根据第二实施例,一种变速驱动桥包括沿着同一轴线依次定位的第一行星齿轮组、第二电机、第二行星齿轮组和第一电机。第一电机和第二电机各自固定地连接到相应的行星齿轮组的中心齿轮。第一链轮固定地连接到第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮。输入轴可以固定地连接到第一行星齿轮组的行星架。第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮可以固定地连接到第二行星齿轮组的行星架,并且可以固定地连接到驻车齿轮。第二行星齿轮组的环形齿轮可以被固定地保持不旋转。变速驱动桥还可以包括具有泵轴的泵。第一链条可以与第二链轮和第三链轮啮合。第二链轮可以固定地连接到输入轴,并且第三链轮可以固定地连接到泵轴。第二链条可以与第一链轮和可驱动地连接到差速器输入的第四链轮啮合。例如,第四链轮可以经由第三行星齿轮组可驱动地连接到差速器输入,第三行星齿轮组具有固定地连接到第四链轮的中心齿轮、固定地连接到差速器输入的行星架和被固定地保持不旋转的环形齿轮。
在第三实施例中,一种混合动力变速驱动桥包括行星齿轮组、第一链轮、第二链轮、第三链轮、泵和第一链条。行星齿轮组的行星架固定地连接到输入轴和第二链轮。行星齿轮组的环形齿轮固定地连接到第一链轮并且可以固定地连接到驻车齿轮。第三链轮固定地连接到泵轴。第一链条与第二链轮和第三链轮啮合。混合动力变速驱动桥还可以包括固定地连接到中心齿轮的第一电机和可驱动地连接到环形齿轮的第二电机。输入轴可以从行星齿轮组的前侧延伸,同时第一电机和第二电机轴向地位于行星齿轮组的后侧。变速驱动桥还可以包括具有可驱动地连接到第四链轮的输入的差速器以及与第一链轮和第四链轮啮合的第二链条。

如果一组可旋转元件被约束为在所有工况下具有绕相同轴线的相同转速,则它们彼此固定地连接。可以通过例如花键连接、焊接、压装或对同一固体机加工而使可旋转元件固定地连接。固定连接的元件之间可能发生转动角位移的轻微变化,比如由于齿隙或轴柔量(shaft compliance)导致的位移。相反,每当换挡元件完全接合时换挡元件将两个或更多个可旋转元件约束为具有围绕相同轴线的相同转速时,所述两个或更多个可旋转元件通过该换挡元件选择性地连接,并且在至少一些其它工况中它们自由地具有不同的转速。如果两个可旋转元件通过在预定的传动比下将它们的转速约束为成比例的功率流动路径而连接,则这两个可旋转元件被可驱动地连接。如果这个功率流动路径在所有工况下都能建立,则部件被固定地可驱动地连接。如果这个功率流动路径仅当一个或更多个换挡元件接合时才建立,则部件被选择性地可驱动地连接。
图1是混合动力变速驱动桥的示意图。经由输入轴10从内燃发动机机械地接收动力。动力经由半轴12和14被输送到左前车轮和右前车轮。输入轴10固定地连接到动力分配行星齿轮组的行星架16,行星架16在轴向上位于变速驱动桥的前部附近。动力分配行星齿轮组的中心齿轮18固定地连接到发电机20,发电机20位于变速驱动桥的后部。动力分配行星齿轮组的环形齿轮22固定地连接到第一链轮24。动力分配行星齿轮组的环形齿轮22固定地连接到驻车齿轮56。第二链轮26被支撑以围绕差速器轴线旋转,并且通过链条28固定地可驱动地连接到第一链轮24。第二链轮26通过主减速器行星齿轮组可驱动地连接到差速器30。主减速器行星齿轮组的中心齿轮32固定地连接到第二链轮26。主减速器行星齿轮组的行星架34固定地连接到差速器30的输入。主减速器行星齿轮组的环形齿轮36固定地连接到变速器壳体38。
牵引马达40经由扭矩倍增行星齿轮组固定地可驱动地连接到第一链轮24。扭矩倍增行星齿轮组的中心齿轮42固定地连接到牵引马达40。扭矩倍增行星齿轮组的行星架44固定地连接到第一链轮24。扭矩倍增行星齿轮组的环形齿轮46固定地连接到变速器壳体38。
将链轮24和动力分配行星齿轮组放置在变速器的前部附近(靠近发动机)提供了若干优点。首先,在差速器轴线上没有设置与发电机20和牵引马达40相对的部件。这允许使用大直径的电机。对于给定的扭矩和功率容量,更大直径的电机倾向于具有更短的轴向长度。将电机的轴向长度最小化使得变速驱动桥的总轴向长度最小化。其次,动力分配行星齿轮组和主减速器行星齿轮组可以彼此相对,使得仅这二者中较宽的一者影响变速驱动桥的总轴向长度。
泵48将润滑流体分配到齿轮和轴承。第三链轮50固定地连接到输入轴10,而第四链轮52固定地连接到泵48的轴。链条或带54固定地可驱动地连接第三链轮和第四链轮。每当发动机运行时,泵48便从油底壳中汲取流体并将其分配到齿轮和轴承。一些流体也可以被输送到较高的储存器中,使得当发动机不运行时,来自储存器的流体可以提供润滑。
图3是具有齿轮传动主减速器的替代实施例的示意图。齿轮60以与图1的链轮24类似的方式固定地连接到环形齿轮22。齿轮60与齿轮62啮合,齿轮62被支撑以围绕相对于曲轴轴线和差速器轴线二者偏离的中间轴线旋转。齿轮62固定地连接到齿轮64。齿轮64与固定地连接到差速器30的输入34的齿轮66啮合。

