本发明公开了一种镁合金压铸件表面电镀铬工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:碱洗→酸洗→活化→浸锌→无氰电镀铜→化学镀镍→电镀铬,本发明通过对各步骤镀液的选择以及含量的调整,使得镀液性能稳定,使得每一次处理都获得了良好的技术效果,为后续工艺打下良好的基础,最终制备的镀铬层结合力强,并且的金属涂层,镀膜厚度均匀,耐蚀性高。整个镀覆过程不采用氰化物,并且选用的氟化物用量比现有技术少,因此,该镀覆工艺绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及电镀技术领域,尤其涉及一种镁合金压铸件表面电镀铬工艺。
背景技术
镁合金被誉为21世纪的绿色金属结构材料,具有密度低、比强度和比刚度高且阻尼性、切削性、铸造性能优越,在汽车工业、航天航空工业、电子工业上得到了日益广泛的应用。镁原料丰富,在自然资源中处于第八位,但作为结构材料,其耐蚀性差制约了它更广泛的使用的主要原因。
镁的标准电极电势为-2.34V,具有很高的反应活性,在空气或溶液中,镁合金会很快生成一层极薄的钝化膜,从而导致电镀或化学镀时金属镀层与镁基底附着力不强,达不到使用要求,此外根据对镁合金材料金属组织的观察可知,镁合金是由纯度较高的镁而形成α相,及由合金成份而形成的β相构成,其中β目分布不均匀且电势高于α相,故镁合金表面电势分布不均,在处理液中容易发生电偶腐蚀使得镁合金表面电镀或化学镀变得困难,因此欲获得具有良好结合力的金属镀层,在电镀和化学镀前必需先对镁合金材料进行特殊的前处理以除去表面的钝化膜和偏析层,以便得到一个均匀、干净的表面。
目前基于镁合金电镀或化学镀的表面前处理常用方法有:Dow[1]公司开发的浸锌法工艺,主要流程为:除油→阳极清洗→酸蚀→酸活化→浸锌→氰化镀铜。在此基础上,已不断进行改进,如Olsen[2]提出的Norsk-Hydro工艺:除油→酸蚀→碱处理→浸锌→氰化镀铜,Dennis[3]提出了WCM工艺:除油→酸蚀→酸活化→浸锌→氰化镀铜。这些前处理工艺镀液中含有剧毒氰化物,产生的废液处理费用高。
在日益严峻的资源和环境保护的压力下,开展镁金属材料及其防腐蚀方法研究是世界可持续发展的紧迫任务之一,尽管近年来在镁合金保护方面已经取得阶段性进展,并在一定领域得到应用,但仍然没有形成可以完全取代传统镁合金电镀的方法。因此,希望能够开发出一种环保的电镀工艺来满足现代化的得清洁节能的生产要求。
镁合金压铸件已广泛应用于汽车、交通、航空航天等领域,其中某些压铸件的应用需要表面设置电镀层,然而,现有技术中关于镁合金压铸件的电镀技术的报道很少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种镁合金压铸件表面电镀铬工艺,该工艺通过对镀液组分的调整,不采用有毒、污染高的组分,使得镀覆工艺环保安全,并且制备的镀层耐腐蚀高,外观美观,基体和镀层结合力高。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种镁合金压铸件表面电镀铬工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:碱洗→酸洗→活化→浸锌→无氰电镀铜→化学镀镍→电镀铬,具体为:
碱洗:碱洗溶液:NaOH18-20g/L,Na2CO3·10H2O14-16g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.6-0.8g/L,余量为水;工艺为:温度:65-75℃,时间:6-10min;
