Abstract
一种桑枣饮品的生产方法,其特征是以新鲜桑枣为原料提取的桑枣汁,配以黄芪、枸杞、大枣提取液,其组分的重量百分比为:桑枣汁50-70%、提取液10-30%,然后经纳米均质、灭菌、灌装、封盖、冷却、包装等工艺制成。本发明组方科学,既具解渴功能又具有显著的医疗保健作用,经常饮用可达到延缓衰老、美容养颜的目的。

本发明属于食品技术领域,特别是涉及一种桑枣饮品的生产方法。
背景技术
目前市场上桑枣饮品种类很多,但是已有的桑枣饮品都过分的强调饮品的色、香、味,或多或少的加入色素、香精、防腐剂等化学合成物质,大多桑枣饮品配方中加有大量蔗糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂等,因而影响了其饮用的安全性,所以严格的讲,已有的桑枣饮品大多都不是纯粹的天然饮品,而且饮品均以水为主要成分,饮品中桑枣的有效成分含量很少。由于过分的强调和加入色素、香精、防腐剂等化学合成物质,使本来是纯天然的、色香味俱全可口的桑枣变得有害无益,
而且加工工艺方法落后。所以,生产纯天然桑枣饮品,一定会受到人们喜爱。
桑枣又名桑果,被称为“民间圣果”。它含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,营养是苹果的5~6倍,是葡萄的4倍,具有多种功效,被医学界誉为“21世纪的最佳保健果品”。常吃能显著提高人体免疫力,具有延缓衰老、美容养颜的功效。 历代医家,对桑椹都给予了很高的评价,《神农本草经》将其列为上品。中医认为桑椹味甘、性寒,具有补肝益肾、生津止渴、润肠通便、明耳目、乌须发的作用,特别适合习惯性便秘、老年人血虚便秘、贫血、脱发、须发早白、失眠患者食用。它不仅能增强胃肠的消化吸收能力,使胃肠蠕动增强,起到助消化、促进大便排出的作用,其所含的维生素E等物质能及时清除引起人体衰老的自由基,进而起到抗衰老的作用,具有广阔的开发利用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桑枣饮品的生产方法,以满足人们所需,克服目前桑枣饮品技术的弊端。
本发明的内容是这样实现的:
一种桑枣饮品的生产方法,其特征是以新鲜桑枣为原料提取的桑枣汁,配以黄芪、枸杞、大枣提取液,其组分的重量百分比为:桑枣汁50-70%、提取液30-50%,然后经纳米均质、灭菌、灌装、封盖、冷却、包装等工艺制成。
本发明的特征还在于:其提取液组分的重量百分比为:黄芪20-40%,枸杞30-50%,红枣20-40%。
所述的黄芪、枸杞、红枣提取液采用水煮方法浓缩至比重为1.1-1.3。
所述的桑枣汁是以新鲜桑枣为原料,采用常规方法经分检、清洗、去核、挤压、过滤的工艺步骤获得。
所述的纳米均质是将合成的浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、温度为50-65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级。
本发明的解决方案是以新鲜桑枣为主要原料,根据中医药理论,科学提取有效成分,制成天然、营养、方便、口感好的口服饮品,让人们可经常饮用,以达到延缓衰老、美容养颜的目的。组分中的桑枣含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,具有多种功效;黄芪可补气、补虚;枸杞可补阳滋肾;红枣可补气健脾。
本发明的优点:一是所用原材料来源广,提高了桑枣、黄芪、枸杞、红枣的利用价值,适合大众消费;二是采用了纳米均质等纯物理手段,使所生产出来的饮品不仅具有显著的医疗保健作用,而且口感好、易于人体吸收,无任何化学添加,保持了天然原料的原色原味和营养功效特性,是一种纯天然桑枣饮品;三是所搭配的组方科学,使其既具解渴功能又具有显著的医疗保健作用,可使人们经常饮用而达到延缓衰老、美容养颜的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例:采收新鲜桑枣,经分检、清洗、去核、挤压、过滤等工艺步骤获得桑枣汁7公斤,备用;称取黄芪、枸杞、红枣采用水煮方法浓缩至比重为1.1-1.3的提取液3公斤,备用;将上述桑枣汁和提取液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为100mpa、温度为60℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级,再经灭菌、灌装、封盖、冷却、包装等工艺制成本发明桑枣饮品。
