技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统。更具体地,本发明涉及一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,其克服了由于动力再利用而造成的系统效率的恶化,降低了电动机的容量,在高速驾驶下提高了机械动力传递路径的重量,以便降低电动负载并能够利用发动机的最大动力。
背景技术
车辆的环境友好技术是非常重要的技术,未来汽车制造业的生存就依赖于该技术。车辆制造商正关注于环境友好车辆的开发,以便符合环境和燃料消耗规章。
一些环境友好车辆的实例是作为零排放车辆(ZEV)和燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)的电动车辆(EV)。
电动车辆和燃料电池电动车辆具有零排放的优点,但是由于技术问题(例如电池的容量和寿命)以及社会基础设施建设(例如充电站)而具有限制。
因此,混合电动车辆被开发并被商业化。混合电动车辆通过使用常规内燃发动机和电动机来产生驱动扭矩。
混合电动车辆为通过结合电动力和内燃发动机动力来驱动的车辆。由于内燃发动机和电动机根据混合电动车辆被控制为在高效操作点处操作,因此可以使效率卓越并可以减少废气。
此外,根据混合电动车辆,作为电动车辆的问题的充电站的建设是不必要的,能够改进燃料经济性并且行驶距离类似于常规内燃发动机车辆的行驶距离。因此,预计混合电动车辆对于未来的环境友好车辆起到重要作用。
使用例如行星齿轮组的动力分配设备的混合电动车辆被称作动力分配式混合电动车辆。动力分配式混合电动车辆的动力流包括发动机扭矩被直接地传递至输出轴的机械流和使用发动机扭矩产生电的电动流,并且电池由产生的电来充电或者电动机由已充电的电池的能量来驱动。
由于发动机能够独立于在动力分配式混合电动车辆内的输出轴而操作,因此发动机能够在运行期间自由地开机或关机,并且能够实现电动车辆模式。
此外,由于动力分配式混合电动车辆的动力传动系统能够通过使用两个电动机/发电机而操作为电动可变传动装置(EVT),因此可以有效地驱动发动机。
公开于该发明背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,其具有克服了由于动力再利用而造成的系统效率的恶化,降低了电动机的容量,在高速驾驶下提高了机械动力传递路径的重量以便降低电负载,并能够利用发动机的最大动力的优点。
在本发明的一个方面,一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统可以包括:输入轴、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组、第一电动机/发电机以及第二电动机/发电机,其中,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;所述第一行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮、第一环形齿轮以及直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一行星架;所述第二行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括第二太阳齿轮、直接地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二环形齿轮以及选择性地连接到所述第一行星架并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二行星架;所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮。
所述第一行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且所述第二行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组。
所述动力传动系统可以进一步包括第一离合器、第一制动器以及第二制动器,其中,所述第一离合器连接在所述第一行星架和所述第二行星架之间;所述第一制动器连接在所述第二行星架和所述变速器壳体之间;所述第二制动器连接在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
所述第一制动器在第一电动车辆模式下进行操作,其中所述第一离合器和所述第一制动器在第二电动车辆模式下进行操作,其中所述第一制动器在第一混合模式下进行操作,其中所述第一离合器在第二混合模式下进行操作,以及其中所述第一离合器和所述第二制动器在固定的齿轮模式下进行操作。
在本发明的另一个方面,一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统可以包括:输入轴、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组、第一电动机/发电机、第二电动机/发电机、第一离合器、第一制动器以及第二制动器,其中,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;所述第一行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且具有选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮、第一环形齿轮以及直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一行星架;所述第二行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且具有第二太阳齿轮、直接地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二环形齿轮以及选择性地连接到所述第一行星架并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二行星架;所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮;所述第一离合器连接在所述第一行星架和所述第二行星架之间;所述第一制动器连接在所述第二行星架和所述变速器壳体之间;所述第二制动器连接在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。

