Abstract

本发明涉及一种螺丝整列机构,包括盛放待整理螺丝的料筒,所述料筒两侧均连接有水平的传输通道,两所述传输通道内均设有将螺丝依次导出所述料筒的传送装置,以及分别与所述传送装置过渡连接的纵向的送料管道,所述传送装置包括间隔设有卡槽的回转体,螺丝经所述回转体的传动作用平躺在所述卡槽内,所述送料管道与所述回转体过渡连接并且在连接处设有使螺丝呈纵向进入送料管道内的导向件。本发明的螺丝整列机构能够将螺丝水平地传输至送料管道,并使螺丝螺帽朝上竖直地进入送料管道,通过送料管道整齐地导出,各螺丝的传输有条不紊,经送料管道导出的螺丝较整齐,便于整齐地落到螺丝整列盒或整列盘上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械装置,尤其涉及一种排列螺丝的装置。
背景技术
螺丝为日常生活中不可或缺的工业必需品,较多的是使用在流水作业安装等场合,操作者一般是通过螺丝刀吸取螺丝并将其安装于螺丝孔中,若是操作者每次都从一堆杂乱无章的螺丝中一颗颗地吸取螺丝,费时费力,影响工作效率。
因此,亟需设置一种自动装置,能够将螺丝整齐地导出以便排放在螺丝整列盒或整列盘上,以便操作人员方便用螺丝刀快速地吸取螺丝。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、能够自动将螺丝整齐地导出的机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种螺丝整列机构,包括盛放待整理螺丝的料筒,其特征在于:所述料筒两侧均连接有水平的传输通道,两所述传输通道内均设有将螺丝依次导出所述料筒的传送装置,以及分别与所述传送装置过渡连接的纵向的送料管道,所述传送装置包括间隔设有卡槽的回转体,螺丝经所述回转体的传动作用平躺在所述卡槽内,所述送料管道与所述回转体过渡连接并且在连接处设有使螺丝呈纵向进入送料管道内的导向件。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述送料管道内壁上于与所述回转体连接处设有两对称的所述导向件,螺丝上螺纹段的长度小于两所述导向件之间最宽处的距离。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述回转体上均匀地间隔设有若干个能够伸出\缩进所述回转体内部的齿部,两所述相邻的齿部之间形成所述卡槽,螺丝平躺于所述卡槽内时螺丝的端帽两侧分别与两相邻的齿部相切。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述回转体内部设有能够容置所述齿部的容置腔,所述齿部抵靠所述送料管道外壁时缩进所述容置腔内。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述螺丝端帽的直径D1小于所述回转体与传输通道内壁之间的纵向距离L1,且L1小于所述螺丝的长度。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括两所述回转体上的齿部相对时,两相对的齿部之间的距离L2小于所述螺丝端帽的直径D1。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述螺丝端帽的直径D1小于所述送料管道的内径D2,且D2小于所述螺丝的长度。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的螺丝整列机构通过设置传送装置以及与其过渡连接的送料管道,利用传送装置将螺丝水平地从料筒内传输至送料管道,经送料管道内的导向件使螺丝螺帽朝上竖直地进入送料管道,通过送料管道整齐地导出,各螺丝的传输有条不紊,经送料管道导出的螺丝较整齐,便于整齐地落到螺丝整列盒或整列盘上。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1和图2所示,一种螺丝整列机构,包括盛放待整理螺丝50的料筒10,料筒10两侧均连接有水平的传输通道20,两传输通道20内均设有将螺丝50依次导出料筒10的传送装置30,以及分别与传送装置30过渡连接的纵向的送料管道40,传送装置30包括间隔设有卡槽31的回转体32,螺丝50经回转体32的传动作用平躺在卡槽31内,送料管道40与回转体32过渡连接并且在连接处设有使螺丝50呈纵向进入送料管道40内的导向件41。
优选的,在送料管道40内壁上于与回转体32连接处设有两对称的导向件41,螺丝50上螺纹段的长度小于两导向件41之间最宽处的距离。横躺在卡槽31内的螺丝50在回转体32的传动作用下,传输至送料管道40与回转体32的连接处时,螺丝50的螺帽会首先碰触到导向件41,在导向件41的抵挡作用下,螺丝50发生转动,从两导向件41之间纵向进入送料管道40内。设置两对称的导向件41是由于螺丝50有可能是螺帽卡在卡槽31内,也有可能是螺纹段卡在卡槽内,两导向件41可确保不管是哪个朝向平躺的螺丝50,螺丝50的螺帽均会首先碰触导向件41而竖直进入送料管道40内,且进入送料管道40内的螺丝50的螺帽均朝上。
进一步的,本发明中通过在回转体32上均匀地间隔设有若干个能够伸出\缩进回转体32内部的齿部33,使两相邻的齿部33之间形成卡槽31,螺丝50平躺于卡槽31内时螺丝50的端帽两侧可分别与两相邻的齿部33相切,以确保螺丝50能进入卡槽31内,从而传送至送料管道40中。具体的,可在回转体32内部设有能够容置齿部33的容置腔34,当齿部33抵靠送料管道40外壁时缩进容置腔34内。因回转体32是循环转动,其上的各齿部33也跟随移动,而送料管道40是与回转体32过渡连接的,各齿部33会碰撞到送料管道40的外壁,为确保回转体32正常的转动,使齿部33在移动至送料管道40处,利用送料管道40对其的抵挡作用,使齿部33缩进回转体32内的容置腔34内,当齿部33移动至脱离送料管道40时,伸出容置腔34,两相邻的齿部33之间继续形成卡槽31运载螺丝50。作为本发明的优选的实施方式,将回转体32设置为截面为长方形状,其短边朝向送料管道40,长边设置在传输通道20内,以便能够同时承载多个螺丝50,回转体32的各个顶角设置为圆弧角,便于转动,且与送料管道40过渡时较顺畅。
为确保螺丝50能够横躺在卡槽31内、螺帽朝上地进入送料管道40内,需使回转体32与传输通道20内壁之间的纵向距离L1大于螺丝50端帽的直径D1且小于螺丝50的长度;使送料管道40的内径D2大于螺丝50端帽的直径D1且小于螺丝50的长度。如此,螺丝50只能平躺于卡槽31内,而不会站立在卡槽31内,在传输通道40内时也不会翻转,只会竖直地从送料管道40出去,落到放置在送料管道40下方的螺丝整列盒或整列盘上。
进一步的,为防止螺丝50从两回转体32之间掉落,使两回转体32上的齿部33相对时,两相对的齿部33之间的距离L2小于螺丝50端帽的直径D1。
本发明的螺丝整列机构通过设置传送装置以及与其过渡连接的送料管道,利用传送装置将螺丝水平地从料筒内传输至送料管道,经送料管道内的导向件使螺丝螺帽朝上竖直地进入送料管道,通过送料管道整齐地导出,各螺丝的传输有条不紊,经送料管道导出的螺丝较整齐,便于整齐地落到螺丝整列盒或整列盘上。

