上述排气岐管的构造相比缩小上述排气节流装置的排放气体取入侧的容积,高精度地调节上述排气岐管内的排气压。例如,能够将向排放气体净化装置等供给的排放气体的温度简单地维持成适合于排放气体的净化的温度。
根据本发明,在上述排气岐管的上面侧系牢上述节流阀壳,在上述节流阀壳的上面侧系牢中继管,上述节流阀壳和中继管按多层状对上述排气岐 管进行配置,将上述排气管与最上层部的上述中继管连结。所以,不改变上述排气节流装置的支承姿势,也不改变上述中继管的规格,就能够例如与排放气体净化装置的安装位置等对应地改变上述中继管的安装姿势(上述排气管的连结方向)。
根据本发明,上述排气岐管的排气出口向上开口,在上述排气岐管的上面侧设置上述节流阀壳,在上述节流阀壳的上面侧形成节流阀气体出口,并且,在上述节流阀壳的下方,隔着上述排气岐管配置EGR 气体冷却用的EGR冷却器。所以,能够一面沿上述发动机的一侧面紧凑地设置上述排气岐管、上述排气节流装置和上述EGR冷却器,一面例如与排放气体净化装置的配置等对应地从上述节流阀壳的节流阀气体出口朝侧面或向上延伸设置上述排气管。另外,能够利用上述排气岐管的外侧面,紧凑地支承与上述排气节流装置及上述EGR冷却器连接的冷却水配管。
根据本发明,还具备对上述排气岐管那一侧的排放气体压力进行检测的排气压力传感器,设置对上述排气压力传感器与上述排气岐管进行连接的热传动性的排气压传感器管,以在使冷却水向上述EGR 冷却器进行循环的冷却水管上并设上述排气压传感器管的方式构成,所以,通过上述冷却水管和上述排气压传感器管的并设,一面能够对由排放气体加热的上述排气压传感器管的温度上升进行抑制,提高可挠性橡胶软管等连接部件的耐久性,一面能够与排气岐管的压力取出口接近地配置排气压力传感器,将上述排气压传感器管形成为短尺寸,简化上述排气压传感器管或上述连接部件的防振构造。
根据本发明,在上述排气岐管上固定管支承托架,将上述冷却水管和排气压传感器管固定在上述管支承托架上。所以,一面能够将上述冷却水管、排气压传感器管和上述管支承托架作为单一部件组装在上述发动机,一面能够在高刚性的上述排气岐管上经上述管支承托架牢固地固定上述冷却水管和排气压传感器管,能够简化上述冷却水管和排气压传感器管的防振构造。
根据本发明,在上述排气岐管上一体地形成EGR气体取出管,从上述排气岐管向其外侧方向斜下方使EGR气体取出管突出,将上述EGR冷却器的一侧部与上述EGR气体取出管的突出端部连结,并且,在上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部设置管接头构件,经上述管接头构件将上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部与上述排气岐管连结,在上述排气岐管的外侧方向上述EGR冷却器的上方侧延伸设置上述冷却水管。所以,一面能够削减相对于上述发动机的侧面离开地支承上述EGR 冷却器的支承部件数,能够减少制造成本,一面能够与上述排气岐管的压力取出口(排气压传感器管的安装位置)接近地延伸设置上述冷却水管。例如能够在与上述EGR冷却器的外侧面相比处于内方侧的位置支承上述冷却水管或排气压传感器管。上述冷却水管或排气压传感器管不会从发动机侧面突出很多。能够使上述冷却水管或排气压传感器管与发动机侧面接近,紧凑地进行设置。

具体实施方式
下面,参照图1~图14,根据附图说明本发明的发动机装置的实施方式。在作为原动机搭载在建筑机械或土木机械或农业机械或装卸机械等上的柴油发动机1,具备连续再生式的排放气体净化装置2(柴油机微粒过滤器)。利用排放气体净化装置2,除了柴油发动机1的排放气体中的颗粒状物质(PM)的去除外,还能减少柴油发动机1的排放气体中的一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)。
