Abstract

本发明公开了一种电线穿线管的生产制造方法,该电线穿线管用挤出成型法加工制作而成。挤出成型法所用的树脂由废聚酯瓶破碎料、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、三氧化二锑、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌、铝粉、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、UV吸收剂和白油所组成。该电线穿线管具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、绝缘性能好,抗压强度高、阻燃性能好、膨胀系数小、耐老化、抗干扰性能好、使用寿命长、生产成本低的特点,该产品重量轻,变废为宝,充分利用了废旧材料,穿线管广泛用于电线、电缆、电话线和有线电视线等线路的保护。

一种电线穿线管
技术领域
 本发明属塑料管材加工技术领域,涉及一种电线穿线管的生产制造方法。
背景技术
 电线穿线管通常用于照明电线、空调器电线、网络数据线、电话线、有线电视线等电线穿线用,它与人们的生活息息相关,是居室装修不可缺少的材料,电线穿线管的质量好坏直接关系到用电安全以及网络信号的质量。目前,市场上的电线穿线管主要有二种,一种是金属管,一种是塑料管。金属管的优点是抗压性能好,热膨胀系数小,耐温性能好,不收缩变形,抗干扰性能好,缺点是比重大,价格高、耐腐蚀性能差。塑料管主要是一种白色PVC硬质胶管,这种管材的优点是防腐蚀、比重小,生产成本低、防漏电性能好,缺点是抗干扰性能差、阻燃性能低。综上所述,现有金属穿线管和塑料穿线管均存在一定的缺陷,因此需要研制一种新型电线穿线管。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗压强度高、阻燃性能好、膨胀系数小、耐老化、抗干扰、使用寿命长、生产成本低的电线穿线管的生产制造方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种电线穿线管的制作原料是由废聚酯瓶破碎料、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、三氧化二锑、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌、铝粉、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、UV吸收剂和白油所组成,其配方组成和重量百分比为:废聚酯瓶破碎料60%~80% 、聚磷酸铵5%~15%、三聚氰胺10%~20%、三氧化二锑 1%~5%、纳米二氧化硅 1%~5%、氧化锌  0.5%~2%、铝粉 1%~3%、硬脂酸锌  0.3%~2%、抗氧剂 0.1%~0.5%,UV吸收剂0.1%~0.5%、白油0.2%~2%。制作方法是用上述原料利用管材挤出机挤出成管材。
所述铝粉的细度为800目~1000目。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂2246、亚磷酸酯、三乙基磷酸酯当中二种以上的复配物。
所述UV吸收剂为UV-320、UV-531、UV-770、UV-P、UV-O当中二种以上的复配物。
所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为25nm~45nm。
本发明的具体实施方式是:
挤出成型法加工塑料管材
1、开制塑料管材的成型模具:根据管材直径开制管材挤出口模,口模直径为Φ10~Φ100mm,壁厚为1~10mm。
2、塑料管材的加工:
(1)、将铝粉倒入不锈钢小盆中,然后向小盆中加入白油,用不锈钢棒搅拌使铝粉与白油混匀,将其配制成铝粉浆待用。
(2)、将废聚酯瓶破碎料、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、三氧化二锑、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌依次加入高速混合机中,开启高速混合机并将混合机的温度控制在60~80℃,将物料混合5~10分钟,停下高速混合机,再依次向高速混合机中加入硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、UV吸收剂,盖紧高速混合机,将物料高速混合15~30分钟后放出然后再送进双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中。
(3)开启双螺杆挤出机,控制挤出机的转速为200~400r/min, 控制挤出机料筒前部、中部、后部以及机头的温度分别为:250~260℃、230~240℃、230~240℃、255~265℃,从挤出机挤出的物料经水冷后即为电线穿线管。
本发明的有益效果是,废聚酯瓶破碎料具有很高的抗压强度,材料价格低廉,利用废聚酯瓶破碎料生产电线穿线管具有重要的环保意义,该穿线管比重小、内壁光滑不会刮伤电线,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、耐老化性能和抗压性能,材料中加入铝粉后又增加了抗干扰性能,加入阻燃剂后又提高了阻燃性能,加入抗氧剂和UV吸收剂后提高了材料的耐候性能,并且穿线管的生产成本较低。
实施例1
1、开制塑料管材的成型模具:根据管材直径开制管材挤出成型口模,口模直径为Φ25mm,壁厚为2.0mm。
2、塑料管材的加工:
(1)、将细度为1000目的铝粉1% (重量百分比,以下相同)倒入不锈钢小盆中,然后向小盆中加入白油1%,用不锈钢棒搅拌使铝粉与白油混匀,将其配制成铝粉浆待用。
(2)、将废聚酯瓶破碎料70%、聚磷酸铵9%、三聚氰胺10%、三氧化二锑3%、纳米二氧化硅(粒径为25nm)3%、氧化锌1%依次加入高速混合机中,开启高速混合机并将混合机的温度控制在80℃,将物料混合10分钟,停下高速混合机,再依次向高速混合机中加入硬脂酸锌1%、抗氧剂1010  0.25%、亚磷酸酯0.25%、UV-P 0.25%、UV-531 0.25%,盖紧高速混合机,将物料高速混合30分钟后放出并送进双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中。
(3)、开启双螺杆挤出机,控制挤出机的转速为300r/min, 控制挤出机料筒前部、中部、后部以及机头的温度分别为:250℃、240℃、230℃、265℃,从挤出机挤出的物料经水冷后即为电线穿线管。
实施例2
1、开制塑料管材的成型模具:根据管材直径开制管材挤出成型口模,口模直径为Φ15mm,壁厚为1.5mm。
2、塑料管材的加工:
(1)、将细度为800目的铝粉1.5% (重量百分比,以下相同)倒入不锈钢小盆中,然后向小盆中加入白油1%,用不锈钢棒搅拌使铝粉与白油混匀,将其配制成铝粉浆待用。
(2)、将废聚酯瓶破碎料65%、聚磷酸铵8%、三聚氰胺15%、三氧化二锑5%、纳米二氧化硅(粒径为45nm)2%、氧化锌0.5%依次加入高速混合机中,开启高速混合机并将混合机的温度控制在80℃,将物料混合10分钟,停下高速混合机,再依次向高速混合机中加入硬脂酸锌1.2%、抗氧剂2246  0.2%、三乙基磷酸酯0.2%、UV-O 0.2%、UV-320  0.2%,盖紧高速混合机,将物料高速混合30分钟后放出并送进双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中。
(3)、开启双螺杆挤出机,控制挤出机的转速为350r/min, 控制挤出机料筒前部、中部、后部以及机头的温度分别为:255℃、240℃、235℃、260℃,从挤出机挤出的物料经水冷后即为电线穿线管。

