技术领域
本发明涉及一种人体抗氧化增强免疫力功能的保健品,具体地说是一种抗氧化增强免疫力的莲房原花青素软胶囊及制法。
背景技术
机体抗氧化系统及免疫系统,是人类抵御外界和自身各种致病因素伤害的极为重要的防线。现代医学认为,几乎所有疾病都与抗氧化功能有着联系;同样,几乎所有疾病都与免疫系统功能有着联系。在正常生理条件下,机体的抗氧化能力及免疫系统依靠其先天具有的抗氧化能力及免疫力,以及后天获得的抗氧化能力及免疫能力发挥共同抗氧化及免疫作用,保持机体的生理功能相对稳定。若机体抗氧化功能及免疫功能发生异常,必然会导致生理功能的失调,从而出现病理性变化。人成年后随着年龄的增加,机体的抗氧化功能及免疫功能亦逐渐下降。人体抗氧化酶的活性下降,表现在血中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)的活性下降,过多的氧自由基不能得到及时的清除,血中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)明显增加。机体免疫功能下降表现为感冒的几率增加,且呼吸道感染不易治愈,抵抗能力下降,T细胞亚群CD4细胞下降,CD4/CD8比例下降,自然杀伤细胞(NK)亦下降,易发生肿瘤。为此,对于抗氧化功能及免疫力功能异常人群及中老年人,如何增强和改善其抗氧化能力及免疫力,提高人体的体质和对疾病的抵抗力是一项十分重要的任务。
目前,莲房原花青素提取物复配茯苓提取物及紫苏籽油制成的抗氧化增强免疫力软胶囊产品尚属空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗氧化增强免疫力的莲房原花青素软胶囊及制法,该软胶囊具有显著的抗氧化及增强免疫功能。用以中老年人、抗氧化及免疫功能低下者人群补充药食两用品种的生物活性成分,提高其抗氧化能力及增强免疫力功能,从而预防多种疾病的发生、预防多种慢性病的加重。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗氧化增强免疫力的莲房原花青素软胶囊,其特征在于:由莲房原花青素提取物60g—200g,茯苓提取物60g—200g,紫苏籽油300g—600g,蜂蜡(混悬剂)为配方量的5%,制成0.45克/粒—0.8克/粒的软胶囊1000粒。
莲房原花青素提取物:为睡莲科植物莲的干燥花托——莲房,经乙醇低温浸提得到的提取物,莲房原花青素提取物具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、抗突变、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、降血粘、抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓、抗动脉硬化、抗炎、抗溃疡等保健药理作用。研究发现,服用莲房原花青素不仅可以显著升高机体超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,显著降低机体过氧化脂质含量,明显增强机体抗氧化机能,还可明显改善白细胞的降低,增强机体的免疫力。试验还显示,感染了免疫缺陷病毒的受试动物中,莲房原花青素恢复IL—6和IL—10细胞的效果尤其显著,极大的增强了其他免疫细胞的活性,莲房原花青素还能加强免疫系统自身的保护能力。
茯苓提取物:茯苓为药食两用品种,古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功。现代医学研究,茯苓能增强机体免疫功能。茯苓提取物主要成分为茯苓多糖及三萜类化合物,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、抗肿瘤及保肝作用。

加工方法:
在10万级净化软胶囊生产车间,将上述配方中的紫苏籽油加入真空均质乳化机中加温至65℃熔化蜂蜡,降温至30℃加入莲房原花青素提取物及茯苓提取物搅拌均质0.5小时,过胶体磨2遍,并抽真空至无气泡,降温至22℃过60目滤网出料至料桶。压制胶丸、胶丸定型、洗丸、胶丸干燥、选丸、内包、质检、包装待用。
本发明的有益结果:
以莲房原花青素提取物为主复配茯苓提取物及紫苏籽油制成软胶囊,具有很强的抗氧化及增强免疫力作用。可用以中老年人、抗氧化及免疫力低下者增强抗氧化功能及增强免疫力,预防多种疾病的发生、预防多种疾病的加重。
本发明制成的莲房原花青素软胶囊保健品经动物试验及人群服用证实,具有显著抗氧化及增强免疫力的保健功能。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种抗氧化增强免疫力的莲房原花青素软胶囊,取莲房原花青素提取物2.5kg,茯苓提取物2.5kg,紫苏籽油9.25kg,蜂蜡0.75kg。
加工方法:在10万级净化的软胶囊生产车间,将上述配方中的9.25kg紫苏籽油加入真空均质乳化机中,加温至65℃熔化蜂蜡,降温至30℃加入莲房原花青素提取物2.5kg及茯苓提取物2.5kg,搅拌均质0.5小时,过胶体磨2遍,并抽真空至无气泡,降温至22℃过60目滤网出料至料桶。压制0.5g/粒胶丸,理论产量为30000粒,实际产量为29100粒,软胶囊成品率为97%。胶丸定型、洗丸、胶丸干燥、选丸、铝塑压板包装、质检、外包装。待用。
实施例2
一种抗氧化增强免疫力的莲房原花青素软胶囊,取莲房原花青素提取物3.5kg,茯苓提取物5kg,紫苏籽油16.2kg,蜂蜡1.3kg。
在10万级净化的软胶囊生产车间,将上述配方中的16.2kg紫苏籽油加入真空均质乳化机中,加温至65℃熔化蜂蜡,降温至30℃加入莲房原花青素提取物3.5kg及茯苓提取物5kg,搅拌均质0.5小时,过胶体磨2遍,并抽真空至无气泡,降温至22℃过60目滤网出料至料桶。压制0.65g/粒胶丸,理论产量为40000粒,实际产量为39000粒,软胶囊成品率为97.5%。胶丸定型、洗丸、胶丸干燥、选丸、铝塑压板包装、质检、外包装。待用。

每100g内包物中含原花青素≥6g
每100g内包物中含茯苓多糖≥10g
适宜人群:
中老年人、抗氧化及免疫力低下人群。
使用方法及用量:

(1)在软胶囊生产车间,将上述配方中的紫苏籽油加入真空均质乳化机中加温至65℃熔化蜂蜡;
(2)降温至30℃加入莲房原花青素提取物及茯苓提取物搅拌均质,过胶体磨,并抽真空至无气泡,降温至22℃过60目滤网出料至料桶;
(3)压制成胶丸。