柴油发动机1,具备内装发动机输出用曲轴3和活塞(图示省略) 的气缸体4。在气缸体4上载置气缸盖5。在气缸盖5的右侧面配置进气歧管6。在气缸盖5的左侧面配置排气岐管7。在气缸盖5的上侧面配置缸前盖8。在气缸体4的前侧面设置冷却扇9。在气缸体4的后侧面设置飞轮壳10。在飞轮壳10内配置飞轮11。
在曲轴3(发动机输出轴)上枢支飞轮11。以经曲轴3向作业车辆(反铲、叉车等)的工作部取出柴油发动机1的动力的方式构成。另外,在气缸体4的下面配置油盘12。油盘12内的润滑油,经配置在气缸体4的侧面的滤油器13向柴油发动机1的各润滑部供给。
在气缸体4的侧面的滤油器13的上方(进气歧管6的下方),安装用于供给燃料的燃料供给泵14。在柴油发动机1上设置具有电磁开闭控制型的燃料喷射阀(图示省略)的4气缸用的各喷射器15。各喷射器15,经燃料供给泵14及圆筒状的共轨16及燃料过滤器17,与搭载在作业车辆上的燃料箱(图示省略)连接。
上述燃料箱的燃料经燃料过滤器17从燃料供给泵14向共轨16 压送,高压的燃料被储存在共轨16中。通过分别对各喷射器15的燃料喷射阀进行开闭控制,共轨16内的高压的燃料从各喷射器15向柴油发动机1的各气缸喷射。
在气缸体4的前面靠左的部位,冷却水润滑用的冷却水泵21以与冷却扇9的扇轴同轴状配置。通过曲轴3的旋转,经冷却扇驱动用V 形皮带22,冷却水泵21与冷却扇9一起被驱动。搭载在作业车辆上的散热器(图示省略)内的冷却水,通过冷却水泵21的驱动,被向冷却水泵21供给。然后,冷却水向气缸体4及气缸盖5供给,对柴油发动机1进行冷却。另外,在冷却水泵21的左侧方设有交流发电机23。
在气缸体4的左右侧面分别设有发动机机脚安装部24。在各发动机机脚安装部24,分别用螺栓系牢具有防振橡胶的发动机机脚体(图示省略)。柴油发动机1,经上述各发动机机脚体防振支承在作业车辆 (反铲、叉车等的发动机安装底架)上。
进一步说明EGR装置26(排放气体再循环装置)。向上突出的进气歧管6的入口部,经EGR装置26(排放气体再循环装置)与空气滤清器(图示省略)连结。新气(外部空气)被从上述空气滤清器经 EGR装置26送往进气歧管6。
EGR装置26,具备EGR主体壳27(收集器)、进气风门构件28、再循环排放气体管30和EGR阀构件31。EGR主体壳27(收集器),使柴油发动机的排放气体的一部分(来自排气岐管的EGR气体)与新气(来自空气滤清器的外部空气)混合,向进气歧管6供给。进气风门构件28,使上述空气滤清器与EGR主体壳27连通。再循环排放气体管30,作为经EGR冷却器29与排气岐管7连接的回流管路。EGR 阀构件31,使再循环排放气体管30与EGR主体壳27连通。
即,进气歧管6与新气导入用的进气风门构件28经EGR主体壳 27连接。而且,EGR主体壳27与从排气岐管7延伸的再循环排放气体管30的出口侧连通。EGR主体壳27被形成为长筒状。进气风门构件28,被用螺栓系牢在EGR主体壳27的长度方向的一端部。EGR 主体壳27的向下的开口端部,被用螺栓能装拆地与进气歧管6的入口部系牢。
另外,再循环排放气体管30的出口侧,经EGR阀构件31与EGR 主体壳27连结。再循环排放气体管30的入口侧,经EGR冷却器29 与排气岐管7的下面侧连结。通过对EGR阀构件31内的EGR阀(图示省略)的开度进行调节,对向EGR主体壳27的EGR气体的供给量进行调节。
