技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置。更具体地,本发明涉及这样一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其能够通过根据车辆的行驶状态改变行驶模式来提高燃料效率。
背景技术

车辆的环保技术是控制未来汽车产业生存的核心技术,并且先进的汽车制造商将他们的精力集中在环保车辆的开发上,以符合环境和燃料效率法规。
因此,汽车制造商已经开发出电动车辆(EV)、混合动力电动车辆(HEV)、燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)等作为未来的车辆技术。
由于未来的车辆面临诸如重量和成本的各种技术挑战,汽车制造商已经关注混合动力电动车辆作为满足尾气排放法规和提高燃料效率性能的替代方案,并且汽车制造商已经进入将混合动力电动车辆商业化的激烈竞争。
混合动力电动车辆是使用两种或更多种动力源的车辆。可以通过各种方案来组合两种或更多种动力源。例如,将利用现有化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机以及由电能驱动的电动机/发电机混合并用作动力源。
在混合动力电动车辆中,可以根据发动机和电动机的组合来实施混合动力电动车辆仅由电动机驱动的EV模式、利用发动机和电动机两者的HEV模式以及仅利用发动机的ENG模式。此外,与传统车辆的燃料效率相比,混合动力电动车辆可以获得显著的燃料效率增强效果。具体地,混合动力电动车辆实现有怠速停止功能和再生制动性能等,通过该怠速停止功能,当车辆停止时发动机停止工作,该再生制动性能在车辆制动时通过利用车辆的动能来驱动发电机,而不是通过存在的摩擦力来制动,将在驱动发电机时产生的电能存储在电池中,并且在驱动车辆时再利用存储的电能。

发明内容
本发明提供了一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其能够以简单的构造同时实现三种混合动力模式,从而通过根据车辆的行驶状态改变运行模式来提高燃料效率。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置利用发动机以及第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机作为动力源,该装置可以包括:行星齿轮组、第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、第五轴以及第六轴,所述行星齿轮组包括第一旋转元件、第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件;所述第一轴固定地连接至发动机的输出轴并且选择性地连接至行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件;所述第二轴形成为中空轴,与第一轴同轴设置并且设置在第一轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,所述第二轴固定地连接至行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件和第一电动机/发电机并且与第一轴选择性地连接;所述第三轴以预定距离与第一轴平行设置,并且接收来自第一轴的旋转动力;所述第四轴与第三轴同轴设置,与第三轴选择性地连接,该第四轴接收来自行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件的旋转动力或者选择性地接收来自第三轴的旋转动力,以将接收到的旋转动力传递给差速器的最终减速齿轮;所述第五轴与第三轴和第四轴平行设置,并且固定地连接至第二电动机/发电机;所述第六轴与第五轴平行设置,并且将从第五轴传递的旋转动力传递至差速器的最终减速齿轮,并且其中,第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、第五轴和第六轴通过四个齿轮组连接为相互外齿轮接合,以便传递旋转动力。
行星齿轮组可以是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,其包括分别作为第一旋转元件的太阳轮、作为第二旋转元件的行星架和作为第三旋转元件的齿圈。
动力传递装置还可以包括三个离合器:第一离合器、第二离合器和第三离合器。第一离合器将六个轴中选择的轴选择性地与三个旋转元件中选择的旋转元件连接。第二离合器和第三离合器分别将剩余轴中的两个轴彼此选择性地连接。
在一个实施方案中,第一离合器布置在第一轴与行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件之间,第二离合器布置在第一轴与第二轴之间,第三离合器布置在第三轴与第四轴之间。
四个齿轮组可以包括:第一齿轮组、第二齿轮组、第三齿轮组和第四齿轮组,所述第一齿轮组包括固定至第一轴的第一驱动齿轮,和固定至第三轴并且与第一驱动齿轮外啮合的第一从动齿轮;所述第二齿轮组包括固定至行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件的第二驱动齿轮,和固定至第四轴并且与第二驱动齿轮外啮合的第二从动齿轮;所述第三齿轮组包括固定至第五轴的第三驱动齿轮,和固定至第六轴并且与第三驱动齿轮外啮合的第三从动齿轮;所述第四齿轮组包括固定至第四轴的第一输出齿轮,固定至第六轴的第二输出齿轮,以及与第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮外啮合的差速器的最终减速齿轮。
根据本发明的实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置包括:三个摩擦元件、一个行星齿轮组和九个外部齿轮,并且可以实现包括串行模式、e-CVT模式和并行模式的三种驱动模式。因此,通过根据车辆的行驶状态改变驱动模式,可以提高行驶里程。
根据本发明的实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置能够致力于通过简单的结构来降低生产成本并减轻重量。
另外,在本发明的实施方案的详细描述中将直接地或隐含地公开由本发明的实施方案能够获得或预测的效果。也就是说,将在稍后描述的详细描述中公开根据本发明的实施方案预测的各种效果。

