技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃型防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材是将沥青类或高分子类防水材料浸渍在胎体上,制作成的一种防水材料产品。防水卷材主要用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的作用,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。目前的防水卷材大多不具备阻燃性能,不能有效地防止火灾事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阻燃型防水卷材,以解决现有技术存在的不能阻燃的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃型防水卷材,包括自粘橡胶沥青胶,自粘橡胶沥青胶内部均匀分布若干阻燃抗静电双抗母料,自粘橡胶沥青胶上下表面分别粘覆一层玻璃纤维湿法薄毡,上下两层玻璃纤维湿法薄毡表面分别涂覆一层碳纤维涂层。
本发明的有益技术效果是:

作为具体的实施例,所述玻璃纤维湿法薄毡的面密度为700g/m2,厚度为1.9-2.8mm。能够抗冲击、防橘皮、防开裂、耐水洗,具有优异的透气功效。
作为具体的实施例,所述碳纤维涂层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。能够具有最佳的抗静电阻燃功能。