根据上述构成,从上述空气滤清器经进气风门构件28向EGR主体壳27内供给新气(外部空气),另一方面,从排气岐管7经EGR 阀构件31向EGR主体壳27内供给EGR气体(从排气岐管排出的排放气体的一部分)。来自上述空气滤清器的新气与来自排气岐管7的 EGR气体在EGR主体壳27内混合后,EGR主体壳27内的混合气体向进气歧管6供给。即,从柴油发动机1向排气岐管7排出了的排放气体的一部分,因为从进气歧管6向柴油发动机1回流,所以,高负荷运转时的最高燃烧温度下降,来自柴油发动机1的NOx(氮氧化物) 的排出量减少。
接下来,参照图1及图11对排放气体净化装置2进行说明。排放气体净化装置2,具备排放气体净化箱38,排放气体净化箱38具有净化入口管36及净化出口管37。在排放气体净化箱38的内部,在排放气体的移动方向(从图1的下侧向上侧)直列地排列生成二氧化氮(NO2)的铂等柴油氧化催化剂39(气体净化体)和在比较低的温度下连续地将捕集了的颗粒状物质(PM)氧化去除的蜂窝构造的烟尘过滤器40(气体净化体)。另外,由消音器41形成排放气体净化箱38的一侧部,在消音器41上设置净化出口管37。
根据上述构成,由柴油氧化催化剂39的氧化作用生成了的二氧化氮(NO2),被从一侧端面(取入侧端面)向烟尘过滤器40内供给。包含在柴油发动机1的排放气体中的颗粒状物质(PM),被烟尘过滤器40捕集,由二氧化氮(NO2)连续地氧化去除。除了柴油发动机1 的排放气体中的粒状物质(PM)的去除之外,柴油发动机1的排放气体中的一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)的含有量也被减少。
另外,热敏电阻式的上游侧气体温度传感器42和下游侧气体温度传感器43,附设在排放气体净化箱38上。柴油氧化催化剂39的气体流入侧端面的排放气体温度由上游侧气体温度传感器42进行检测。柴油氧化催化剂的气体流出侧端面的排放气体温度,由下游侧气体温度传感器43检测。
并且,在排放气体净化箱38上附设作为排放气体压力传感器的差压传感器44。烟尘过滤器40的上游侧与下游侧之间的排放气体的压力差,由差压传感器44检测。根据烟尘过滤器40的上游侧与下游侧之间的排气压力差,运算烟尘过滤器40中的颗粒状物质的堆积量,以能够把握烟尘过滤器40内的堵塞状态的方式来构成。
如图1、图11所示,在排放气体净化箱38的出口夹持凸缘45上用螺栓系牢传感器托架46,在排放气体净化箱38的外面侧配置传感器托架46。一体地设置了电气配线连接器的差压传感器44被安装在传感器托架46上。在排放气体净化箱38的外侧面配置差压传感器44。上游侧传感器配管47和下游侧传感器配管48的一端侧分别与差压传感器44连接。以排放气体净化箱38内的烟尘过滤器40处于上游侧和下游侧的各传感器配管凸台体49、50之间的方式,在排放气体净化箱 38上配置上游侧和下游侧的各传感器配管凸台体49、50。上游侧传感器配管47和下游侧传感器配管48的另一端侧,分别与各传感器配管凸台体49、50连接。
根据上述构成,烟尘过滤器40的流入侧的排放气体压力与烟尘过滤器40的流出侧的排放气体压力的差(排放气体的差压),被经差压传感器44进行检测。因为被烟尘过滤器40捕集了的排放气体中的颗粒状物质的残留量与排放气体的差压成比例,所以,当残留在烟尘过滤器40中的颗粒状物质的量增加了规定以上时,根据差压传感器44 的检测结果,实施使烟尘过滤器40的颗粒状物质量减少的再生控制 (例如使排气温度上升的控制)。另外,当颗粒状物质的残留量进一步增加到了再生控制可能的范围以上时,对排放气体净化箱38进行装拆分解,清扫烟尘过滤器40,进行人为地去除颗粒状物质的维护作业。
