Abstract

本发明涉及一种具备阻燃和抗静电的双抗尼龙管及其制备方法,所述的双抗尼龙管原料由尼龙、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、聚乙烯材料、钛酸酯偶联剂和通用型树脂消泡剂所组成,在充分干燥混合均匀的情况下,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出成各种规格的双抗尼龙管。本发明与其它尼龙管相比,本发明制备的尼龙管不仅具备阻燃和抗静电的性能要求,同时采用本方法制备的尼龙管具有平整光洁、无气孔、密度大、抗冲抗弯性好,同时具备耐磨和抗腐蚀强的特性。

Description

一种双抗尼龙管及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙管及其制备方法,特别涉及一种阻燃、抗静电的双抗尼龙管及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙(PA)这种各项性能都优异的高分子材料在国内外各种领域得到广泛应用,取代了许多产品使用的金属材料,并有许多金属材料无法相比的优异特性,如质轻、高耐磨、抗腐蚀及不老化发脆等。目前,尼龙材料主要在机床、汽车、摩托车等机械行业的零部件使用较多。
目前尼龙生产的主要工艺是根据具体性能的要求,添加某种配方作为改性,可以采用注射成型的方式,然而这种工艺无法生产尼龙管,尤其是大管径的尼龙管。目前生产尼龙管的主要方式采用的是MC铸型成型的方式生产,专利申请号为201010220266.9对这种工艺进行了描述,其基本工艺流程为管坯料采用反应釜熔料,离心浇注的方式进行制备,虽采用这种工艺尽管可以生产出尼龙管,但是这种方式生产出的尼龙管长度只能达到1m,同时容易弯曲变形等缺陷,无法满足批量生产的要求。常规的PE、PP、PVC管尽管可以采用挤压成型的方式成型,但材料容易老化,在长期使用过程中容易发生脆裂,无法满足可靠性要求较高的行业。针对更高要求的具备阻燃和抗静电要求的双抗尼龙管目前更无可靠的方法生产,即使能生产出来,也无法在保持尼龙的基本物理特性前提下,其安全性能达到安全标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双抗尼龙管及其制备方法,在保证尼龙优异物理特性的情况下,其阻燃和抗静电要求达到国家安全标准。
本发明的技术方案是:
所述的双抗尼龙管包括下列重量百分比的原料:导电炭黑母料:24~26%、阻燃红磷母料:16~18%、聚乙烯:6~8%、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料:1.5~3%、钛酸酯偶联剂:0.5%~2%、通用型树脂消泡剂:0.5%~2%、尼龙:余量;
其中,所述的导电炭黑母料和阻燃红磷母料选用的基料为尼龙,尼龙原材料的特性粘度为2.5~3.0DL/g,聚乙烯熔体流动速率(g/10min)大于5。
制作上述双抗尼龙管的方法是:
1)对尼龙、导电炭黑母料及阻燃红磷母料进行干燥处理,其干燥工艺可采取在烘箱中在温度为90℃~110℃干燥12h以上,也可采用沸腾干燥方式,干燥温度为100℃~110℃,时间为1~1.5h,以保证上述材料的水含量小于0.2%;
2将上述干燥原料与和聚乙烯、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、钛酸酯偶联剂及通用型树脂消泡剂在高速混料机中进行混合处理,保证完全混合均匀;
3)将上述混合均匀的材料在单螺杆挤出机上挤压成型,其挤压成型的具体工艺为:首先对加热模具头及模具进行加热,加热温度为200℃~220℃,同时将进料段的温度控制在220℃~230℃,塑化段的温度控制在230℃~240℃,均料段的温度控制在220℃~230℃;在此基础上将物料装入挤出机料筒内开始牵引成型,其中根据管径及壁厚,需控制螺杆转速在50~60转/min,管坯被牵引比在1.0~1.4之间,挤压出来的管坯通过真空定心套成型后,定型套抽真空后的压力为0.03MPa~0.05MPa,再通过淋水冷却,其中管坯冷却定型用冷却水的温度为15~22℃,即得到各种规格的双抗尼龙管料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过在尼龙材料中添加一定的导电炭黑,可以保证双抗尼龙管料具备一定的导电性,同时其表面电阻可以达到106Ω以下,同时由于添加了阻燃红磷,其阻燃性能可以达到V0级,其阻燃和抗静电性能可达到国家安全指标;
2、本发明通过添加一定量特定的聚乙烯,改善了尼龙的流动性,添加的接枝料,改善了尼龙和聚乙烯之间的相溶性,同时增强了管体的韧性,添加的偶联剂改善了红磷和炭黑材料的流动性及相熔性,添加的消泡剂解决了材料残留水分对产品密度的影响,同时通过对挤出温度及速度的控制,可顺利挤出双抗尼龙管。挤出的双抗尼龙管与MC铸型成型方式相比,本发明的双抗尼龙管不仅具备阻燃和抗静电的要求,同时采用此方式生产得尼龙管不容易变形,其长度和管径不受限制,可满足批量化生产要求,生产出的尼龙管具有平整光洁、无气孔裂纹、密度大、抗冲抗弯性好,具备耐磨和抗腐蚀强的特性。