Claims (18)

1.一种变速驱动桥,包括:
第一行星齿轮组,具有第一中心齿轮、固定地连接到输入轴的第一行星架和固定地连接到第一链轮的第一环形齿轮;
第二行星齿轮组,具有第二中心齿轮、固定地连接到第一环形齿轮的第二行星架和被固定地保持相对于变速器壳体不旋转的第二环形齿轮;
第一电机,固定地连接到第一中心齿轮;和
第二电机,固定地连接到第二中心齿轮,
其中,第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组以及第一电机和第二电机都沿着同一轴线定位,输入轴从第一行星齿轮组的前侧延伸,并且第二行星齿轮组以及第一电机和第二电机均位于第一行星齿轮组的后侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速驱动桥,还包括:
泵,具有泵轴;
第二链轮,固定地连接到输入轴;
第三链轮,固定地连接到泵轴;和
第一链条,与第二链轮和第三链轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变速驱动桥,还包括:
差速器,具有差速器输入;
第四链轮,固定地可驱动地连接到差速器输入;和
第二链条,与第一链轮和第四链轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的变速驱动桥,其中,第四链轮通过第三行星齿轮组固定地可驱动地连接到差速器,第三行星齿轮组具有固定地连接到第四链轮的中心齿轮、固定地连接到差速器输入的行星架和被固定地保持相对于变速器壳体不旋转的环形齿轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的变速驱动桥,其中,第二行星齿轮组以及第一电机和第二电机位于第一链轮的后侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的变速驱动桥,还包括固定地连接到第一环形齿轮的驻车齿轮。
7.一种变速驱动桥,包括:
沿着同一轴线依次定位的第一行星齿轮组、第二电机、第二行星齿轮组和第一电机,其中,第一电机和第二电机均固定地连接到各自的行星齿轮组的中心齿轮;和
第一链轮,固定地连接到第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的变速驱动桥,还包括固定地连接到第一行星齿轮组的行星架的输入轴。
9.根据权利要求8所述的变速驱动桥,还包括:
泵,具有泵轴;
第二链轮,固定地连接到输入轴;
第三链轮,固定地连接到泵轴;和
第一链条,与第二链轮和第三链轮啮合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的变速驱动桥,其中,第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮固定地连接到第二行星齿轮组的行星架,并且第二行星齿轮组的环形齿轮被固定地保持相对于变速器壳体不旋转。
11.根据权利要求10所述的变速驱动桥,还包括:
差速器,具有差速器输入;
第四链轮,固定地可驱动地连接到差速器输入;和
第二链条,与第一链轮和第四链轮啮合。
12.根据权利要求11所述的变速驱动桥,其中,第四链轮通过第三行星齿轮组固定地可驱动地连接到差速器,第三行星齿轮组具有固定地连接到第四链轮的中心齿轮、固定地连接到差速器输入的行星架和被固定地保持相对于变速器壳体不旋转的环形齿轮。
13.根据权利要求7所述的变速驱动桥,还包括固定地连接到第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮的驻车齿轮。
14.一种混合动力变速驱动桥,包括:
行星齿轮组,具有中心齿轮、固定地连接到输入轴的行星架以及环形齿轮;
第一链轮,固定地连接到环形齿轮;
泵,具有泵轴;
第二链轮,固定地连接到输入轴;
第三链轮,固定地连接到泵轴;和
第一链条,与第二链轮和第三链轮啮合。
15.根据权利要求14所述的混合动力变速驱动桥,还包括:
第一电机,固定地连接到中心齿轮;和
第二电机,固定地可驱动地连接到环形齿轮。
16.根据权利要求15所述的混合动力变速驱动桥,其中,输入轴从行星齿轮组的前侧延伸,并且第一电机和第二电机在轴向上位于行星齿轮组的后侧。
17.根据权利要求16所述的混合动力变速驱动桥,还包括:
差速器,具有差速器输入;
第四链轮,固定地可驱动地连接到差速器输入;和
第二链条,与第一链轮和第四链轮啮合。
18.根据权利要求14所述的混合动力变速驱动桥,还包括固定地连接到环形齿轮的驻车齿轮。