另外,在差压传感器44的外侧壳部上一体地设置电气配线连接器51,并且,将上游侧气体温度传感器42的电气配线连接器52和下游侧气体温度传感器43的电气配线连接器53固定在传感器托架46上。因为以使差压传感器44的电气配线连接器51、上游侧气体温度传感器42的电气配线连接器52和下游侧气体温度传感器43的电气配线连接器53的各连接方向朝着同一方向的姿势,对上述各连接器51、52、 53进行支承,所以,能够提高各连接器51、52、53的连接作业性。
另外,在排放气体净化箱38的出口夹持凸缘45上一体地形成悬挂体55,并且,在设置了净化入口管36的排放气体净化箱38的排放气体入口侧的侧面上用螺栓系牢悬挂金属零件56。在排放气体净化箱 38的对角线方向,使悬挂体55与悬挂金属零件56离开配置。在柴油发动机1的装配车间等,在手拉葫芦等的钩(图示省略)上卡定悬挂体55和悬挂金属零件56,由手拉葫芦等对排放气体净化箱38进行悬挂支承,在柴油发动机1上组装排放气体净化箱38。利用悬挂体55 和悬挂金属零件56的对角线方向的配置,能够以稳定了的姿势对作为重量物的排放气体净化箱38进行悬挂。
接下来,如图1、图8~图10所示那样,在排气岐管7上一体地形成EGR气体取出管61。另外,在排气岐管7上用螺栓系牢管接头构件62。通过由EGR气体取出管61支承EGR冷却器29的EGR气体入口部,并且,由连接再循环排放气体管30的管接头构件62对EGR 冷却器29的EGR气体出口部进行支承,EGR冷却器29从气缸体4 (具体地说是左侧面)离开配置。
另一方面,如图1、图8、图12~图14所示那样,具备提高柴油发动机1的排气压的排气节流装置65。使排气岐管7的排气出口体7a 向上开口。排气岐管7的排气出口体7a,经用于对柴油发动机1的排气压进行调节的排气节流装置65,能装拆地与折弯状的中继管66连结。排气节流装置65,具有内装排气节流阀67的节流阀壳68、对排气节流阀67进行开动控制的执行机构壳69和对执行机构壳69与节流阀壳68进行连结的水冷套70。
在排气出口体7a上载置节流阀壳68,在节流阀壳68上载置中继管66,由4根螺栓71在排气出口体7a上经节流阀壳68系牢中继管 66。在排气出口体7a上固定节流阀壳68的下面侧。在节流阀壳68 的上面侧固定中继管66的下面侧开口部66a。经排气管72连结净化入口管36和中继管66的横向开口部66b。因此,上述排放气体净化装置2经中继管66及排气节流装置65与排气岐管7连接。从排气岐管7的出口部经净化入口管36向排放气体净化装置2内移动了的排放气体,在由排放气体净化装置2净化后,从净化出口管37向排气尾管 (图示省略)移动,最终向机外排出。
根据上述构成,通过根据由上述差压传感器44检测出的压力差使排气节流装置65的执行机构(图示省略)工作,实施烟尘过滤器40 的再生控制。即,当烟尘(黑烟子)在烟尘过滤器40上堆积了时,利用对排气节流装置65的排气节流阀67进行闭动的控制,提高柴油发动机1的排气压,使从柴油发动机1排出的排放气体温度上升为高温,使在烟尘过滤器40上堆积了的烟尘(黑烟子)燃烧。其结果,烟尘消失,烟尘过滤器40再生。
另外,即使继续进行负荷小、排放气体的温度容易变低的作业(烟尘容易堆积的作业),也能够利用由排气节流装置65产生的排气压的强制上升对烟尘过滤器40进行再生,能够适当地维持排放气体净化装置2的排放气体净化能力。另外,用于使堆积在了烟尘过滤器40上的烟尘燃烧的燃烧器等也变得不需要。另外,在发动机1起动时,也能够通过利用排气节流装置65的控制提高柴油发动机1的排气压,使来自柴油发动机1的排放气体的温度成为高温,促进柴油发动机1的暖机。