【具体实施方式】   
实施例1
生产外径为Ф85mm,壁厚为6.5mm,表面电阻达到106Ω以下,阻燃性能达到V0级的双抗尼龙管。
1)按重量百分比配比以下份量的原材料:导电炭黑母料:24%、阻燃红磷母料:17%、聚乙烯:6%、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料:2%、钛酸酯偶联剂:1%、通用型树脂消泡剂:1%、尼龙:余量,其中导电炭黑母料和阻燃红磷母料选用的基料为尼龙(导电炭黑和红磷与尼龙的比例都为43:57),尼龙原材料的特性粘度为2.6DL/g,聚乙烯材料熔体流动速率(g/10min)为6;
2)对尼龙、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料主料进行干燥处理,其干燥工艺为在烘箱中100℃情况下烘烤15h,保证上述材料的水含量小于0.03%;
3)将上述干燥处理后的原料和聚乙烯、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、钛酸酯偶联剂及通用型树脂消泡剂在高速混料机中进行混合处理,保证完全混合均匀;
4)将上述混合均匀的材料在单螺杆挤出机上挤压成型。其挤压成型的具体工艺为:首先对模具头及模具进行加热,加热温度为220℃,同时将进料段的温度控制在220℃,塑化段的温度控制在230℃,均料段的温度控制在220℃;在此基础上将物料装入挤出机料筒内开始牵引成型,其中需控制螺杆转速在50转/min,管坯被牵引比为1.1,定型套抽真空后的压力为0.03MPa,再通过淋水冷却,其中管坯冷却定型用冷却水的温度为15~22℃,即得到上述规格的双抗尼龙管料。
实施例2
生产外径为Ф105mm,壁厚为7.5mm,表面电阻达到106Ω以下,阻燃性能达到V0级的双抗尼龙管的工艺步骤为:
1)按重量百分比配比以下份量的原材料:导电炭黑母料:25%、阻燃红磷母料:17%、聚乙烯:7%、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料:2%、钛酸酯偶联剂:0.5%、通用型树脂消泡剂:1.5%、尼龙:余量,其中导电炭黑母料选用的基料为高密度聚乙烯,阻燃红磷母料选用的基料为尼龙(导电炭黑和红磷与尼龙的比例都为44:56),尼龙原材料的特性粘度为2.7DL/g,聚乙烯材料熔体流动速率(g/10min)为5.5;
2)对尼龙、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料主料进行干燥处理,其干燥工艺为在烘箱中100℃情况下烘烤15h,保证上述材料的水含量小于0.03%;
3)将上述干燥处理后的原料和聚乙烯、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、钛酸酯偶联剂及通用型树脂消泡剂在高速混料机中进行混合处理,保证完全混合均匀;
4)将上述混合均匀的材料在单螺杆挤出机上挤压成型。其挤压成型的具体工艺为:首先对模具头及模具进行加热,加热温度为225℃,同时将进料段的温度控制在225℃,塑化段的温度控制在235℃,均料段的温度控制在225℃;在此基础上将物料装入挤出机料筒内开始牵引成型,其中需控制螺杆转速在54转/min,管坯被牵引比为1.05,定型套抽真空后的压力为0.04MPa,再通过淋水冷却,其中管坯冷却定型用冷却水的温度为15~22℃,即得到上述规格的双抗尼龙管料。
实施例3
生产外径为Ф135mm,壁厚为8.5mm,表面电阻达到106Ω以下,阻燃性能达到V0级的双抗尼龙管的工艺步骤为:
1)按重量百分比配比以下份量的原材料:导电炭黑母料:26%、阻燃红磷母料:18%、聚乙烯:8%、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料:3%、钛酸酯偶联剂:0.5%、通用型树脂消泡剂:0.5%、尼龙:余量,其中导电炭黑母料和阻燃红磷母料选用的基料为尼龙(导电炭黑和红磷与尼龙的比例都为45:55),尼龙原材料的特性粘度为2.5DL/g,聚乙烯材料熔体流动速率(g/10min)为6.5;
2)对尼龙、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料主料进行干燥处理,其干燥工艺采取沸腾式干燥方式,干燥温度及时间分别为110℃和1.5h,保证上述材料的水含量小于0.03%;
3)将上述干燥处理后的原料和聚乙烯、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、钛酸酯偶联剂及通用型树脂消泡剂在高速混料机中进行混合处理,保证完全混合均匀;
4)将上述混合均匀的材料在单螺杆挤出机上挤压成型。其挤压成型的具体工艺为:首先对模具头及模具进行加热,加热温度为230℃,同时将进料段的温度控制在230℃,塑化段的温度控制在240℃,均料段的温度控制在230℃;在此基础上将物料装入挤出机料筒内开始牵引成型,其中需控制螺杆转速在54转/min,管坯被牵引比为1.4,定型套抽真空后的压力为0.045MPa,再通过淋水冷却,其中管坯冷却定型用冷却水的温度为15~22℃,即得到上述规格的双抗尼龙管料。

