Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,所述泵包括:一泵室,在所述泵室中可转动地支承一带有多个滑动件的转子;一电马达,用于驱动转子;一消声器,所述消声器在泵室的区域内包围一容积,其中,该容积与一排出口处于作用连接;和一预消声器,所述预消声器设置在消声器内。
背景技术
这样的泵本身是已知的并在其结构型式上也称为叶片泵。所述泵用于输出气体或液体并且例如在汽车中优选用作为真空泵用于发动机管理和/或制动力加强。
在DE 10 2006 058 978A1中描述一种泵(叶片泵),其中,一泵室包括一泵环,所述泵环设置在一基板与一盖板之间。为了降低声响设置一消声器,但未设置一预消声器。为了避免滑动件在运行过程中的倾斜并因此避免滑动件损坏,在基板中的进入口斜切。
DE 10 2009 058 010 A1公开一同类的叶片泵,其中,在一消声器中设置一预消声器。预消声器的排出口具有一向流出方向逐渐缩小的横截面。按这种方式避免功率损失同时有效地降低声响。
由DE 42 39 575 C2已知一种用于叶片泵的消声器,其分为两部分。一部分为泵的吸入侧配置而另一部分为泵的排出侧配置。在另一部分中设置一过滤筛,以便使在制造时产生的粒子远离敏感的消耗器。未设置一预消声器。
在现有技术中未知的是,敏感的泵本身以过滤器防止污染,以便确保泵的可靠性和经久耐用性。只已知,从这些位置吸入空气,在这些位置上污染负荷是较小的。为此在汽车中在发动机室内需要各相应的管道,其减小泵功率和提高安装耗费。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种泵,其经久耐用性和可靠性在到汽车中的安装耗费少的情况下被改善。同时泵拟具有良好的声响消减。
通过本发明的特征达到该目的。一过滤器结合到预消声器中。为泵的压力侧配置预消声器,亦即在泵的运行中由泵出来的压缩的空气流过过滤器。但如果关掉泵,则空气由于在吸入侧存在的负压通过泵的一压力套管和通过压力侧流回泵。在这种情况下空气中包含的污染粒子可能被携带并且进入泵室中,在那里污染粒子可以导致损坏。通过按照本发明过滤器的使用阻止这种情况,因为使污染粒子可靠地远离泵室。由于过滤器的功率损失是可忽略的。
在一实施形式中,预消声器以一带有内部成型的截锥形的套壳(Mantel)的环的形式一件式构成。由此进一步明显减少泵的声响发出。此外过滤器可以按简单的方式固定在套壳上,例如固定在具有较小直径的端部上。
在另一实施形式中,由弹性材料例如橡胶制造预消声器。由此可以简单地达到预消声器不仅相对泵室而且相对消声器的密封。
在另一实施形式中,过滤器固定于一槽中,所述槽构成在套壳具有较小直径的一端上。为此不需要其他的固定装置;安装是简单的。
在另一实施形式中,预消声器夹紧地保持在消声器的一环形板条上。这便于安装。环形板条在一圆周位置具有一向内指向的凸出部(Ausbuchtung),所述凸出部在环形板条与预消声器的环之间形成一排放通道。

具体实施方式
如从图1和2显而易见的那样,一泵1包括一泵室2,该泵在这里即一叶片泵,其规定作为真空泵,在泵室中可转动地支承一转子。在转子中如通常那样可移动地设置各滑动件(Schieber)。可借助于一电马达5驱动转子,电马达5固定在一安装板6上。马达5可以由一壳体包围并且连接于一连接电缆。
泵室2由一基板2a、一泵环2b和一盖板2c构成并且经由一具有一进入套管7的进入通道和经由一预消声器9、一排放通道8和消声器10流动技术上连接于一排出套管11。