如图1、图8、图12~图14所示,在具备设有排气岐管7的发动机1、由排气节流装置65对排气岐管7的排气压进行调节的发动机装置中,在排气岐管7的排气出口系牢排气节流装置65的节流阀壳68 的排放气体取入侧,以经节流阀壳68对排气岐管7与排气管72进行连接的方式构成。因此,一面能够在高刚性的上述排气岐管7上支承排气节流装置65,能够将排气节流装置65的支承构造构成为高刚性,一面能够与经中继管66对例如排气岐管7与节流阀壳68进行连接的构造相比缩小排气节流装置65的排放气体取入侧的容积,高精度地调节排气岐管7内的排气压。例如,能够将向排放气体净化装置2等供给的排放气体的温度简单地维持为适合于排放气体的净化的温度。
如图8、图12~图14所示,在排气岐管7的上面侧系牢节流阀壳 68,在节流阀壳68的上面侧系牢中继管66,将节流阀壳68和中继管 66按多层状对排气岐管7进行配置,最上层部的中继管66与排气管 72连结。因此,不改变排气节流装置65的支承姿势,也不改变中继管66的规格,就能够与例如排放气体净化装置2的安装位置等对应地改变中继管66的安装姿势(排气管72的连结方向)。
如图1、图8、图12~图14所示,排气岐管7的排气出口向上开口,在排气岐管7的上面侧设置节流阀壳68,在节流阀壳68的上面侧形成节流阀气体出口68a,并且,在节流阀壳68的下方以排气岐管 7处于节流阀壳68与EGR气体冷却用的EGR冷却器29之间的方式配置EGR气体冷却用的EGR冷却器29。因此,一面能够沿发动机1 的一侧面紧凑地设置排气岐管7、排气节流装置65和EGR冷却器29,一面能够与例如排放气体净化装置2的配置等对应地从节流阀壳68 的节流阀气体出口68a朝侧面或向上延伸设置排气管72。因此,能够在作业车辆的发动机室内外(柴油发动机1以外的构成部件)功能性地支承排放气体净化装置2。另外,能够利用排气岐管7的外侧面,紧凑地支承与排气节流装置65及EGR冷却器29连接的冷却水配管 (节流出口侧软管77、节流入口侧软管78等)。
另一方面,在柴油发动机1的左侧方(排气岐管7那一侧),设置连接EGR冷却器29及排气节流装置65与冷却水泵21的冷却水流通路径(可挠性冷却水返回软管75、节流出口侧软管77、节流入口侧软管78、冷却水取出软管79等)。以来自冷却水泵21的冷却水不仅向柴油发动机1的水冷部供给,而且其一部分被送往EGR冷却器29及排气节流装置65的方式构成。
上述返回软管75与合金制中间管76的一端侧连接,合金制中间管76的另一端侧与可挠性节流出口侧软管77的一端侧连接。排气节流装置65的水冷套70与节流出口侧软管77的另一端侧连接,并且,水冷套70与节流入口侧软管78的一端侧连接,EGR冷却器29的冷却水排水口与节流入口侧软管78的另一端侧连接。另外,EGR冷却器29的冷却水取入口经冷却水取出软管79与气缸体4连接。
即,冷却水泵21与EGR冷却器29及排气节流装置65直列地连接。而且,在由上述各软管75、77、78、79等形成的冷却水流通路径中,在冷却水泵21与EGR冷却器29之间配置排气节流装置65,排气节流装置65位于EGR冷却器29的上游侧。来自冷却水泵21的冷却水的一部分,从气缸体4经EGR冷却器29向排气节流装置65供给,进行循环。
