Abstract

本发明提供了一种水性聚氨酯消光树脂,无需添加任何消光材料,涂层均匀,消光效果好,使用寿命长。其按重量份计,包含如下组分:二异氰酸酯10-18份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)0.5-5份、二元醇35-60份、有机铋催化剂0.05-1份、二甲基乙醇胺0.5-5份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠0.5-10份、水合肼0.5-5份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂1-10份、去离子水104-180份。本发明还提供了上述水性聚氨酯消光树脂的制备方法。

水性聚氨酯消光树脂
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料,具体涉及一种水性聚氨酯消光树脂。
背景技术
随着人们审美认识的改变,以哑光\消光为表面装饰的产品越来越受到追捧,消光材料也从一般自然界中存在的高填充料,发展到微粉蜡,进而是无机消光粉,无机消光粉虽然具备消光性,但其缺点也是明显的:1、大量的添加这些粉体消光材料导致所得涂层的脆性增大,易破碎脱落;2、消光材料的沉淀常常导致在涂施之前不均一的混合,从而使整个涂层的光泽有差异,影响装饰效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水性聚氨酯消光树脂,无需添加任何消光材料,涂层均匀,消光效果好,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的水性聚氨酯消光树脂,按重量份计,包含如下组分:二异氰酸酯10-18份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)0.5-5份、二元醇35-60份、有机铋催化剂0.05-1份、二甲基乙醇胺0.5-5份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠0.5-10份、水合肼0.5-5份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂1-10份、去离子水104-180份;
所述二异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、亚苯基-1,4-二异氰酸酯、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-3,3-二甲氧基-4,4-二异氰酸酯中的至少一种;所述二异氰酸酯可选自上述组分中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述二元醇选自聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚ε-己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇中的至少一种;所述二元醇可选自上述组分中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠也称为N,N-二(2-羟乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠;所述二羟甲基丙酸即2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,也称为DMPA。
本发明还提供了上述水性聚氨酯消光树脂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(a)将二元醇在100-120℃下抽真空脱水1h,真空度为—0.08~—0.1mPa,使其含水率小于0.03%;
(b)将步骤a得到的二元醇投入釜中,在80℃条件下,加入计量好的二异氰酸酯、DMPA,反应2h,期间分两批加入定量有机铋催化剂;先加计算量的60%,反应1h后,再加入剩余量。
(c)检测体系中NCO含量,当NCO含量达到理论值时,降温至60℃,加入DMPA,继续反应3h;
(d)检测体系中NCO含量,当NCO含量达到理论值时,冷却至45-50℃后加入二甲基乙醇胺中和反应10 min,得到NCO封端的预聚体;
(e)将制得的预聚体快速倒入带去离子水的釜中,加入2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠,同时高速搅拌,后加入水合肼扩链,即可制得水性聚氨酯消光树脂。
本发明不添加粉体消光材料,通过特定配方和工艺,使树脂在成膜过程中形成独特的复合结构,当光线射入时,会形成不同方向和不同层次的折射和反射,产生消光效果。与传统消光树脂相比,因为没有添加消光物质,在取得消光效果的前提下,最大程度保持了聚氨酯优良的物理性能。而传统的消光树脂因为添加消光物质,而使聚氨酯的强度,弹性大幅下降。本发明制备的是一种水性涂料,涂层均匀,表面张力一致,使用寿命长,与油性涂料相比较,环保效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例以重量份计,包括以下组分:二异氰酸酯14份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)1份、二元醇43份、有机铋催化剂0.06份、二甲基乙醇胺0.8份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠1份、水合肼0.8份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂8份、去离子水104份。
本实施例中,二异氰酸酯选用氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;二元醇选用聚氧化丙烯二醇15份、聚碳酸酯二醇28份。
实施例二
本实施例以重量份计,包括以下组分:二异氰酸酯15份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)1份、二元醇50份、有机铋催化剂0.05份、二甲基乙醇胺0.8份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠1份、水合肼0.8份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂8份、去离子水122份。
本实施例中,二异氰酸酯选用氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯8份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6份;二元醇选用聚碳酸酯二醇20份、聚ε-己内酯二醇30份。
实施例三
本实施例以重量份计,包括以下组分:二异氰酸酯15份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)1份、二元醇54份、有机铋催化剂0. 05份、二甲基乙醇胺1份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠1份、水合肼5份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂7份、去离子水132份。
本实施例中,二异氰酸酯选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯;二元醇选用聚ε-己内酯二醇。
以上实施例所得产品,按照国家标准(GB/T23999-2009)检测,达到以下指标:

通过检测可见,本发明所提供的水性聚氨酯消光树脂,涂层均匀,消光效果好,耐候性、耐腐蚀性均较为理想,且使用寿命长。实施例二所得产品,在细度、干燥时间等指标方面达到最优。

Claims (4)

1.一种水性聚氨酯消光树脂,按重量份计,包含如下组分:二异氰酸酯10-18份、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)0.5-5份、二元醇35-60份、有机铋催化剂0.05-1份、二甲基乙醇胺0.5-5份、2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠0.5-10份、水合肼0.5-5份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂1-10份、去离子水104-180份。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯消光树脂,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、亚苯基-1,4-二异氰酸酯、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-3,3-二甲氧基-4,4-二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水性聚氨酯消光树脂,其特征在于:所述二元醇选自聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚ε-己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚己二酸丙二醇酯二醇中的至少一种。
4.权利要求1、2、3或4所述的水性聚氨酯消光树脂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(a)将二元醇在100-120℃下抽真空脱水1h,真空度为—0.08~—0.1mPa,使其含水率小于0.03%;
(b)将步骤a得到的二元醇投入釜中,在80℃条件下,加入计量好的二异氰酸酯、DMPA,反应2h,期间分两批加入定量有机铋催化剂;先加计算量的60%,反应1h后,再加入剩余量;
(c)检测体系中NCO含量,当NCO含量达到理论值时,降温至60℃,加入DMPA,继续反应3h;
(d)检测体系中NCO含量,当NCO含量达到理论值时,冷却至45-50℃后加入二甲基乙醇胺中和反应10 min,得到NCO封端的预聚体;
(e)将制得的预聚体快速倒入带去离子水的釜中,加入2-[(2-氨乙基)氨基]乙磺酸钠,同时高速搅拌,后加入水合肼扩链,即可制得水性聚氨酯消光树脂。