Claims (5)

1.一种电线穿线管,其特征在于该管材的制作原料是由废聚酯瓶破碎料、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、三氧化二锑、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌、铝粉、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、UV吸收剂、白油所组成,其配方组成和重量百分比为:废聚酯瓶破碎料60%~80% 、聚磷酸铵5%~15%、三聚氰胺10%~20%、三氧化二锑 1%~5%、纳米二氧化硅 1%~5%、氧化锌  0.5%~2%、铝粉 1%~3%、硬脂酸锌  0.3%~2%、抗氧剂 0.1%~0.5%,UV吸收剂0.1%~0.5%、白油0.2%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线穿线管,其特征在于,所述铝粉的细度为800目~1000目;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂2246、亚磷酸酯、三乙基磷酸酯当中二种以上的复配物;所述UV吸收剂为UV-320、UV-531、UV-770、UV-P、UV-O当中二种以上的复配物;所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为25nm~45nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线穿线管,其特征在于,电线穿线管制作过程中铝粉浆的制作方法是将铝粉倒入不锈钢小盆中,然后向小盆中加入白油,用不锈钢棒搅拌使铝粉与白油混匀,将其配制成铝粉浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线穿线管,其特征在于,电线穿线管原料的制备过程是将废聚酯瓶破碎料、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、三氧化二锑、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌依次加入高速混合机中,开启高速混合机并将混合机的温度控制在60~80℃,将物料混合5~10分钟,停下高速混合机,再依次向高速混合机中加入硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、UV吸收剂,盖紧高速混合机,将物料高速混合15~30分钟后放出然后再送进双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线穿线管,其特征在于,管材挤出的操作工艺是控制挤出机的转速为200~400r/min, 控制挤出机料筒前部、中部、后部以及机头的温度分别为:250~260℃、230~240℃、230~240℃、255~265℃。
