虾青素(astaxanthin/astacin/astacean)是自然界水生动物体中主要的类胡萝卜素成分,对水生生物的生命活动有重要的意义。同大多数动物一样,人类不能在体内合成类胡萝卜素类物质,也只能通过食品摄入而获得,如水产品,如虾、蟹和某些冷水鱼类中就含有虾青素,成为人们补充类胡萝卜素的动物性来源。虾青素是一种氧化态的胡萝卜素,研究表明虾青素的抗氧化能力是维生素E的500倍,是胡萝卜素的11倍以上,具有明显的抗氧化、消除活性的单线态氧的作用。动物实验表明虾青素有增强免疫功能、抗肿瘤、抗紫外辐射,可以抑 制老年斑的形成,对眼科疾病、心血管疾病和类风湿性关节炎也有缓解作用;据最新研究,虾青素对视觉疲劳具有明显的改善作用,对作息时间紊乱的人群恢复正常的生活节奏也有一定的帮助作用。所以,虾青素具有重要的营养和保健作用。但虾青素与维生素一样不能被人体合成,只能从食物中摄取。
低聚果糖(fructooligsacchride,FOS,以下称FOS)又名蔗果低聚糖,寡果糖或蔗果三糖族低聚糖,分子式为G-F-Fn(n=1,2,3,G为葡萄糖,F为果糖),它是由蔗糖和1~3个果糖基通过β-1,2糖苷键与蔗糖中的果糖基结合而成的蔗果三糖(GF2),蔗果四糖(GF3)和蔗果五糖(GF4)等一类碳水化合物总称。

3)利用挤压制粒法得到制湿颗粒,立即在50~80℃温度下烘干,整粒后压片(每片重0.5g),制好后包装即可。
本发明组合物中,虾青素作为抗氧化剂的服用量每日最少3mg,长期持续作为抗疲劳需要8-10mg/日,2个月有效,作为降血脂用途需要10-12mg/日,一般情况下2-4周会有较明显的反应。本片剂每粒质量0.5g,普通保健食用,建议每天1-2粒即可,其他情况,适量食用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、本发明制备的营养保健片剂具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和增强免疫力等许多重要的生理和生物学功能,其中虾青素的抗氧化性能比维生素E强100-500倍,比胡萝卜素强10倍以上,是目前类胡萝卜素中抗氧化性能最强的色素。对眼科疾病、心血管疾病和类风湿性关节炎有显著的缓解作用。
2、本发明另一成分95低聚果糖粉,是一种天然活性物质。甜度为蔗糖的0.3倍。既保持了蔗糖的纯正甜味性质,又比蔗糖甜味清爽。且在粘度等方面性能优良,从而取代了蔗糖在片剂中的添加。而且低聚果糖是具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌,促进钙的吸收,调节血脂,免疫调节,抗龋齿等保健功能的新型甜味剂,被誉为继抗生素时代后最具潜力的新一代添加剂——促生物质。

具体实施方式
实施例1
将适量麦芽糊精(辅料)、63g低聚果糖粉、2.5g酵母抽提物混匀后,加入2.5g虾青素混匀,加入赋形剂,得到软材,利用挤压制粒法得到制湿颗粒,立即在50~80℃温度下烘干,整粒后压片500片(每片重0.5g),制好后包装即可。
服用方法:每天1-2粒。
实施例2
将适量麦芽糊精(辅料)、64g低聚果糖粉、5g酵母抽提物混匀后,加入2g虾青素混匀,加入赋形剂,得到软材,利用挤压制粒法得到制湿颗粒,立即在50~80℃温度下烘干,整粒后压片500片(每片重0.5g),制好后包装即可。
服用方法:每天1-2粒。
实施例3
将适量麦芽糊精(辅料)、65g低聚果糖粉、10g酵母抽提物混匀后,加入1.5g虾青素混匀,加入赋形剂,得到软材,利用挤压制粒法得到制湿颗粒,立即在50~80℃温度下烘干,整粒后压片500片(每片重0.5g),制好后包装即可。
服用方法:每天1-2粒。
Claims (7)
1.一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,包含虾青素、低聚果糖粉、酵母抽提物和辅料,其特征在于:所述虾青素的含量为0.05-0.1wt%,低聚果糖粉为20-40wt%,酵母抽提物为0.5-5wt%,辅料为60-80wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于:所述虾青素是由红法夫酵母采用液体深层发酵法发酵提取的天然虾青素;所述低聚果糖粉为低聚果糖总含量≥95%的低聚果糖粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于所述各组分含量为:
虾青素0.03-0.08wt%
低聚果糖粉20-30wt%
酵母抽提物1-5wt%
辅料65-80wt%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于所述各组分含量为:
虾青素0.05-0.08wt%
低聚果糖粉25-30wt%
酵母抽提物2-4wt%
辅料66-73wt%。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于:所述营养保健组合物制为片剂、丸剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于:所述营养保健组合物制为片剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含虾青素的营养保健组合物,其特征在于制备为片剂时包括如下步骤:
1)按比例取低聚果糖粉、酵母抽提物及辅料混匀;
2)加入虾青素混匀后,加入赋形剂,得到软材;
3)利用挤压制粒法得到制湿颗粒,立即在50~80℃温度下烘干,整粒后压片,每片重0.5g,制好后包装即可。