酸洗:酸洗溶液:磷酸25-27g/L,Na3PO4·12H2O18-20g/L,硝酸铁15-25g/L,高锰酸钾32-34g/L,硫酸锌5-7g/L,余量为水;工艺为:温度:25-35℃,时间:30-40s;
活化:活化溶液:K4P2O7·3H2O:130-140g/L,Na2CO3:20-30g/L,NH2HF:10-12g/L,余量为水;工艺为:温度:60-65℃,时间:3-4min;
浸锌:浸锌液组成为:硫酸锌20-24g/L,碳酸锌10-14g/L,焦磷酸钾200-210g/L,碳酸钠8-10g/L,氟化钾3-5g/L;氟化氢铵2-3g/L,余量为水;工艺为:pH值:10.5-11.0,温度:63-65℃,时间:3-5min;
无氰电镀铜:镀液组成为:焦磷酸铜40-50g/L,焦磷酸钠180-200g/L,柠檬酸铵34-36g/L,酒石酸钾钠25-29g/L,HEDP40-50g/L,乙二胺24-28g/L,氟化氢铵21-25g/L,余量为水;电镀工艺:pH值8.0-10,电流密度:2.3-3.5A,温度36-40℃,时间35-45min;
化学镀镍:镀液组成为:硫酸镍44-48g/L,次亚磷酸钠62-66g/L,柠檬酸三钠35-39g/L,乳酸32-36g/L,醋酸36-40g/L,氟化钠2.5-4.5g/L,NH4HF26.5-8.5g/L,硫脲4-6mg/L,余量为水;工艺条件为:pH值4.5-5.5;温度60-66℃,时间2.3-3.5h;
电镀铬:镀液组成为:硫酸铬135-145g/L,硫酸钠210-230g/L;溴化铵0.6-0.8mol/L;硼酸1.4-1.6mol/L;次亚磷酸钠0.6-0.8mol/L;草酸1.2-1.4mol/L;十二烷基硫酸钠0.03-0.05mol/L,硫酸亚铁0.05-0.07mol/L,余量为水;电镀工艺:pH值2.3-3.6;工艺温度45-55℃,阴极电流密度17-19A/dm2,电镀时间15-25分钟。
本发明具有的优点:
本发明通过对各步骤镀液的选择以及含量的调整,使得镀液性能稳定,使得每一次处理都获得了良好的技术效果,为后续工艺打下良好的基础,最终制备的镀铬层结合力强,并且的金属涂层,镀膜厚度均匀,耐蚀性高。整个镀覆过程不采用氰化物,并且选用的氟化物用量比现有技术少,因此,该镀覆工艺绿色环保。

酸洗:酸洗溶液:磷酸25g/L,Na3PO4·12H2O20g/L,硝酸铁15g/L,高锰酸钾34g/L,硫酸锌5g/L,余量为水;工艺为:温度:25-35℃,时间:40s;
活化:活化溶液:K4P2O7·3H2O:130g/L,Na2CO3:30g/L,NH2HF:10g/L,余量为水;工艺为:温度:60-65℃,时间:4min;
浸锌:浸锌液组成为:硫酸锌20g/L,碳酸锌14g/L,焦磷酸钾200g/L,碳酸钠10g/L,氟化钾3g/L;氟化氢铵3g/L,余量为水;工艺为:pH值:10.5-11.0,温度:63-65℃,时间:3min;
无氰电镀铜:镀液组成为:焦磷酸铜40g/L,焦磷酸钠200g/L,柠檬酸铵34g/L,酒石酸钾钠29g/L,HEDP40g/L,乙二胺28g/L,氟化氢铵21g/L,余量为水;电镀工艺:pH值8.0-10,电流密度:2.3-3.5A,温度36-40℃,时间35min;

电镀铬:镀液组成为:硫酸铬135g/L,硫酸钠230g/L;溴化铵0.6-mol/L;硼酸1.6mol/L;次亚磷酸钠0.6mol/L;草酸1.4mol/L;十二烷基硫酸钠0.03mol/L,硫酸亚铁0.07mol/L,余量为水;电镀工艺:pH值2.3-3.6;工艺温度45-55℃,阴极电流密度17-19A/dm2,电镀时间15分钟。
