本发明公开了一种蓄电池极板纵向包片机,包括固定在支架上的极群组装机构、极群组输送机构和与极群组传送带运动方向垂直的极板传送带,极板传送带的一侧设置有正极板槽和负极板槽,正极板槽的出口设置有隔板纸固定装置,负极板槽的出口设置有叠片盒,叠片盒上设置有若干叠片杆,本发明通过极板传送带的传输方向与包片方向一致,采用正极板包片好后与负极板叠加的叠片方式,分头包组元,再后道叠前道进行叠片,叠片完成后,包片可以借用极板传送带传输方向的动力,省去传统包片动力装置,缩短每包组元的周期,提高包片效率,缩小机械部件布局空间,与现有技术相比,本发明结构更加合理,具有包片速度快,生产效率高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种蓄电池极板纵向包片机。
背景技术
现有蓄电池极板包片机是通过一套包片组装机构将正极板、负极板和隔板纸进行包片叠加后再经过一套极群组装机构进行极群组装,还需要对极群的水平方向和垂直方向分别进行整理,同时现有包片机的极板传动链传输方向与包片方向不一致,需额外提供包片的动力,造成包片速度慢,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种蓄电池极板纵向包片机,可利用极板的传动力,实现纵向包片,提高生产效率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种蓄电池极板纵向包片机,包括固定在支架上的极群组装机构和极群组输送机构,所述极群组输送机构包括极群组传送带和驱动系统,极群组传送带水平固定在支架上,所述支架上设置有与极群组传送带运动方向垂直的极板传送带,所述极板传送带的一侧设置有正极板槽和负极板槽,所述负极板槽位于正极板槽的上方,正极板槽的出口设置有隔板纸固定装置,负极板槽的出口设置有叠片盒,所述叠片盒上设置有若干叠片杆,所述正极板槽和负极板槽上均设置有极板推动装置。
作为优选,所述极板推动装置为拨杆,所述拨杆竖直固定于所述正极板槽或负极板槽上,所述拨杆可沿正极板槽或负极板槽移动,拨杆用于推动正极板槽和负极板槽上的正极板或负极板。
作为优选,所述支架上沿所述极群组传送带的边沿设有竖直向上的导向板,导向板使得极群组在沿极群组传送带运动时,不易从极群组传送带中脱离,起到定位和限制作用。
作为优选,所述隔板纸固定装置上设置有隔板纸,隔板纸包裹在正极板上得到包片。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过极板传送带的传输方向与包片方向一致,采用正极板包片好后与负极板叠加的叠片方式,分头包组元,再后道叠前道进行叠片,叠片完成后,包片可以借用极板传送带传输方向的动力,省去传统包片动力装置,缩短每包组元的周期,提高包片效率,缩小机械部件布局空间,与现有技术相比,本发明结构更加合理,具有包片速度快,生产效率高的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
参阅图1,本发明包括固定在支架1上的极群组装机构2和极群组输送机构,所述极群组输送机构包括极群组传送带3和驱动系统4,极群组传送带3水平固定在支架1上,所述支架1上设置有与极群组传送带3运动方向垂直的极板传送带5,所述极板传送带5的一侧设置有正极板槽6和负极板槽7,所述负极板槽7位于正极板槽6的上方,正极板槽6的出口设置有隔板纸固定装置8,负极板槽7的出口设置有叠片盒9,所述叠片盒9上设置有若干叠片杆10,所述正极板槽6和负极板槽7上均设置有极板推动装置,所述极板推动装置为拨杆11,所述拨杆11竖直固定于所述正极板槽6或负极板槽7上,所述拨杆11可沿正极板槽6或负极板槽7移动,所述支架1上沿所述极群组传送带3的边沿设有竖直向上的导向板31,所述隔板纸8固定装置上设置有隔板纸81。
本发明的工作原理:本发明通过将正极板61﹑负极板71分别安装在正极板槽6和负极板槽7上,拨杆11将正极板61往前推移至极板传送带5上,由于正极板槽6的出口设置有隔板纸固定装置8,隔板纸固定装置8用于固定隔板纸81,正极板61跟随极板传送带5往上的移动过程中正好将隔板纸81包在正极板61上,正极板61继续跟随极板传送带5往上的移动,于此同时,拨杆11将负极板71往前推移至极板传送带5上并叠合在正极板61上,直到落到位于叠片盒9上,由于叠片盒9上设置有若干叠片杆10,叠片杆10对正极板61和负极板71进行定位,省去传统设备在极群组装机构上对极群在水平方向和垂直方向进行整理的工序,从而完成一个组元的包片叠片组元由极板传送带5输送至极群组传送带3上,在极群组装机构2上完成组元依次叠加,从而完成整个极群组装。本发明在工作过程中,通过极板传送带5的传输方向与包片方向一致,采用正极板61包片好后与负极板71叠加的叠片方式,分头包组元,再后道叠前道进行叠片,叠片完成后,包片可以借用极板传送带5传输方向的动力,省去了传统包片动力装置,缩短了每包组元的周期,提高了包片效率,缩小机械部件布局空间,与现有技术相比,本发明结构更加合理,具有包片速度快,生产效率高的优点。

1.一种蓄电池极板纵向包片机,其特征在于:包括固定在支架(1)上的极群组装机构(2)和极群组输送机构,所述极群组输送机构包括极群组传送带(3)和驱动系统(4),极群组传送带(3)水平固定在支架(1)上,所述支架(1)上设置有与极群组传送带(3)运动方向垂直的极板传送带(5),所述极板传送带(5)的一侧设置有正极板槽(6)和负极板槽(7),所述负极板槽(7)位于正极板槽(6)的上方,正极板槽(6)的出口设置有隔板纸固定装置(8),负极板槽(7)的出口设置有叠片盒□(9),所述叠片盒(9)上设置有若干叠片杆(10),所述正极板槽(6)和负极板槽(7)上均设置有极板推动装置。
