本实用新型涉及一种输送装置，尤其涉及一种无轴螺旋输送机。
背景技术
现有的无轴螺旋输送机在使用过程中，当出料口在减速机一侧时，常常出现物料（尤其是带状、纤维状物料）进入出料口一侧死角的现象。该死角即为连接螺旋片和减速机轴的法兰与无轴螺旋输送机的壳体的端板之间的空间。物料进入到该死角后无法自行出来，必须要人工清理，长时间不对该死角进行清理，物料堆积增多，将影响减速机轴的转动，加重电机负荷。对该死角进行清理时需打开壳体的盖板，用棍状物将死角内的物料撬出来，清理工作不便于进行。

针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、避免物流进入上述死角的无轴螺旋输送机。
本实用新型解决问题采取的技术方案为：
一种无轴螺旋输送机，包括壳体、出料口和螺旋片，壳体的一端设置有端板，所述的壳体一侧靠近端板位置设置有出料口，在所述出料口和端板之间设置有挡板，所述螺旋片通过法兰连接到减速机轴，所述挡板垂直于减速机轴的轴向并安装在所述壳体内壁上。
作为上述方案的进一步设置，所述挡板与法兰处于同一平面。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以防止物料进入挡板和端板之间的空间，有效避免了物料进入输送机死角，清理时只需清理挡板和出料口之间的空间即可，该空间靠近出料口，清理比较容易。

通过在出料口2和端板11之间设置挡板6，可以防止物料进入挡板6 和端板11 之间的空间，有效地保护了位于挡板6和端板11之间的部件或部件的部分（例如减速机轴4的位于挡板6 和端板11之间的部分），清理时只需清理挡板6 和出料口2 之间的空间即可，该空间靠近出料口2，清理比较容易。
