技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于清洗挤出机、注塑成形机等成形加工机的、用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物。
背景技术
作为用于热塑性树脂的成形加工机的清洗剂,已知有基体树脂和其它的成分组合而成的清洗剂。
在日本特开2010-95624号公报、日本特开2010-95625号公报、日本特开2011-46808号公报、日本特开平10-279816号公报及日本特开2007-21765号公报中公开有一种组合基体树脂和阴离子表面活性剂而成的清洗剂组合物。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于,提供一种用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其通过组合基体树脂和表面活性剂进一步提高了清洗性能。
本发明发现:在组合基体树脂成分和表面活性剂时,通过组合非离子表面活性剂,进而组合酸性磷酸酯的金属盐,由此清洗性能进一步提高,作业性也得以改善,完成了本发明。
本发明提供一种用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其含有:
(A)含有苯乙烯类树脂的热塑性树脂;
(B)脂肪酸的碱金属盐;
(C)非离子性表面活性剂;及
(D)酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。
本发明提供一种将上述热塑性树脂组合物用于清洗成形加工机的用途。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的清洗用热塑性树脂组合物,清洗挤出机、注塑成形设备等热塑性树脂成形加工设备的内部时,其清洗性和作业性良好。
<(A)成分>
苯乙烯类树脂除PS树脂(聚苯乙烯均聚物)以外,还可以举出共聚物(其中,不含有(甲基)丙烯酸单元)。
作为共聚物,可以举出:选自ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、AS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯)树脂、ASA(丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸橡胶)树脂、AES(丙烯腈-乙烯丙烯橡胶-苯乙烯)树脂、ACS(丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯)树脂、HIPS树脂(耐冲击性聚苯乙烯)、SB(苯乙烯-丁二烯)树脂、SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、SEBS树脂(苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯)、SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、SIBS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯/丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、SEPS(苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯)树脂等中的树脂,也可以将它们组合使用。
含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯单元的树脂可以举出:选自MS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯)树脂、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)树脂、马来酸酐-苯乙烯-MMA(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)的共聚物、MBS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、MABS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂等中的树脂,也可以将它们组合使用。
(A)成分可以仅为苯乙烯类树脂,也可以为苯乙烯类树脂和含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯单元的树脂的混合物。
形成上述混合物时,优选苯乙烯类树脂的含有比例为60质量%以上,更优选为70质量%以上。
<(B)成分>
(B)脂肪酸的碱金属盐优选碳原子数为10~22的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸的Na、K、Li、Cs盐。作为脂肪酸,可以为直链,也可以为支链。
其中,更优选碳原子数为12~18的脂肪酸(月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸)的Na盐。
相对于(A)成分100质量份,组合物中的(B)成分脂肪酸的碱金属盐的含有比例为0.5~10质量份,优选为1~10质量份,更优选为1~5质量份。
<(C)成分>
(C)成分非离子性表面活性剂,可以举出:选自氧乙烯链型表面活性剂、山梨糖醇酐酯型表面活性剂、甘油酯类(甘油(单、二)脂肪酸酯类)表面活性剂、12-羟基硬脂酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基甘油基醚、烷基糖苷等的物质。
其中,优选选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、12-羟基硬脂酸酯中的1种以上。
相对于(A)成分100质量份,组合物中的(C)成分非离子性表面活性剂的含有比例为0.5~10质量份,优选为1~10质量份,更优选为1~5质量份。
(B)成分和(C)成分的总量中的(B)成分的含有比例优选30~70质量%,更优选40~60质量%,(C)成分的含有比例为剩余比例。
<(D)成分>
(D)成分为酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。(D)成分为:在并用(B)成分和(C)成分时,为了防止(C)成分由于(B)成分所含的碱金属的作用被分解产生气体(含有脂肪酸等的气体)而发挥作用的成分。
(D)成分可以使用例如日本特开2010-189515号公报的段落编号0021~段落编号0032中所记载的通式(I)或(II)所示的酸性磷酸酯的盐。
作为(D)成分,优选酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐等。
作为(D)成分,可以使用市售品,例如可以使用:酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐((堺化学工业(株)制LBT1830)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐((堺化学工业(株)制LBT1813)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐((堺化学工业(株)制LBT1820)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐(LBT-1812)等。
相对于(B)成分和(C)成分的总量100质量份,组合物中的(D)成分的含有比例优选5~80质量份,更优选10~70质量份,进一步优选15~60质量份。
<其它成分>
本发明的组合物可以进一步含有无机填料。作为无机填料,除公知的玻璃纤维、金属纤维以外,还可以举出:选自日本特开2006-257297号公报中记载的熔渣、钢铁矿渣或它们的破碎物、人造矿物纤维中的填料,可以使用纤维状的填料、非纤维状的填料(粉末状、粒状、破碎物等)。
本发明的组合物可以进一步含有日本特开2006-257297号公报中记载的亚烷基二醇脂肪酸酯、有机磷化合物、多元醇、金属皂。
本发明的组合物通过亨舍尔混合机、转鼓式混合机、捏合机等混合机将上述各成分预混合后,通过挤出机混炼,或通过加热辊、班伯里密炼机熔融混炼来制造。
实施例
实施例及比较例
用转鼓式混合机将表1所示组成的各成分混合后,通过挤出机熔融混炼,得到颗粒状的树脂组合物。使用这些组合物,通过下述的方法进行清洗试验。将结果示于表1。
在注塑成形机(住友重机械工业公司制“SH100”;料筒温度230℃)中将作为现有使用树脂HIPS的着红色品(红色色素浓度0.5%)1kg注塑成形。

另外,在清洗结束后,通过流过AS树脂(DAICEL POLYMER株式会社制的CEVIAN N050SF)时是否出现之前使用树脂(前面的材料即HIPS)的红色来评价清洗性(前面的材料有无残留)。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其含有:
(A)含有苯乙烯类树脂的热塑性树脂;
(B)脂肪酸的碱金属盐;
(C)非离子性表面活性剂;及
(D)酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(B)成分和(C)成分的总量中的(B)成分的含有比例为30~70质量%,(C)成分的含有比例为70~30质量%,
相对于(B)成分和(C)成分的总量100质量份,(D)成分的含有比例为10~100质量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(D)成分酸性磷酸酯盐选自酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分非离子性表面活性剂选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯中的1种以上。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(A)含有苯乙烯类树脂的热塑性树脂为苯乙烯类树脂和含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯单元的树脂的混合物,所述苯乙烯类树脂不含有(甲基)丙烯酸单元。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯单元的树脂选自MS树脂、PMMA树脂、马来酸酐-苯乙烯-MMA的共聚物中的1种以上。
7.一种将权利要求1~5中任一项所述的热塑性树脂组合物用于清洗成形加工机的用途。
