本发明是一种保健调料。本调料根据女性生理特征,将药疗改为食疗,既可作为调味品食用,又能使女性的五脏得以调理恢复,提高身体的抗病能力,特别对于女性更年期的综合症,烦燥不安、腹痛口干、面部黑斑、脱发有明星效果。本发明选用花椒、小香、大香、胡椒、桂皮、丁香、干姜、川芎、藿香、当归、柏子仁、五味子、白术、杜仲、首乌、大料、香附子和沙碗子为原料,经精选、混合、烘炒、粉碎、杀菌、包装制成调料而成。

本发明是一种保健调料。
背景技术
现行市场的食用调料大多选用大香、花椒、小香、姜片、桂皮混合粉碎为五香调料,只作为调味食用,但不能根据男女性生理特征的需要加以区别,起不到强身健体的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种保健调料。该调料,不但可增味提鲜,而且可以根椐女性生理特征醒脑宽胸、补血活血、调经止痛,特别对女性更年期综合症有着改善和恢复的作用。
本发明完成的方式是依据女性的生理特点,采用食疗的方法,使女性的五脏得以调理恢复,提高身体的抗病能力,稳定情绪,推迟衰老。所以采用中药材花椒、小香、大香、胡椒、桂皮、丁香、干姜、川芎、藿香、当归、柏子仁、五味子、白术、杜仲、首乌、香附子和沙碗子为原料,其各选料的重量比是花椒∶小香∶大香∶胡椒∶桂皮∶丁香∶干姜∶川芎∶藿香∶当归∶柏子仁∶五味子∶白术∶杜仲∶首乌∶大料∶香附子∶沙碗子=18-22∶10-16∶5-8∶5-8∶5-8∶2-3∶6-10∶4-6∶4-6∶5-6∶6-8∶4-6∶5-7∶2-4∶1-4∶1-3∶1-3∶5-8,经精选、混合、烘炒、粉碎、杀菌、包装而成。
本发明的优点在于由该法制成的调料,既可作为调味品食用,又能增强抗病能力,而且开胃理气,促进食欲,特别对于女性更年期的综合症,烦燥不安、腹痛口干,面部黑斑,脱发有明显的疗效。

本发明的实施例对于食用保健调料的制备方法是选料的重量比例是花椒∶小香∶大香∶胡椒∶桂皮∶丁香∶干姜∶川芎∶藿香∶当归∶柏子仁∶五味子∶白术∶杜仲∶首乌∶大料∶香附子∶沙碗子=20∶12∶5∶5∶5∶3∶6∶5∶5∶6∶6∶4∶5∶2∶3∶1∶2∶3∶2,经精选原料后混合均匀,在用高温烘炒(为焦黄色)后用风冷却,然后通过粉碎机粉碎,并用孔径为0.6-1mm网筛后光波杀菌、包装为成品。
