背景技术
头发是指生长在头部的毛发。头发不是器官,不含神经、血管和细胞。头发除了使人增加美感之外,主要是保护头脑。夏天可防烈日,冬天可御寒冷。细软蓬松的头发具有弹性,可以抵挡较轻的碰撞,还可以帮助头部汗液的蒸发。头发作为人美的重要标志之一,自古以来就备受人们的关注。然而随着社会的发展,人们生活节奏的加快及来自各方面的精神压力,使得脱发、白发、叉发、受损断发等现象越来普遍和严重,并且呈逐年递增和年轻化的趋势,头发问题正越来越严重困扰爱美人士。市场上有很多养发药品和用品,养发药品比较贵,而且有副作用;而用品,如护发素、发膜等,多为化学品,长久使用,有害物质残留于头发表面,对头发和人体都有一定的危害。而养发保健食品安全无毒,无副作用,廉价经济,备受消费者的青睐,因此寻找一种养发保健食品是市场的迫切需求。
关于养发的的保健食品,很多文献和专利都有研究报道,如中国发明专利CN102551050A公开了一种乌发养发芝麻糊,由黑芝麻、燕麦、黑豆、何首乌、桑葚子、黄芪、当归、枸杞子、川穹、女贞子、骨碎补、党参多种原料制成,将原料粉碎,混合均匀,灭菌,分装冲泡得到芝麻糊。原料未经过任何处理,直接粉碎,分装冲泡,未经过蒸煮,难以被人体吸收。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种养发效果显著的养发芝麻糊。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种养发芝麻糊,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻20~40份,糯米15~25份,何首乌35~55份,白砂糖3~7份,食盐1~3份,蜂蜜1~3份,柠檬酸0.3~0.5份。
最佳地,一种养发芝麻糊,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻30份,糯米20份,何首乌45份,白砂糖5份,食盐2份,蜂蜜2份,柠檬酸0.4份。
本发明还提供一种养发芝麻糊的制备方法,制备工艺如下:
(1)将何首乌洗净,破碎,蒸软;
(2)向蒸软的何首乌中加入其重量2~3倍水,煎煮1~2小时,过滤,收集滤液A;
(3)再向何首乌滤渣加入其重量1~2倍水,煎煮1~2小时,过滤,收集滤液B,与滤液A合并,得何首乌滤液;
(4)将芝麻和糯米炒3~5分钟;
((5)将何首乌滤液、炒过的芝麻和糯米、白砂糖、食盐、柠檬酸混合,均质,打成浆液,蒸煮,冷却至30~40℃,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(6)将加入蜂蜜的混合物浓缩,喷雾干燥,冷却,真空包装,制得养发芝麻糊。
优选地,上述均质压力为30-40MPa,时间为10-15min。
养发芝麻糊原料中:
黑芝麻,为胡麻科脂麻的黑色种子,含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分。性味:甘,平。功能主治:补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥,滋润皮肤,乌发养颜。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘,在乌发养颜方面的功效,有口皆碑。
糯米,为禾本科植物稻(糯稻)的种仁,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B及淀粉等。性味:味甘,性温。功能主治:温暖脾胃,补益中气,治消渴溲多,自汗,便泄。
何首乌,为蓼科植物何首乌的块根。性味:苦,甘,涩,性微温。功能主治:补益精血,解毒,截疟,润肠通便。主治血虚头昏目眩,心悸,失眠,肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软,须发早白,耳鸣,遗精,肠燥便秘,久疟体虚,风疹瘙痒,疮痈,瘰疬,痔疮。
蜂蜜,是昆虫蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。性味:味甘,性平。功能主治:调补脾胃,缓急止痛,润肺止咳,润肠通便,润肤生肌,解毒。主治主脘腹虚痛,肺燥咳嗽,肠燥便秘,目赤,口疮,溃疡不敛,风疹瘙痒,水火烫伤,手足(军皮)裂。
本发明养发芝麻糊的食用方法为:每日三次,每次一袋,食用时加入85~100℃水调制糊状即可食用。
相比现有技术,本发明的优点在于:

实施例1
一种养发芝麻糊,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻20份,糯米15份,何首乌55份,白砂糖3份,食盐1份,蜂蜜1份,柠檬酸0.3份。
养发芝麻糊的制备方法:
(1)将何首乌洗净,破碎,放入蒸锅蒸软;
(2)向蒸软的何首乌中加入其重量2倍水,煎煮1小时,过滤,收集滤液A;
(3)再向何首乌滤渣加入其重量1倍水,煎煮1小时,过滤,收集滤液B,与滤液A合并,得何首乌滤液;
(4)将芝麻和糯米放入炒锅中炒5分钟;
(5)将何首乌滤液、炒过的芝麻和糯米、白砂糖、食盐、柠檬酸混合,在30MPa压力下均质15min,打成浆液,蒸煮,冷却至30℃,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(6)将加入蜂蜜的混合物浓缩,喷雾干燥进风口温度为170℃,出风口温度为80℃,冷却,以25g/每袋真空包装,杀菌,制得养发芝麻糊。

一种养发芝麻糊,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻40份,糯米25份,何首乌35份,白砂糖7份,食盐3份,蜂蜜3份,柠檬酸0.5份。
养发芝麻糊的制备方法:
(1)将何首乌洗净,破碎,放入蒸锅蒸软;
(2)向蒸软的何首乌中加入其重量2倍水,煎煮1~2小时,过滤,收集滤液A;
(3)再向何首乌滤渣加入其重量2倍水,煎煮2小时,过滤,收集滤液B,与滤液A合并,得何首乌滤液;
(4)将芝麻和糯米放入炒锅中炒5分钟;
(5)将何首乌滤液、炒过的芝麻和糯米、白砂糖、食盐、柠檬酸混合,在40MPa压力下均质10min,打成浆液,蒸煮,冷却至40℃,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(6)将加入蜂蜜的混合物浓缩,喷雾干燥进风口温度为170℃,出风口温度为80℃,冷却,以25g/每袋真空包装,杀菌,制得养发芝麻糊。
试验例:本发明对养发的临床疗效
1、对象选择
头发枯黄,无光泽,近一年来大量掉发,常烫发致使发质受损枯燥,头发开叉,有少许白发的均可列为临床观察对象。
2、食用及疗程:
食用本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3;
每日三次,每次一袋,食用时加入85~100℃水调制糊状即可食用;
一个月为一个疗程,养发疗程为1~2个疗程。
3、疗效评价:
治愈:头发乌黑柔顺,有光泽,不掉发,不开叉。
有效:头发发质有所改善,但是仍存在问题。
无效:头发没有任何变化。

Claims (4)
1.一种养发芝麻糊,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻20~40份,糯米15~25份,何首乌35~55份,白砂糖3~7份,食盐1~3份,蜂蜜1~3份,柠檬酸0.3~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养发芝麻糊,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:黑芝麻30份,糯米20份,何首乌45份,白砂糖5份,食盐2份,蜂蜜2份,柠檬酸0.4份。
3.一种养发芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)将何首乌洗净,破碎,蒸软;
(2)向蒸软的何首乌中加入其重量2~3倍水,煎煮1~2小时,过滤,收集滤液A;
(3)再向何首乌滤渣加入其重量1~2倍水,煎煮1~2小时,过滤,收集滤液B,与滤液A合并,得何首乌滤液;
(4)将芝麻和糯米炒3~5分钟;
(5)将何首乌滤液、炒过的芝麻和糯米、白砂糖、食盐、柠檬酸混合,均质,打成浆液,蒸煮,冷却至30~40℃,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(6)将加入蜂蜜的混合物浓缩,喷雾干燥,冷却,真空包装,杀菌,制得养发芝麻糊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的养发芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的均质压力为30-40MPa,时间为10-15min。