参考图1,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置可以包括:作为动力源的发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2、六个轴TM1至TM6、三个摩擦元件CL1、CL2和CL3。来自发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的旋转动力传递至差速器DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
作为主动力源,发动机ENG可以是已知的各种发动机,例如利用传统化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2如本领域中已知的用作辅助动力源并且起到电动机和发电机的作用,第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的每个具有第一定子ST1和第二定子ST2以及第一转子RT1和第二转子RT2,第一定子ST1和第二定子ST2固定至变速器壳体H,第一转子RT1和第二转子RT2在径向方向上可旋转地支撑在定子ST1和ST2的内部。
行星齿轮组PG是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括作为第一旋转元件N1的太阳轮S、作为第二旋转元件N2的行星架PC和作为第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R,行星架PC可旋转地支撑与太阳轮S外啮合的多个小齿轮P,齿圈R与多个小齿轮P内啮合。

第一轴TM1固定地连接至发动机ENG的输出轴,并且选择性地连接至作为行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2的行星架PC。
这里,术语“固定地连接”或类似术语表示至少两个构件彼此连接以始终一起旋转。因此,本领域普通技术人员应理解的是,术语“固定地连接”或类似术语与术语“可操作地连接”或类似术语不同。
第一轴TM1可以表示传递发动机ENG的旋转动力的输入轴。
形成为中空轴的第二轴TM2设置为与第一轴TM1同轴并且在第一轴TM1的外部,而没有旋转干扰,第二轴TM2固定地连接至作为行星齿轮组PG的第一旋转元件N1的太阳轮S以及第一电动机/发电机MG1,并且第二轴TM2与第一轴TM1选择性地连接。
第二轴TM2表示这样的轴:其与连接至第一电动机/发电机MG1的第一转子RT1的电动机轴整体连接,将第一电动机/发电机MG1的旋转动力传递至行星齿轮组PG,或者将发动机ENG的旋转动力选择性地传递至行星齿轮组PG。
第三轴TM3是以预定间隔与第一轴TM1平行设置的中间轴,并且接收来自第一轴TM1的旋转动力。
第四轴TM4是与第三轴TM3同轴设置的中间轴,与第三轴TM3选择性地连接,第四轴选择性地接收来自第三轴TM3的旋转动力或者接收来自作为行星齿轮组PG的第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R的旋转动力,以将接收到的旋转动力传递至差速器DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。

