食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:金针菇10-15、海带20-25、核桃仁30-35、白醋20-30、咖啡30-40、甜菊叶2-3、煅牡蛎3-5、桂枝2-3、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:将甜菊叶、煅牡蛎、桂枝用5-10倍量的水提取,得到提取液与金针菇、海带、核桃仁一起放入锅中,加入白醋、咖啡,加热煮沸后,将所有物料打成浆汁备用。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:金针菇10-15、海带20-25、核桃仁30-35、白醋20-30、咖啡30-40、甜菊叶2-3、煅牡蛎3-5、桂枝2-3、水适量;
