本发明的一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,由如下重量份数的原料组成:盐藻粉10‑60份、维生素C 0.8‑1.6份、乳糖20‑40份、果粉50‑100份,山梨糖醇7‑14份、三氯蔗糖0.8‑1.6份、结晶果糖13‑26份、麦芽糊精25‑50份、酸剂120‑240份、碱剂100‑200份、甜菊糖苷1.5‑3份、天然海盐0.6‑1.2份、食用香精3‑6份。本发明通过添加富含β‑胡萝卜素的盐藻粉,合理的丰富了目前市场上泡腾片种类,均衡了泡腾片的营养,在补充维生素和矿物质的基础上安全补充维生素A,满足人体需要,有益人体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于泡腾片制备领域,尤其是涉及一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片。
背景技术
维生素A化学名为视黄醇,是最早被发现的维生素。维生素A有两种,一种是维生素A醇,是最初的维生素A形态(只存在于动物性食物中);另一种是胡萝卜素,是维生素A的前体,在人类需要时转变为维生素A(可从植物性及动物性食物中摄取)。
维生素A是一种脂溶性维生素,不容易代谢排出,如果人体摄入过量的维生素A会出现慢性中毒迹象。如皮肤干燥、易脱发,唇和口角易出血等症状。
人类摄食高胡萝卜素含量的食物后,胡萝卜素是以本身的分子结构存在于人体内,只有在人体需要时才被转变成维生素A,这一个特征表明胡萝卜素是维生素A的一个安全来源。
盐藻是一种嗜盐的单细胞真核藻类,是迄今为止发现的最耐盐的真核生物之一,盐藻藻体内有一杯状色素体,色素体内的色素主要是叶绿素和类胡萝卜素(以β-胡萝卜素为主),在合适的条件下,体内合成的胡萝卜素可达细胞干重的10%上。此外,盐藻体内还含有丰富的油脂、蛋白质、多糖、人类必需氨基酸在内的18种氨基酸,还含有较高的Ca、P、Zn等矿物质。目前市场上的泡腾片普遍以补充维生素C和矿物质为主,本发明通过添加富含β-胡萝卜素的盐藻粉,丰富泡腾片的营养,在补充维生素和矿物质的基础上补充安全来源的维生素A,满足人体需要,有益人体健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,合理的丰富了目前市场上泡腾片种类,在补充维生素和矿物质的基础上安全补充维生素A,满足人体需要,有益人体健康。
一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,由如下重量份数的原料组成:
盐藻粉10-60份、维生素C 0.8-1.6份、乳糖20-40份、果粉50-100份,山梨糖醇7-14份、三氯蔗糖0.8-1.6份、结晶果糖13-26份、麦芽糊精25-50份、酸剂120-240份、碱剂100-200份、甜菊糖苷1.5-3份、天然海盐0.6-1.2份、食用香精3-6份。
进一步,所述酸剂为柠檬酸。
进一步,所述碱剂为碳酸氢钠。
进一步,所述盐藻粉中β-胡萝卜素的质量分数为3%。
进一步,β-胡萝卜素推荐日食用量≤15毫克。
国内外大量科研资料表明盐藻β-胡萝卜素除了作为维生素A前体对视觉系统有保健作用外,还具有抗氧化和自由基清除、增强免疫力的作用,对糖尿病患者也有一定的提高免疫功能及降低血液黏度的作用。服用天然盐藻提取物能减少复发性口疮的复发或减轻其症状,总有效率达85%以上,还能对急性酒精性肝脂质代谢紊乱和肝脏病理损伤有一定的保护作用,在肿瘤化疗过程中还能起到升高白细胞的作用,盐藻素+维生素E能够预防化疗所致的白细胞下降。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过添加富含β-胡萝卜素的盐藻粉,合理的丰富了目前市场上泡腾片种类,均衡了泡腾片的营养,在补充维生素和矿物质的基础上安全补充维生素A,满足人体需要,有益人体健康。

一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,所述盐藻泡腾片的配料成分及其质量份数为:
盐藻粉(β-胡萝卜素含量为3%)10份、维生素C(0.9)份、乳糖(25)份、果粉(55)份,山梨糖醇(7)份、三氯蔗糖(0.8)份、结晶果糖(13)份、麦芽糊精(25)份、酸剂(120)份、碱剂(100)份、甜菊糖苷(1.5)份、天然海盐(0.6)份、食用香精(3)份;酸剂为柠檬酸,碱剂为碳酸氢钠,β-胡萝卜素推荐日食用量≤15毫克。
实例2
一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,所述盐藻泡腾片的配料成分及其质量份数为:
盐藻粉(β-胡萝卜素含量为3%)60份、维生素C(1.6)份、乳糖(50)份、果粉(110)份,山梨糖醇(14)份、三氯蔗糖(1.6)份、结晶果糖(26)份、麦芽糊精(50)份、酸剂(240)份、碱剂(200)份、甜菊糖苷(3)份、天然海盐(1.2)份、食用香精(6)份;酸剂为柠檬酸,碱剂为碳酸氢钠,β-胡萝卜素推荐日食用量≤15毫克。

盐藻粉10-60份、维生素C 0.8-1.6份、乳糖20-40份、果粉50-100份,山梨糖醇7-14份、三氯蔗糖0.8-1.6份、结晶果糖13-26份、麦芽糊精25-50份、酸剂120-240份、碱剂100-200份、甜菊糖苷1.5-3份、天然海盐0.6-1.2份、食用香精3-6份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,其特征在于,所述碱剂为碳酸氢钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充维生素A的盐藻粉泡腾片,其特征在于,所述盐藻粉中β-胡萝卜素的质量分数为3%。
