Abstract

在旋转印刷的传送线内,把叠覆形式的一行印刷品从一个带式传送带(4)传到一个设有抓取组件(12)的链式传送带(14)上,抓取组件可以抓取印刷品的前缘。但要安全可靠地抓取却是一个问题。但是,本发明使用一种加速传送带(10),在抓取组件致动前,印刷品被确实可靠地投入抓取组件(12)内,因而有效地夹住印刷品的前缘来解决上述问题。还用加压装置(22和26,28)用于保证印刷品的加速传送以有效和均匀的方式进行。

Description

将叠覆的印刷品传送给抓取链的系统
本发明及传送印刷车间印刷品的一个系统,更具体地涉及传送折叠的新闻报纸,从叠覆状态的印刷品移动的物流传送到与一个链式传送带相连接的抓取装置内。主要是在转动印刷中生产新闻报纸,通常的习惯是报纸以叠覆形式放在传送带上被传送出动,但是,在印刷品物流被传送到最后阶段,可能既需要向上导引及向下导引这个物流,借助这一方法,有效地将印刷品传送给可以确实可靠地夹持住单张的印刷品的抓取装置内,这个装置适宜于采用类似于链式的抓取传送带。此链式抓取传送带应该以合理的间距配备上抓取器,以便能够有效地抓取在传送带上放着的前进中的印刷品。
印刷品物流显示出比较高的速度,在实践中已经发现,以一种十分安全的方式传送的布置方案是个非常困难的问题。很自然的,假如一旦生产已经开始而传送却发生故障,那么旋转印刷只能在最紧急的状态下被停止住,会形成很紊乱的局面。
DE 3306 815已公开了使用加速传送带来有力地把产品投入夹紧件中。但是它没有对把产品正确地供入夹紧件中的直正的控制,因此以折叠机出来的产品行列中如果有一些紊乱,就会产生故障。
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种将叠覆的印刷品传送给抓取链的系统,其使产品能高精度及安全可靠地送到夹紧件中,即使产品到达时有些不规则也不会发生问题。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种传送印刷车间印刷品特别是传送折叠的新闻报纸的系统,从叠覆形式的印刷品物流传送到与处于运动的链式传送带相连接的抓取组件内,该系统包括一个输送传送带,它从供给传送带上接受印刷品物流,然后在这些印刷品经过输送传送带的传送端部时依次地将单个印刷品传送给链式传送带,使所述的印刷品的前缘与链式传送带各自的抓取组件进入啮合状态,其特征在于,所述的输送传送带和链式传送带是由一个独立的、速度可调的驱动装置同步地驱动,而有关的速度控制装置是与传感器可操作地连接起来,传感器用来探测供给传送带上面印刷品的前缘通过其传送端部上游的一个位置和有效地调整最后的印刷品的传送与抓取组件的行程相吻合。
在下边,参照附图详细说明本发明。
附图示出了本发明的传送系统的侧视图。
一个叠覆形式的印刷品行列,例如新闻报纸2,被传送到较高工作位置的第一传送带4,传送带4是长度可变化的,传送滚轮6可以水平地移动对该系统作调整。这个传送带是由马达8驱动,并与供给传送带同步。
在传送带4之后,另一条传送带10在略低的水平面上接受新闻报纸的行列,这样,报纸的行列在一种无支撑的突然下降状态中被移动穿越一定的距离。后一个传送带使报纸加速运动,依次地将报纸传送到抓取链14上的抓取器12,抓取链14与传送带10一起被马达16所驱动。这两部分应该被同步驱动并且抓取链14略微慢于传送带。报纸被传送时越过一个输出滚轮18,因此,报纸折叠的前缘被投入抓取器12内,该抓取器12能自动地关闭住,以便传送报纸。一种良好的抓取啮合是通过正在前进的报纸移动速度高于抓取器的速度,使得报纸的前缘在抓取器关闭之前能够达到抓取器的底部。这一点既对抓取的稳固可靠性又对从链式传送带传送报纸的次序都是很重要的。
然而,为了使这样一种印刷品送是安全可靠的,印刷品应是这样的一种状态,就是印刷品的前缘以一种精确的方式位于与抓取器啮合。利用控制抓取链相对于印刷品前缘到达时的相位是可以一定程度地满足上述情况,但是,这种啮合不十分安全可靠,因为既在供给印刷品先烈方面又在传送带10上印刷品加速的均匀性方面可能是不规则的;这种加速会被传送带10上印刷品的初始滑动及被正在叠覆行列中上面覆盖的印刷品所引起的夹持前进的印刷品的逆动所抵消。
利用传感器20可以保持一种优秀的控制精确度,传感器20是用来探测在第一传送带上面的印刷品前缘的通过以及用来调节马达16,直至保证得到一种正确的啮合时为止。
利用上述传送带4和10之间印刷品行列的突然下降,可以在大部分传送区域内降低印刷器之前的摩擦,因而印刷品摩擦方面的变化会减小对传送精确度的影响。
然而,按照本发明去进一步改善安全可靠性,既符合需要又有可能,就是说,将印刷品固定在传达带4上面,一直固定到印刷品仍留在其上面,和/或者一当印刷品离开传送带4使印刷品以增大的磨擦去啮合传送带10。因而,就避免了传送精确度受到叠覆印刷品之间滑动摩擦变化的影响。
有效地将印刷品固定在传送带4上的方法是利用加压滚轮22,向下压住传送滚轮6,最好是利用中压带24的中介作用,它在滚轮22之下安全地对引导着印刷品前缘。当滚轮22或者一个相应的间隔的短滚轮的行列,以与传送带4的速度相同的圆周速度旋转时,将防止印刷品2从这个啮合状态被相对微弱的拉力所拉开,这个相对微弱的拉力是由传送带10和印刷品最前边的部分之间的磨擦啮合施加的。于是,在印刷品的后端部离开传送滚轮6和22的压力啮合之前的一瞬间之前,都不能开始印刷品的加速。根据显而易见的理由,在水平方向上的调整运动中滚轮22应该适应于跟随滚轮6。
利用布置在这个传送带上边的滚轮26和由马达16通过传动装置24驱动的方法可以获得上述传送带2和传送带10之间强化的磨擦啮合,滚轮有凸缘或者有指状机械手28,通过滚轮的转动,凸缘或指状机械手依次地将印刷品2的前缘向下压到加速传送带10上。在这个加压区域的下方,传送带10被弹性元件30所支撑住,这样,向下加压区域的下方,传送带10被弹性元件30所支撑住,这样,向下加压可以利用几乎相同的力进行,而不必去考虑印刷品行列的厚度大小。
一个引人注目的作用是在滚轮22和26之间存在的距离a,这个距离对应于或者是正好略微比印刷品2的长度大一点。这一距离可以通过对一对滚轮6,22的位移而加以预调。假如在关键时刻要对前缘的通过作改变,则传感器20将会对马达16进行这样的一种调整,以便让凸缘和指状机械手28再一次正确地压在印刷品上面,也就是说,落后于印刷品前缘两三厘米。此后,印刷品将自动地在正确状态下到达抓取器。
最好,把滚轮26制造成两个相互独立的轮子,这两个轮子与印刷品的相对侧缘附近也就是在印刷品上没有印色的区域共同作用。另外,在传送区内印刷品行列的自由驱动有助于避免马印色涂抹掉。