在具体描述中,使用序数区别具有相同术语而不具有特定含义的构成元件。
图1为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系统的示意图。
参照图1,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传动系统包括输入轴IS、输出齿轮OG、第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2、三个摩擦元件CL1、BK1和BK2以及两个电动机/发电机MG1和MG2。
因此,通过输入轴IS传递的扭矩和从第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2传递的扭矩通过第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2的协作而被转换,然后通过输出齿轮OG被输出。
输入轴IS为输入构件,并且来自发动机的曲轴的扭矩通过变扭器而改变,并且被输入到输入轴IS。除了变扭器,任何能够将发动机的扭矩传递至动力传动系统的设备都可以使用。
输出齿轮OG为输出构件,并且通过差动装置将驱动扭矩传递至驱动轮。
第一行星齿轮组PG1为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第一太阳齿轮S1、第一环形齿轮R1,以及可旋转地支持与第一太阳齿轮S1和第一环形齿轮R1接合的第一小齿轮P1的第一行星架PC1。
第二行星齿轮组PG2为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第二太阳齿轮S2、第二环形齿轮R2,以及可旋转地支持与第二太阳齿轮S2和第二环形齿轮R2接合的第二小齿轮P2的第二行星架PC2。
第一环形齿轮R1直接连接到第二环形齿轮R2,并且第一行星架PC1选择性地连接到第二行星架PC2。
第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2通过第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2和包括一个离合器CL1和两个制动器BK1和BK2的摩擦元件来结合。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2通过逆变器连接至高压电池,以便在再生制动下给高压电池充电,并且在行驶中通过使用供应自高压电池的电来产生驱动扭矩。
第一电动机/发电机MG1直接地连接到第一太阳齿轮S1,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2直接地连接到第二太阳齿轮S2。
此外,摩擦元件为通过液压操作的湿式常规多碟摩擦元件,但是并不限于这些。
第一离合器CL1设置在第一行星架PC1和第二行星架PC2之间,第一制动器BK1设置在第二行星架PC2和变速器壳体H之间,并且第二制动器BK2设置在第一太阳齿轮S1和变速器壳体H之间。
因此,第一太阳齿轮S1接收来自第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩,并且通过第二制动器BK2被操作为选择性固定元件。
第一行星架PC1直接地连接到输入轴IS,并且被操作为接收发动机的扭矩的输入元件。
第一环形齿轮R1和第二环形齿轮R2直接地连接到输出齿轮OG,并且被操作为最终输出元件。
第二太阳齿轮S2接收来自第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩。
第二行星架PC2通过第一离合器CL1选择性地连接到第一行星架PC1,以便操作为选择性输入元件,并且通过第一制动器BK1被操作为选择性固定元件。
图2为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系统的操作图。
参照图2,将具体描述在每个模式下的摩擦元件的操作。
第一制动器BK1在第一电动车辆模式EV1下进行操作。
第一离合器CL1和第一制动器BK1在第二电动车辆模式EV2下进行操作。
第一制动器BK1在第一混合模式EVT1下进行操作。
第一离合器CL1在第二混合模式EVT2下进行操作。
第一离合器CL1和第二制动器BK2在固定的齿轮模式FG下进行操作。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系统能够实现两个EV模式、两个混合模式和一个固定的齿轮模式。
将在每个模式下具体描述根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系统的操作。
[第一电动车辆模式]
如果第一制动器BK1被操作并且电被供应至第二电动机/发电机MG2,则第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过连接到输出齿轮OG的第二环形齿轮R2被输出。因此,实现了第一电动车辆模式。
由于在此时停止发动机,因此连接到第一太阳齿轮S1的第一电动机/发电机MG1沿相反方向旋转,但是它对车辆的行驶不具有任何影响。
[第二电动车辆模式]
如果第一离合器CL1和第一制动器BK1被操作,则第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2能够用作电动机。因此,实现了第二电动车辆模式。由于两个电动机的驱动扭矩在第二电动车辆模式下输出,因此能够使车辆的驱动扭矩最大化。
