实施例7:回交转育创制不育系
在已有水稻种质资源中选择性状优良的,如配合力强、抗病、抗虫和高产等优良农艺性状的水稻材料作为父本(轮回亲本,在实施例中,采用天丰,华268,华恢624,华211,华恢3411,华恢451,华恢2855,R608,华恢374、华恢3501、H451、R608、华占、黄华占、H268、H819、沪闽粳等作为轮回亲本),将不育基因和以通过上述方法获得的转基因事件作为母本,两者通过回交转育将轮回亲本制作成具有优良性状的新型不育系(图6),创制了一批新型不育系和大大扩展了品种资源的杂交利用率,尤其是可以改变粳稻中几乎没有很好的两系杂交组合的现状,可扩展杂交粳稻种植面积,扩大了杂种优势利用范围,提高品种资源的利用效率。
工业实用性
本发明的构建体,能够有效地应用于水稻雄性不育系和保持系的构建,进而获得的育性稳定的水稻雄性不育系和保持系能够高效地应用于杂交种子的生产,从而能够获得安全、优质的杂交水稻种子。