Claims (4)

1.一种双抗尼龙管,其特征在于:所述尼龙管为表面电阻达到106Ω 以下,阻燃性能达到V0 级的双抗尼龙管,所述的尼龙管包括下列重量百分比的原料:基料为尼龙的导电炭黑母料:24~26%,所述基料为尼龙的导电炭黑母料中导电碳黑与尼龙的比例为43:57或44:56或45: 55;基料为尼龙的阻燃红磷母料:16~18%,所述基料为尼龙的阻燃红磷母料中阻燃红磷与尼龙的比例为43:57或44:56或45: 55;聚乙烯:6~8%;聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料:1.5~3%;钛酸酯偶联剂:0.5~2%;通用型树脂消泡剂:0.5~2%;尼龙:余量;其中,尼龙原料的特性粘度为2.5~3.0DL/g,聚乙烯熔体流动速率g/10min大于5。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述双抗尼龙管的制备方法,其特征在于有以下步骤:
1)对尼龙、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料基料进行干燥处理,保证上述材料的水含量小于0.2%;
2)取出步骤1)中的上述干燥处理后的基料和聚乙烯、聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝料、钛酸酯偶联剂及通用型树脂消泡剂在高速混料机中进行混合处理,保证完全混合均匀;
3)取出步骤2)中上述混合均匀的材料在单螺杆挤出机上挤压成型,其挤压成型的具体工艺为:首先对加热模具头及模具进行加热,加热温度为200℃~220℃,同时将进料段的温度控制在220℃~230℃,塑化段的温度控制在230℃~240℃,均料段的温度控制在220℃~230℃;在此基础上将物料装入挤出机料筒内开始牵引成型,其中根据管径及壁厚,需控制螺杆转速在50~60转/min,管坯被牵引比在1.0~1.4之间,挤压出来的管坯通过真空定型套成型后,再通过淋水冷却即得到各种规格的双抗尼龙管料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双抗尼龙管的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中尼龙材料、导电炭黑母料、阻燃红磷母料可在烘箱中在温度为90℃~110℃干燥12h以上,也可采用沸腾干燥方式,其干燥温度为100℃~110℃,时间为1~1.5h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种双抗尼龙管的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中管坯冷却定型用冷却水的温度为15℃~22℃,定型套抽空后的压力为0.03MPa~0.05MPa。