Claims (6)

1.一种螺丝整列机构,包括盛放待整理螺丝的料筒,其特征在于:所述料筒两侧均连接有水平的传输通道,两所述传输通道内均设有将螺丝依次导出所述料筒的传送装置,以及分别与所述传送装置过渡连接的纵向的送料管道,所述传送装置包括间隔设有卡槽的回转体,所述回转体截面为长方形状,螺丝经所述回转体的传动作用平躺在所述卡槽内,所述送料管道与所述回转体过渡连接并且在连接处设有使螺丝呈纵向进入送料管道内的导向件;所述回转体上均匀地间隔设有若干个能够伸出/缩进所述回转体内部的齿部,两相邻的所述齿部之间形成所述卡槽,螺丝平躺于所述卡槽内时螺丝的端帽两侧分别与两相邻的齿部相切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝整列机构,其特征在于:所述送料管道内壁上于与所述回转体连接处设有两对称的所述导向件,螺丝上螺纹段的长度小于两所述导向件之间最宽处的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝整列机构,其特征在于:所述回转体内部设有能够容置所述齿部的容置腔,所述齿部抵靠所述送料管道外壁时缩进所述容置腔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的螺丝整列机构,其特征在于:所述螺丝端帽的直径D1小于所述回转体与传输通道内壁之间的纵向距离L1,且L1小于所述螺丝的长度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的螺丝整列机构,其特征在于:两所述回转体上的齿部相对时,两相对的齿部之间的距离L2小于所述螺丝端帽的直径D1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螺丝整列机构,其特征在于:所述螺丝端帽的直径D1小于所述送料管道的内径D2,且D2小于所述螺丝的长度。
