将上述各组份制成本发明玄参补肝益肺火锅料,其生产方法的主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、粉碎、配料、定量、包装、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:A、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的原料玄参、石决明、紫贝齿、羚羊角、钩藤、土牛膝、杜仲、千里光、酸枣仁、青皮、香附、味素、精盐备用;B、烘干、选出的原料除味素、精盐分别切成块状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在100-120℃,时间60分钟,使原料水份蒸发、灭菌;C、粉碎、将烘干后的原料放入粉碎机中粉碎后,再放入磨粉机中磨成粉状;D、配料、按原料重量配比,将原料拌匀,加入味素、精盐二次拌匀,灭菌制成粉剂;E、装袋、封口,按所需重量装袋,每包重量规定相差不超过±1克;F、检验合格后制成成品。

1.一种玄参补肝益肺火锅料,其特征在于:它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的,玄参20-35份、石决明10-30份、紫贝齿10-30份、羚羊角10-30份、钩藤10-30份、土牛膝10-30份、杜仲10-30份、千里光10-30份、酸枣仁10-30份、青皮10-30份、香附10-30份、味素3-8份、精盐5-10份。
2.一种玄参补肝益肺火锅料,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量配比是,玄参20-30份、石决明10-25份、紫贝齿10-25份、羚羊角10-25份、钩藤10-25份、土牛膝10-25份、杜仲10-25份、千里光10-25份、酸枣仁10-25份、青皮10-25份、香附10-25份、味素3-8份、精盐5-10份。
3.一种玄参补肝益肺火锅料,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量配比是,玄参25份、石决明20份、紫贝齿20份、羚羊角20份、钩藤20份、土牛膝15份、杜仲20份、千里光15份、酸枣仁20份、青皮20份、香附20份、味素5份、精盐7份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种玄参补肝益肺火锅料,其特征在于:其生产方法的主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、粉碎、配料、定量、包装、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:A、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的原料玄参、石决明、紫贝齿、羚羊角、钩藤、土牛膝、杜仲、千里光、酸枣仁、青皮、香附、味素、精盐备用;B、烘干、选出的原料除味素、精盐外分别切成块状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在100-120℃,时间60分钟,使原料水分蒸发、灭菌; C、粉碎、将烘干后的原料放入粉碎机中粉碎后,再放入磨粉机中磨成粉状;D、配料、按原料重量配比,将原料依次放入混合搅拌均匀后,加入味素、精盐二匀,二次灭菌,制成粉剂;E、装袋、封口,按所需重量装袋,每包重量规定相差不超过±1克;F、检验合格后制成成品。
