本发明公开了一种耐磨电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚四氟乙烯20-30、聚乙烯HDPE80-90、改性玉石粉40-55、蓖麻油1-2、氧化锌1-2、气相纳米二氧化硅3-5、高耐磨炭黑N3301-2、石蜡油1-2、硼化钨0.4-0.6、抗氧剂3001-2、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯3-5、烟片胶4-6;本发明含有改性玉石粉增加强度以及耐磨性,配伍合理,强度高,耐磨使用寿命长。

一种耐磨电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种耐磨电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近5000家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨电缆料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种耐磨电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚四氟乙烯20-30、聚乙烯HDPE 80-90、改性玉石粉40-55、蓖麻油1-2、氧化锌1-2、气相纳米二氧化硅3-5、高耐磨炭黑N330 1-2、石蜡油1-2、硼化钨0.4-0.6、抗氧剂300 1-2、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯3-5、烟片胶4-6;
改性玉石粉的制备方法是将玉石粉于700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出冷却后,于浓度为12-18%的盐酸中边搅拌边泡2-3小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,相当于玉石粉重量2-4%的硅烷偶联剂KH560、1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、1-2%的醇醚糖苷、1-3%的抗氧剂626混匀后,研磨成粉末即得。
所述的一种耐磨电缆料,其特征在于:
  制备方法为:
(1)取聚乙烯HDPE、聚四氟乙烯、蓖麻油、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯按重量份混匀,于捏合机中130-148℃下捏合7-9分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明含有改性玉石粉增加强度以及耐磨性,配伍合理,强度高,耐磨使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种耐磨电缆料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:聚四氟乙烯25、聚乙烯HDPE 90、改性玉石粉55、蓖麻油2、氧化锌1、气相纳米二氧化硅5、高耐磨炭黑N330 2、石蜡油2、硼化钨0.6、抗氧剂300 1、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯3、烟片胶6;
改性玉石粉的制备方法是将玉石粉于720℃下煅烧2小时,取出冷却后,于浓度为16%的盐酸中边搅拌边泡3小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,相当于玉石粉重量3%的硅烷偶联剂KH560、2%的邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、1%的醇醚糖苷、3%的抗氧剂626混匀后,研磨成粉末即得。
所述的一种耐磨电缆料,
  制备方法为:
(1)取聚乙烯HDPE、聚四氟乙烯、蓖麻油、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯按重量份混匀,于捏合机中148℃下捏合7分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,得到成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,抗张强度16.9MPa,断裂伸长率440%,阻燃级别V2。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐磨电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚四氟乙烯20-30、聚乙烯HDPE 80-90、改性玉石粉40-55、蓖麻油1-2、氧化锌1-2、气相纳米二氧化硅3-5、高耐磨炭黑N330 1-2、石蜡油1-2、硼化钨0.4-0.6、抗氧剂300 1-2、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯3-5、烟片胶4-6;
改性玉石粉的制备方法是将玉石粉于700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出冷却后,于浓度为12-18%的盐酸中边搅拌边泡2-3小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,相当于玉石粉重量2-4%的硅烷偶联剂KH560、1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、1-2%的醇醚糖苷、1-3%的抗氧剂626混匀后,研磨成粉末即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨电缆料,其特征在于:
  制备方法为:
(1)取聚乙烯HDPE、聚四氟乙烯、蓖麻油、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯按重量份混匀,于捏合机中130-148℃下捏合7-9分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,得到成品。