第五轴TM5可以指与连接至第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子的电动机轴一体连接的轴。
第六轴TM6是与第五轴TM5平行设置的中间轴,并且将从第五轴TM5传递的旋转动力传递至差速器DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
轴TM1至TM6通过第一齿轮组TG1、第二齿轮组TG2、第三齿轮组TG3和第四齿轮组TG4连接为相互外齿轮接合,从而传递旋转动力。
第一齿轮组TG1包括:第一驱动齿轮TPG1和第一从动齿轮TSG1,第一驱动齿轮TPG1固定至第一轴TM1,第一从动齿轮TSG1固定至第三轴TM3并且与第一驱动齿轮TPG1外啮合。
第二齿轮组TG2包括:第二驱动齿轮TPG2和第二从动齿轮TSG2,第二驱动齿轮TPG2固定至作为行星齿轮组PG的第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R,第二从动齿轮TSG2固定至第四轴TM4并且与第二驱动齿轮TPG2外啮合。
第三齿轮组TG3包括:第三驱动齿轮TPG3和第三从动齿轮TSG3,第三驱动齿轮TPG3固定至第五轴TM5,第三从动齿轮TSG3固定至第六轴TM6并且与第三驱动齿轮TPG3外啮合。
第四齿轮组TG4包括:第一输出齿轮OG1、第二输出齿轮OG2和差速器DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG,第一输出齿轮OG1固定至第四轴TM4,第二输出齿轮OG2固定至第六轴TM6,差速器DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG与第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2外啮合。
第一驱动齿轮TPG1、第二驱动齿轮TPG2和第三驱动齿轮TPG3,第一从动齿轮TSG1、第二从动齿轮TSG2和第三从动齿轮TSG3,第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2以及最终减速齿轮FG的传动比是根据变速器的设计条件设定的。
动力传递装置还包括三个离合器CL1、CL2和CL3,三个离合器CL1、CL2和CL3选择性地连接轴的任何一个和其它轴的任何一个,或者选择性地连接轴的任何一个和旋转元件的任何一个。
下面将描述三个离合器CL1、CL2和CL3的位置。
第一离合器CL1设置在第一轴TM1和行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2之间,并且选择性地连接第一轴TM1和行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2以传递动力。
第二离合器CL2设置在第一轴TM1和第二轴TM2之间,并且选择性地连接第一轴TM1和第二轴TM2以传递动力。
第三离合器CL3设置在第三轴TM3和第四轴TM4之间,并且选择性地连接第三轴TM3和第四轴TM4以传递动力。
第一离合器CL1、第二离合器CL2和第三离合器CL3的接合元件可以实现为通过液压摩擦接合的多片式液压摩擦装置,然而不应该理解为限于此,因为能够电控制的各种其它配置也是可用的。
图2是应用于根据本发明的实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置的摩擦元件的每种操作模式的操作图表。
[电动车辆模式(EV运行模式)]
在EV运行模式中,在发动机ENG停止工作的情况下驱动第二电动机/发电机MG2。
第二电动机/发电机MG2的旋转动力经由第五轴TM5、第三驱动齿轮TPS3、第三从动齿轮TSP3、第六轴TM6、第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF,从而在电动车辆运行模式下行驶。
[串行模式]
在串行模式中,在驱动发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的状态下,操作第二离合器CL2。
发动机ENG的旋转动力和第一电动机/发电机MG1的旋转动力通过第二离合器CL2的操作在第二轴TM2处结合并且输入到行星齿轮组PG。
第二电动机/发电机MG2的旋转动力经由第五轴TM5、第三齿轮组TG3、第六轴TM6和第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF。
在这种情况下,最终减速齿轮FG经由第四轴TM4机械地且外部地连接至作为行星齿轮组PG的第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R,并且在发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2被互补控制的情况下执行串行运行。
[e-CVT模式]
e-CVT(电动无级变速器(e-CVT,electrically Continuously VariableTransmission)是电动CVT,其中电动机/发电机包括一个或多个行星齿轮组和两个电动机/发电机,例如CVT,其具有无级变速传递功能。
在该e-CVT模式中,在驱动发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的状态下,第一离合器CL1被致动。
当通过第一离合器CL1的操作将发动机ENG的旋转动力输入至作为行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2的行星架PC时,通过彼此机械连接的第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的互补控制来执行e-CVT模式。
[并行模式第一挡位]
并行模式第一挡位被执行为第一子模式1-1和第二子模式1-2。在第一子模式(1-1)中,驱动发动机ENG和第一电动机/发电机MG1,并且操作第二离合器CL2和第三离合器CL3。
然后,发动机ENG的旋转动力和第一电动机/发电机MG1的旋转动力通过第二离合器CL2的操作在第二轴TM2处结合并且输入到行星齿轮组PG。
发动机ENG的旋转动力的一部分通过第一齿轮组TG1传递至第三轴TM3,然后通过第三离合器CL3的操作传递至第四轴TM4。
相应地,从行星齿轮组PG输出的旋转动力和从第三轴TM3传递的旋转动力在第四轴TM4处结合,然后传递至差速器DIFF,从而执行并行模式第一挡位的第一子模式1-1。
此时,可以选择驱动或不驱动第二电动机/发电机MG2。
在并行模式第一挡位的第二子模式1-2中,驱动发动机ENG和第二电动机/发电机MG2并且操作第三离合器CL3。
然后,发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第一轴TM1和第一齿轮组TG1传递至第三轴TM3,然后通过第三离合器CL3的操作传递至第四轴TM4。
传递至第四轴TM4的旋转动力经由第四齿轮组TG4通过差速器DIFF输出,从而执行并行模式第一挡位的第二子模式1-2。
第二电动机/发电机MG2的旋转动力通过第五轴TM5、第三齿轮组TG3、第六轴TM6和第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2作为发动机ENG的辅助动力工作。
[并行模式第二挡位]
在并行模式第二挡位中,在驱动发动机ENG和第二电动机/发电机MG2的状态下,操作第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2。
通过第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2的操作,发动机ENG的旋转动力传递至作为行星齿轮组PG的第一旋转元件N1的太阳轮S和作为行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2的行星架PC。
由于在行星齿轮组PG中发动机ENG的旋转动力以相同的转数输入,输入通过作为第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R直接输出,并且齿圈R的旋转动力经由第二齿轮组TG2、第四轴TM4和第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF,以执行并行模式第二挡位。
第二电动机/发电机MG2的旋转动力通过第五轴TM5、第三齿轮组TG3、第六轴TM6和第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2作为发动机ENG的辅助动力工作。
[发动机运行模式第一挡位]
在发动机运行模式第一挡位中,在驱动发动机ENG的状态下,操作第三离合器CL3。
发动机ENG的旋转动力经由第一轴TM1和第一齿轮组TG1传递至第三轴TM3,然后通过第三离合器CL3的操作传递至第四轴TM4。
传递至第四轴TM4的旋转动力经由第四齿轮组TG4输出至差速器DIFF,执行发动机运行模式第一挡位。
也就是说,在发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第一齿轮组TG1和第四齿轮组TG4的传动比换挡并输出时,执行发动机运行模式第一挡位。
[发动机运行模式第二挡位]
在发动机运行模式第二挡位中,在驱动发动机ENG的状态下,操作第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2。
通过第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2的操作,发动机ENG的旋转动力传递至作为行星齿轮组PG的第一旋转元件N1的太阳轮S和作为行星齿轮组PG的第二旋转元件N2的行星架PC。
由于在行星齿轮组PG中发动机ENG的旋转动力以相同的转数输入,输入通过作为第三旋转元件N3的齿圈R直接输出,并且齿圈R的旋转动力经由第二齿轮组TG2、第四轴TM4和第四齿轮组TG4传递至差速器DIFF,以执行发动机运行模式第二挡位。
也就是说,发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第二齿轮组TG2和第四齿轮组TG4的传动比换挡以输出,执行发动机运行模式第二挡位。
如上所述,根据本发明的实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置包括三个摩擦元件、一个行星齿轮组和九个外部齿轮,并且可以实现包括串行模式、e-CVT模式和并行模式的三种驱动模式。因此,通过根据车辆的行驶状态改变驱动模式,可以提高行驶里程。
根据本发明的实施方案的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置能够致力于通过简单的结构来降低生产成本并减轻重量。
尽管已经结合目前被认为是实际示例性实施方案的内容描述了本发明,但是应该理解的是,本发明不限于所公开的实施方案。相反,旨在覆盖包括在本发明的精神和范围内的各种修改和等同布置。

