本发明公开了一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈,包括缓冲垫圈本体,所述的缓冲垫圈本体的内壁为齿状。采用上述结构,本发明具有以下优点:1、可将从压缩机传递至空调管路的振动,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而有利于降低整车的振动噪音,具有很好的实用性,易于推广应用;2、弹性好、可靠性强、使用寿命长,可以在不同管径的下装配。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈。
背景技术
汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈传统采用结构(如图3所示),装配时存在弹性差、可靠性差等现象,同时其对空调管路的振动传递的噪音较大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种弹性好、可靠性强、使用寿命长、降低噪音的汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈,包括缓冲垫圈本体,所述的缓冲垫圈本体的内壁为齿状。
所述的缓冲垫圈本体套接在铝管上,缓冲垫圈本体内壁与铝管外壁贴紧。
所述的缓冲垫圈本体表面包裹有管夹。
本发明采用上述结构,具有以下优点:1、可将从压缩机传递至空调管路的振动,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而有利于降低整车的振动噪音,具有很好的实用性,易于推广应用;2、弹性好、可靠性强、使用寿命长,可以在不同管径的下装配。

具体实施方式
如图1~图2所示一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈,包括缓冲垫圈本体1,缓冲垫圈本体1的内壁为齿状。缓冲垫圈本体1套接在铝管2上,缓冲垫圈本体1内壁与铝管2外壁贴紧,缓冲垫圈本体1表面包裹有管夹3,这样就可以把管路有效的固定住。
装配方式是缓冲垫圈本体1位于管夹3与空调管路(即铝管2)之间;所述的缓冲垫圈内侧的表面为齿状,与管路贴紧。优点在于:可将从压缩机传递至空调管路的振动,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而有利于降低整车的振动噪音,具有很好的实用性,易于推广应用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈,其特征在于:所述的缓冲垫圈本体(1)套接在铝管(2)上,缓冲垫圈本体(1)内壁与铝管(2)外壁贴紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车空调管路缓冲垫圈,其特征在于:所述的缓冲垫圈本体(1)表面包裹有管夹(3)。