在泵室2的区域内设置消声器10,使在运行中从泵室2中压出的空气直接流入消声器10中。消声器在这里成杯状包封泵室2,使其包围一容积用于有效的消减声响。如从图2和4特别好可看出的,消声器10由一大致管形的套筒10a和一在所管状套筒上安装的底板10b组成。绝大部分的容积形成在盖板2c与底板10b之间,一较小部分的容积作为在泵环2b与一按图套筒10a的下面的部分之间的间隙。在消声器10中在底板10b上与底板成一件地和同心地在一环形盘13上构成一环形板条12。在横截面方面环形盘13宽于环形板条12的基部。环形板条12在俯视图中基本上是圆形的除一向其中心指向的凸出部(Ausbuchtung)12a以外。在凸出部12a的区域内,环形盘13在其外圆周中具有一缝隙,所述缝隙构成在该外圆周、凸出部12a与底板10b之间。消声器10例如借助于多个螺纹件紧密地固定在安装板6上。所述消声器例如由塑料或一轻金属合金制成。
预消声器9(特别见图3)设置在盖板2c与底板10b之间的容积中。预消声器9圆对称地由一环9a和一截锥形的套壳9b一件式地构成。在这里套壳9b在其具有较大直径的下端上间接地经由一连接盘9c在其下面的区域内固定在环9a上。环9a的一横截面在其下面的区域内比在其余的区域内构成较薄的,在这里大约是其余的区域的一半厚,其余的区域在这里是在连接盘9c的上方,其中,一倾斜的台阶成形在环9a的外圆周上;这意味着,环9a的内径在两区域内并因此在两端上是相同的。环的高度在完成组装的泵1中相应于在盖板2c与环形盘13之间的净间距加上一微小的空隙。环9a的内径相应于环形板条12的外径扣除一微小的空隙,从而环9a可夹紧地固定在环形板条12上。套壳9b的一上端和环9a的上端处于一平面内。
在套壳9b的上端的区域内在里面制出一径向环形槽14。在环形槽14中保持一过滤器15。该过滤器具有一环盘形的框架,该框架包括多个斜撑,在斜撑上固定过滤介质、例如一精滤器或一纤维网。
预消声器9由弹性材料例如橡胶或塑料制成。
如已知那样制造和组装本身的泵1。将包括环形板条12和环形盘13的消声器10、预消声器9和过滤器15(同时注塑上过滤介质)以注塑成型制造。过滤器15嵌入环形槽14中并于是夹紧地固定。将预消声器9连同嵌入的过滤器15夹紧地固定于消声器中;为此环9a的上端移动到环形板条12的上面,直到环的上端挡靠在环形盘13上。在这种情况下,在环9a与凸出部12a之间和通过在环9a与底板10b之间的缝隙形成一排放通道8。将消声器10连同安装的预消声器9翻扣到泵室2上面并固定在安装板6上。在这种情况下将环9a的各端,除在缝隙的区域内以外,密封地向盖板2c和向环形盘13轻微压紧。按这种方式为声响消减形成两个分开的容积,它们只通过排放通道8在流动技术上连通。
将这样完成的泵固定于一汽车中、电连接并且在进入套管7和在排出套管11上连接于各一软管管道。
在运行中给马达5供电并驱动转子。由此通过进入套管7用第一软管吸入空气,亦即在这里产生一负压,其在一消耗器上是必需的。在泵室2中压缩吸入的空气并且通过一压力系统,亦即通过盖板2c中的各孔16、通过预消声器9和在这里通过过滤器15、接着通过排放通道8、消声器10、排出套管11和第二软管导入周围环境中。
如果关掉泵1,则在消耗器、第一软管和进入套管7中存在负压。该负压通过从环境中吸入的空气通过压力系统平衡。所述空气可能包含污染粒子并进入泵室2。通过过滤器15在泵室2之前可靠地分离污染粒子,从而污染粒子在这里可以不造成损坏。在泵1的接下来的运行时,自动地通过又沿正常(normaler)方向流动的空气净化过率器15。
在运行中泵1的声响消减由于预消声器9的新的实施形式大大改善。一方面通过弹性材料减缓压力冲击。另一方面将消声器10中的容积通过预消声器9分为多个分容积,这由于多次的流动转向显著地有助于声响消减。

Claims (4)
1.泵,包括:
泵室(2),在所述泵室中可转动地支承带有滑动件的转子;
电马达(5),用于驱动转子;
消声器(10),所述消声器在泵室(2)的区域内包围一容积,其中,该容积与排出套管(11)处于作用连接;
和预消声器(9),所述预消声器设置在消声器(10)内;
其特征在于,过滤器(15)结合到预消声器(9)中,预消声器(9)以一带有在内部成型的截锥形的套壳(9b)的环(9a)的形式一件式构成,过滤器(15)固定在构成在套壳(9b)的具有较小直径的一端上的环形槽(14)中。