Claims (5)

1.一种混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置,所述混合动力电动车辆利用发动机以及第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机作为动力源,所述动力传递装置包括:
行星齿轮组,其包括第一旋转元件、第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件;
第一轴,其固定地连接至发动机的输出轴并且选择性地连接至行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件;
第二轴,其形成为中空轴,所述第二轴与第一轴同轴设置并且设置在第一轴的外部而没有旋转干扰,所述第二轴固定地连接至行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件和第一电动机/发电机并且与第一轴选择性地连接;
第三轴,其以预定距离与第一轴平行设置,并且接收来自第一轴的旋转动力;
第四轴,其与第三轴同轴设置,所述第四轴与第三轴选择性地连接,所述第四轴接收来自行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件的旋转动力或者选择性地接收来自第三轴的旋转动力,以将接收到的旋转动力传递至差速器的最终减速齿轮;
第五轴,其与第三轴和第四轴平行设置,并且固定地连接至第二电动机/发电机;
第六轴,其与第五轴平行设置,并且将从第五轴传递的旋转动力传递至差速器的最终减速齿轮;
其中,第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、第五轴和第六轴通过四个齿轮组连接为相互外齿轮接合,从而传递旋转动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置,其中,所述行星齿轮组是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组包括分别作为第一旋转元件的太阳轮、作为第二旋转元件的行星架和作为第三旋转元件的齿圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置,还包括:
第一离合器,其将第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、第五轴和第六轴中选择的轴选择性地与第一旋转元件、第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件中选择的旋转元件连接;
第二离合器和第三离合器,所述第二离合器和所述第三离合器分别将剩余轴中的两个轴彼此选择地连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置,其中:所述第一离合器布置在第一轴与行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件之间,
所述第二离合器布置在第一轴与第二轴之间,
所述第三离合器布置在第三轴与第四轴之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的动力传递装置,其中,所述四个齿轮组包括:
第一齿轮组,其包括第一驱动齿轮和第一从动齿轮,所述第一驱动齿轮固定至第一轴,所述第一从动齿轮固定至第三轴并且与第一驱动齿轮外啮合;
第二齿轮组,其包括第二驱动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第二驱动齿轮固定至行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件,所述第二从动齿轮固定至第四轴并与第二驱动齿轮外啮合;
第三齿轮组,其包括第三驱动齿轮和第三从动齿轮,所述第三驱动齿轮固定至第五轴,所述第三从动齿轮固定至第六轴并与第三驱动齿轮外啮合;
第四齿轮组,其包括第一输出齿轮、第二输出齿轮和差速器的最终减速齿轮,所述第一输出齿轮固定至第四轴,所述第二输出齿轮固定至第六轴,所述差速器的最终减速齿轮与第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮外啮合。