因此,第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2能够被适当地用于在动力传动系统中所需的扭矩性能。此外,如果本发明的示例性实施方案被应用至插入式混合电动车辆,则第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的容量能够被降低。
[第一混合模式]
如果发动机在第一制动器BK1被操作的状态下通过第一电动机/发电机MG1起动,则第一混合模式被实现。
第一电动机/发电机MG1被操作为发电机并控制换档比率。此外,由于第二行星架PC2被操作为固定元件,因此第二电动机/发电机MG2不能控制换档比率,并且被操作为电动机,以便将扭矩传递至输出齿轮OG。
[第二混合模式]
如果在第一混合模式下松开第一制动器BK1并且操作第一离合器CL1,则第一行星架PC1和第二行星架PC2连接,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2沿相反方向旋转。
在该状态下,第一电动机/发电机MG1被操作为发电机,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2被操作为电动机。因此,实现了第二混合模式。
[固定的齿轮模式]
如果第一离合器CL1和第二制动器BK2被操作,则第一太阳齿轮S1由第二制动器BK2停止,连接到输出齿轮OG的第二环形齿轮R2旋转得比连接到发动机的第一行星架PC1快。
由于在此时第一电动机/发电机MG1并不传递扭矩,因此仅通过第二行星齿轮组PG2形成换档比率。
此外,由于发动机在固定的齿轮模式下直接地连接到第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2,因此在固定的齿轮模式下的效率优于动力分配模式的效率。此外,能够在固定的齿轮模式下实现电动机和发动机被操作的并联混合系统。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,能够通过结合两个行星齿轮组PG1和PG2、三个摩擦元件CL1、BK1和BK2以及两个电动机/发电机MG1/MG2来实现两个电动车辆模式、两个混合模式和一个固定的齿轮模式。
此外,由于动力再利用而造成的系统效率的恶化可以被克服,电动机的容量可以被降低,在高速行驶下机械动力传递路径的重量可以被提高,以便降低电负载,并且能够利用发动机的最大动力。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。

Claims (5)

1.一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括:
第一太阳齿轮,所述第一太阳齿轮选择性地连接到变速器壳体;
第一环形齿轮;以及
第一行星架,所述第一行星架直接地连接到所述输入轴;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括:
第二太阳齿轮;
第二环形齿轮,所述第二环形齿轮直接地连接到所述第一环形齿轮,并且直接地连接到输出齿轮;以及
第二行星架,所述第二行星架选择性地连接到所述第一行星架,并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体;
第一电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;以及
第二电动机/发电机,所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,其中所述第一行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且所述第二行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,进一步包括:
第一离合器,所述第一离合器连接在所述第一行星架和所述第二行星架之间;
第一制动器,所述第一制动器连接在所述第二行星架和所述变速器壳体之间;以及
第二制动器,所述第二制动器连接在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,
其中所述第一制动器在第一电动车辆模式下进行操作,
其中所述第一离合器和所述第一制动器在第二电动车辆模式下进行操作,
其中所述第一制动器在第一混合模式下进行操作,
其中所述第一离合器在第二混合模式下进行操作,以及
其中所述第一离合器和所述第二制动器在固定的齿轮模式下进行操作。
5.一种混合电动车辆的动力传动系统,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括:
第一太阳齿轮,所述第一太阳齿轮选择性地连接到变速器壳体;
第一环形齿轮;以及
第一行星架,所述第一行星架直接地连接到所述输入轴;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括:
第二太阳齿轮;
第二环形齿轮,所述第二环形齿轮直接地连接到所述第一环形齿轮,并且直接地连接到输出齿轮;以及
第二行星架,所述第二行星架选择性地连接到所述第一行星架,并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体;
第一电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;
第二电动机/发电机,所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮;
第一离合器,所述第一离合器连接在所述第一行星架和所述第二行星架之间;
第一制动器,所述第一制动器连接在所述第二行星架和所述变速器壳体之间;以及
第二制动器,所述第二制动器连接在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
