本发明提供一种塑料挤出机称重加料装置,包括机架,在机架的一侧设置有机筒,在机筒上设置有加料斗,在料斗的加料口与碎塑料运输装置相连,加料口与所述机筒的内部相连通,加料斗的中部有筛网,筛网与振动器相连,在筛网下方与送料螺杆相连,送料螺杆的一端与步进电机的输出轴相连,在筛网右端与粗料返回装置相连,在筛网下方设置有第一重量感应器。本发明可以准确地控制挤出机的加料量,使挤出机挤出的管件壁厚均匀,同时实现原料过滤、返回搅碎机构,解决了设备容易堵塞的问题,具有稳定质量、节省原材料、全自动化的优点。

塑料挤出机称重加料装置
技术领域
本发明属于塑料挤出机设备领域,尤其是涉及一种塑料挤出机称重加料装置。
背景技术
塑料挤出机可以与管材、薄膜、捧材、单丝、扁丝、打包带、挤网、板(片)材、异型材、造粒、电缆包覆等各种塑料成型辅机匹配,组成各种塑料挤出成型生产线,生产各种塑料制品。塑料挤出成型机械已成为塑料加工行业中得到广泛应用的机种之一。
目前,原料在进入挤出机后,原料内有未搅碎的原料,容易堵塞挤出机内部管道,容易引起整个设备的堵塞,给生产带来影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种塑料挤出机称重加料装置,该装置解决了设备容易堵塞的问题,节省原材料,全自动化强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
塑料挤出机称重加料装置,所述称重加料装置包括机架和控制器,其特征在于:在所述机架的一侧设置有机筒,在所述机筒上设置有加料斗,在所述料斗的加料口与碎塑料运输装置相连,所述加料口与所述机筒的内部相连通,所述加料斗的中部有筛网,所述筛网与振动器相连,在所述筛网下方与送料螺杆相连,所述送料螺杆的一端与步进电机的输出轴相连,在所述筛网右端与粗料返回装置相连,在所述筛网下方设置有第一重量感应器,所述第一重量感应器、所述振动器通过连线与所述控制器相连。
优选地,所述筛网呈水平方向振动。
优选地,所述粗料返回装置上设有出料开关,所述出料开关上设有第二重量感应器,所述第二重量感应器与所述控制器相连。
优选地,所述出料开关通过气缸与所述控制器相连。
本发明可以准确地控制挤出机的加料量,使挤出机挤出的管件壁厚均匀,质量稳定,很好的解决了生产设备堵塞问题,实现原料过滤、返回搅碎机构,具有产品质量高、节省原材料、全自动化的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种塑料挤出机称重加料装置,所述称重加料装置包括机架和控制器,在所述机架的一侧设置有机筒2,在机筒2上设置有加料斗1,在料斗1的加料口与碎塑料运输装置相连,所述加料口与机筒2的内部相连通,加料斗1的中部有筛网3,筛网3与振动器相连,筛网3呈水平方向振动,在筛网3下方与送料螺杆5相连,筛网3下方设置有第一重量传感器,送料螺杆5的一端与步进电机4的输出轴相连,在筛网3右端与粗料返回装置9相连,粗料返回装置9设有出料开关7,出料开关7通过气缸与所述控制器相连,出料开关7上设有第二重量感应器,所述第二重量感应器与所述控制器相连。所述第一重量感应器、所述振动器通过连线与所述控制器相连。
为了便于控制挤出机的加料量和加料速度,步进电机4与控制器的输出端连接,第一重量感应器通过连线与所述控制器的输入端连接。
为了便于控制挤出机的加料量和加料速度,在所述控制器上连接有显示器、控制按键,所述显示器用于显示挤出机的加料量和加料速度。
本实例的工作过程:在实际生产中,将称重加料装置安装在塑料挤出机的送料螺杆5上,由碎塑料运输装置将原料通入加料斗1,原料通过筛网3和第一重量感应器落入机筒3内,通过与控制器连接的控制按键设置步进电机4的转速比,送料螺杆5就会将物料按照所需求的配比量和速度输送到机架内,然后原料进入熔体泵6进行熔化,最后由挤出机把物料混合后挤出。被筛网筛除的原料进入粗料返回装置9,第二重量感应器将感应到的重量信号传递给控制器,当感应到重量超过一定数值,控制器就会命令气泵打开出料开关7,筛除的原料进入搅碎装置,经再次搅碎后返回加料斗。

1.塑料挤出机称重加料装置,包括机架和控制器,其特征在于:在所述机架的一侧设置有机筒,在所述机筒上设置有加料斗,在所述料斗的加料口与碎塑料运输装置相连,所述加料口与所述机筒的内部相连通,所述加料斗的中部有筛网,所述筛网与振动器相连,在所述筛网下方与送料螺杆相连,所述送料螺杆的一端与步进电机的输出轴相连,在所述筛网右端与粗料返回装置相连,在所述筛网下方设置有第一重量感应器,所述第一重量感应器、所述振动器通过连线与所述控制器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机称重加料装置,其特征在于:所述筛网呈水平方向振动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机称重加料装置,其特征在于:所述粗料返回装置上设有出料开关,所述出料开关上设有第二重量感应器,所述第二重量感应器与所述控制器相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料挤出机称重加料装置,其特征在于:所述出料开关通过气缸与所述控制器相连。