如图1、图3、图8~图10所示,在具备进气歧管6及排气岐管7、对从排气岐管7向进气歧管6回流的EGR气体进行冷却的EGR冷却器29和对排气岐管7那一侧的排放气体压力进行检测的排气压力传感器84的发动机装置中,设置将排气压力传感器84与排气岐管7连接的热传动性的排气压传感器管85,以在作为使冷却水向EGR冷却器 29循环的冷却水管的中间管76上并设排气压传感器管85的方式构成。因此,通过冷却水管76和排气压传感器管85的并设,一面能够对由排放气体加热的上述排气压传感器管85的温度上升进行抑制,能够提高可挠性橡胶软管等连接部件(排气压软管86)的耐久性,一面能够使排气压力传感器84与排气岐管7的压力取出口83接近地配置,能够将排气压传感器管85形成为短尺寸,能够简化排气压传感器管 85或上述连接部件的防振构造。
如图8~图10所示,在排气岐管7上固定管支承托架87,在管支承托架87上固定中间管76和排气压传感器管85。因此,一面能够将中间管76、排气压传感器管85和管支承托架87作为单一部件组装在柴油发动机1上,一面能够在高刚性的排气岐管7上经管支承托架87牢固地固定中间管76和排气压传感器管85,能够简化中间管76和排气压传感器管85的防振构造。
如图1、图3、图8~图10所示,在上述排气岐管7上一体地形成EGR气体取出管61,从上述排气岐管7向其外侧方向斜下方使EGR 气体取出管61突出,上述EGR气体取出管61的突出端部与上述EGR 冷却器29的一侧部连结,并且,在上述EGR冷却器29的另一侧部设置管接头构件62,上述EGR冷却器29的另一侧部经上述管接头构件62与上述排气岐管7连结,在上述排气岐管7的外侧方,向上述 EGR冷却器29的上方侧延伸设置中间管76。因此,一面能够削减相对于柴油发动机1的侧面离开地支承上述EGR冷却器29的支承部件数,能够减少制造成本,一面能够与上述排气岐管7的压力取出口83 (排气压传感器管85的安装位置)接近地延伸设置中间管76。例如能够在与上述EGR冷却器29的外侧面相比处于内方侧的位置支承中间管76或排气压传感器管85。中间管76或排气压传感器管85不会从柴油发动机1侧面突出得很多。能够使中间管76或排气压传感器管 85与柴油发动机1侧面接近,紧凑地进行设置。

Claims (3)

1.一种发动机装置,具备设有排气岐管的发动机,由排气节流装置对上述排气岐管的排气压进行调节;
该发动机装置的特征在于:具备对上述排气岐管那一侧的排放气体压力进行检测的排气压力传感器,和
将上述排气压力传感器与上述排气岐管进行连接的热传动性的排气压传感器管;
构成为,在上述排气岐管的排气出口系牢上述排气节流装置的节流阀壳的排放气体取入侧,经上述节流阀壳将排气管与排气岐管连接;
上述排气岐管的排气出口向上开口,在上述排气岐管的上面侧设置上述节流阀壳,在上述节流阀壳的上面侧形成节流阀气体出口,并且,在上述节流阀壳的下方,隔着上述排气岐管,配置有EGR气体冷却用的EGR冷却器;
该发动机装置被构成为,在使冷却水向上述EGR冷却器进行循环的冷却水管上并设上述排气压传感器管,上述排气压力传感器与上述排气岐管的压力取出口接近地配置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机装置,其特征在于:在上述排气岐管上固定管支承托架,上述冷却水管和排气压传感器管固定在上述管支承托架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机装置,其特征在于:在上述排气岐管上一体地形成EGR气体取出管,使EGR气体取出管从上述排气岐管向其外侧方向斜下方突出,上述EGR冷却器的一侧部与上述EGR气体取出管的突出端部连结,并且,在上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部设置管接头构件,经上述管接头构件将上述EGR冷却器的另一侧部与上述排气岐管连结,上述冷却水管在上述排气岐管的外侧方朝上述EGR冷却器的上方侧延伸设置。
