Description
また請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置付き射出成形装置において、導波管内には誘電体が充填されていることを特徴とする。
更に請求項4に記載の発明は、2つの金型を固定する手段は、成形品の両側に同時に間隙を設けることが可能であり、排気手段と、ガスを導入する手段とは、成形品の両側に設けた間隙に対して作用可能であることを特徴とする。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例について説明するが、本発明は下記の実施例に限定されることなく、その実施形体は種々に変更可能である。

Claims (5)
- 射出成形装置であって、
少なくとも金型の一方に形成された、導波管に接続されたマイクロ波アンテナと、
射出成形後に金型の一方と成形品との間に間隙を設けて2つの金型を固定する手段と、
当該間隙から排気して所定の真空度を保持する排気手段と、
当該金型と成形品との間に成形品の表面を処理するためのガスを導入する手段と
を有し、前記間隙に前記ガスのプラズマを発生可能としたことを特徴とするプラズマ発生装置付き射出成形装置。 - 前記導波管内には誘電体が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生装置付き射出成形装置。
- 前記2つの金型を固定する手段は、前記成形品のいずれの側にも間隙を設けることが可能であり、
前記排気手段と、前記ガスを導入する手段とは、前記成形品のいずれの側に設けた間隙に対しても作用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプラズマ発生装置付き射出成形装置。 - 前記2つの金型を固定する手段は、前記成形品の両側に同時に間隙を設けることが可能であり、
前記排気手段と、前記ガスを導入する手段とは、前記成形品の両側に設けた間隙に対して作用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプラズマ発生装置付き射出成形装置。 - 射出成形及び表面処理方法であって、
射出成形後に金型の一方と成形品との間に間隙を設けて2つの金型を固定し、
当該間隙から排気して所定の真空度を保持すると共に成形品の表面を処理するためのガスを導入し、
前記ガスをマイクロ波によりプラズマ化して前記成形品の表面を処理することを特徴とする射出成形及び表面処理方法。
