本发明公开了一种改性注塑模具,包括:底模(1)和顶模(2),其特征在于:所述顶模(2)上设置有用于穿过改性装置(3)的通孔,所述改性装置(3)的下端穿过所述通孔,上端与进料管(4)相连通,所述进料管(4)出口处设置有出料网(9),所述进料口(4)的进口处还与流量调节装置相连。本发明提供的一种改性注塑模具,在进料管和注塑腔之间增设了改性装置,改性装置的设置,扩大了注塑材料的使用范围,提高了成品塑件的质量,有效降低了生产成本;在进料管的出口处设置有出料网,进口处设置有流量调节装置的设计,保证成品塑件的改性均匀性和均一性,大大提高了成品率和生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性注塑模具,属于模具技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在生产企业中普遍利用模具进行生产,其工作效率高、操作方便。热塑性塑料注塑成型的成型周期短、生产效率高,注塑材料对模具的磨损小,能大批量地成型形状复杂、表面图案与标记清晰、尺寸精度高的塑件。
但是,现有的注塑模具一般不具有改性功能,改性后同一种注塑材料可根据需求具备不同的性能,如改性后具备了抗菌性,憎水性等性能;或者通过改性的方法来提高塑料质量,如密度、硬度、精度、外观、加工性、透明性、机械性能、电磁性能、化学性能、耐腐蚀性能、耐老化性、耐磨性、热性能、阻燃性、阻隔性及成本性等方面,而塑料改性是降低成本,提高性能最有效的方法。
等离子发生器同时产生的正离子与负离子在空气中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而导致其周围细菌结构的改变或能量的转换,从而致使细菌死亡,实现其杀菌的作用。由于负离子的数量大于正离子的数量,因此多余的负离子仍然存在,可以达到消烟、除尘、消除异味、改善空气的品质,以促进人体健康的保健作用。
还有,现在的注塑模具由于进料管均为一根通透的管道,注塑材料由管道直接流出,流出的注塑材料直径过大,厚度过厚,粘稠度过于黏稠,故不利于改性气体将其均匀改性,经常出现注塑材料流体的表面被改性,但中间未被改性的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有改变注塑材料性能的注塑模具,根据选择气体发生装置产生的不同改性气体,使注塑材料根据需求改变性能,扩大了注塑材料的应用范围;进一步地,本发明还具备均匀改性的功能,保证注塑材料的表面和内部同时被改性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种改性注塑模具,包括:底模和顶模,其特征在于:所述顶模上设置有用于穿过改性装置的通孔,所述改性装置的下端穿过所述通孔,上端与进料管相连通,所述改性装置的侧壁还与气体发生装置通过软管相连通,所述改性装置的侧壁包括高压端和低压端,所述高压端与高压电源电连接后接地,所述低压端接地,所述高压端和低压端之间绝缘连接;所述进料管出口处设置有出料网,所述进料口的进口处还与流量调节装置相连。
所述出料网的网孔大小为50~100目。
所述底模和顶模相配合使用,顶模位于底模的上面且二者组合后密闭连接,并且在底模和顶模之间形成注塑腔。
所述底模、顶模和进料管和出料网的材质均为耐高温绝缘材料,所述耐高温绝缘材料的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
所述改性装置为等离子体发生器。
所述气体发生装置为空气发生器或氧气发生器。
所述高压端和低压端为导电板,所述导电板的材质为银或铜。
所述改性装置的下端与所述顶模的下表面相齐平,所述改性装置的形状为长方体,所述改性装置的下端开口,上端与所述进料管外缘密闭连接,所述改性装置的上端材料与所述绝缘连接的材料均为耐高温绝缘材料,所述耐高温绝缘材料的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
若高压端和低压端为改性装置的左侧板和右侧板,则所述绝缘连接为前面板和后面板,所述前面板和后面板和改性装置的上端材料均为耐高温绝缘材料。
本发明提供的一种改性注塑模具,在进料管和注塑腔之间增设了改性装置,改性装置的设置,实现了同一种注塑材料可根据需求制备不同性能的成型塑件,扩大了注塑材料的使用范围,提高了成品塑件的质量,有效降低了生产成本;在进料管的出口处设置有出料网,进口处设置有流量调节装置的设计,使注塑材料流出进料管时呈线性,便于改性气体均匀吹到每一处的注塑材料,保证成品塑件的改性均匀性和均一性,大大提高了成品率和生产效率。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种改性注塑模具,包括:底模1和顶模2,其特征在于:所述顶模2上设置有用于穿过改性装置3的通孔,所述改性装置3的下端穿过所述通孔,上端与进料管4相连通,所述改性装置3的侧壁还与气体发生装置5通过软管相连通,所述改性装置3的侧壁包括高压端6和低压端7,所述高压端6与高压电源8电连接后接地,所述低压端7接地,所述高压端6和低压端7之间绝缘连接;所述进料管4出口处设置有出料网9,所述进料口4的进口处还与流量调节装置相连。所述出料网9的网孔大小为100目。所述底模1、顶模2、进料管4和出料网9的材质均为聚四氟乙烯。所述改性装置3为等离子体发生器。所述气体发生装置5为空气发生器或氧气发生器。所述高压端6和低压端7为导电板,所述导电板的材质为银。所述改性装置3的下端与所述顶模2的下表面相齐平,所述改性装置3的形状为长方体,所述改性装置3的下端开口,上端与所述进料管4外缘密闭连接,所述改性装置3的上端材料为聚四氟乙烯,所述改性装置3的左侧板和右侧板为导电板,所述改性装置3的前面板、后面板和上端的材质均为聚四氟乙烯。

1.一种改性注塑模具,包括:底模(1)和顶模(2),其特征在于:所述顶模(2)上设置有用于穿过改性装置(3)的通孔,所述改性装置(3)的下端穿过所述通孔,上端与进料管(4)相连通,所述改性装置(3)的侧壁还与气体发生装置(5)通过软管相连通,所述改性装置(3)的侧壁包括高压端(6)和低压端(7),所述高压端(6)与高压电源(8)电连接后接地,所述低压端(7)接地,所述高压端(6)和低压端(7)之间绝缘连接;所述进料管(4)出口处设置有出料网(9),所述进料口(4)的进口处还与流量调节装置相连;所述改性装置(3)为等离子体发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性注塑模具,其特征在于:所述出料网(9)的网孔大小为50~100目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性注塑模具,其特征在于:所述底模(1)、顶模(2)、进料管(4)和出料网(9)的材质均为耐高温绝缘材料,所述耐高温绝缘材料的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性注塑模具,其特征在于:所述气体发生装置(5)为空气发生器或氧气发生器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性注塑模具,其特征在于:所述高压端(6)和低压端(7)为导电板,所述导电板的材质为银或铜。