Claims (5)

1.一种传送印刷车间印刷品特别是传送折叠的新闻报纸(2)的系统,从叠覆形式的印刷品物流传送到与处于运动的链式传送带(14)相连接的抓取组件(12)内,该系统包括一个输送传送带(10),它从供给传送带(4)上接受印刷品物流,然后在这些印刷品经过输送传送带的传送端部时依次地将单个印刷品传送给链式传送带,使所述的印刷品的前缘与链式传送带各自的抓取组件进入啮合状态,其特征在于,所述的输送传送带(10)和链式传送带(14)是由一个独立的、速度可调的驱动装置(16)同步地驱动,而有关的速度控制装置是与传感器(20)可操作地连接起来,传感器(20)用来探测供给传送带(4)上面印刷品的前缘通过其传送端部上游的一个位置和有效地调整最后的印刷品的传送与抓取组件(12)的行程相吻合。
2.根据权利要求1的系统,其特征在于所述的供给传送带(4)的传送端部被布配在高于输送传送带(10)接受端的水平面上。
3.根据权利要求1的系统,其特征在于所述的供给传送带(4)的传送端部是一种长度可调整的结构形式。
4.根据权利要求1的系统,其特征在于所述的输送传送带(10)是作为一个加速传送带而被驱动的,该加速传送带有效地使叠覆的印刷品物流扩展,以便将印刷品前缘有力地投入抓取组件(12)内,在所述的供给传送带(4)的传送端部上面,设有加压滚轮装置(22)用来防止印刷品的后端部离开加压滚轮之前印刷品开始加速。
5.根据权利要求4的系统,其特征在于所述的输送传送带(10)的上面,设有共同运动的加压装置(26,28),用来将新到的印刷品前缘压在这个传送带上,以便实施上述的加速,上述的加压装置(26,28)设置在输送传送带的有弹力的可压下去的部分。
