本发明公开绿豆饮料及其制作方法。这种绿豆饮料是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:绿豆50~60份、水600~700份、百合20~30份、白果5~15份、土豆10~20份、核桃仁5~15份、蔗糖20~30份、奶粉30~40份。其制作方法包括下述步骤:1)取绿豆、百合、白果、土豆、核桃仁加入水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;2)取所得的混合浆液加入蔗糖、奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到绿豆饮料。本发明绿豆饮料制备方法简单、不含任何化学添加剂、成本低廉、口感美好,是一种老少均宜的健康饮料。

(一)技术领域:
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种绿豆饮料;本发明还涉及这种绿豆饮料的制作方法。
(二)背景技术:
大家平时吃到的谷物粗粮,比如小米、绿豆、高粱、燕麦、荞麦、麦麸以及各种干豆类,如黄豆、绿豆、绿豆、绿豆等,通常都是固态的,如果把谷物做成饮料,由吃谷物变成喝谷物,给人耳目一新的感觉,不仅能保留谷物中对人体健康有益的营养成分,而且消费者还能喝到口感更好,饮用更方便,吸收更容易的饮料。现在市场上出现各种粗粮饮品多是以单一的一种谷物粗粮为原料制成,其口感比较单一,有的饮品甚至含有各种化学添加剂,长期、大量饮用对身体有一定的不良影响。
(三)发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是公开一种不含任何化学添加剂、清心消暑、营养美味的绿豆饮料;本发明还将公开这种绿豆饮料的制作方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明绿豆饮料,是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
绿豆50~60份、水600~700份、百合20~30份、白果5~15份、土豆10~20份、核桃仁5~15份、蔗糖20~30份、奶粉30~40份。
各原料的优选重量配比为:
绿豆52~58份、水620~680份、百合22~28份、白果8~12份、土豆12~18份、核桃仁8~12份、蔗糖22~28份、奶粉32~38份。
各原料的最佳重量配比为:
绿豆55份、水65份、百合25份、白果10份、土豆15份、核桃仁10份、蔗糖25份、奶粉35份。
本发明绿豆饮料的制作方法,包括下述步骤:
1)取50~60重量份绿豆、20~30重量份百合、5~15重量份白果、10~20重量份土豆、5~15重量份核桃仁加入600~700重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入20~30重量份蔗糖、30~40重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到绿豆饮料。
本发明绿豆饮料配方中的各原料的营养成份丰富:绿豆是夏令饮食中的上品,更高的价值是它的药用。盛夏酷暑,人们喝些绿豆粥,甘凉可口,防暑消热。小孩因天热起痱子,用绿豆和鲜荷服用,效果更好,常食绿豆,对高血压、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肾炎有较好的治疗辅助作用。百合除含有蛋白质21.29%、脂肪12.43%、还原糖11.47%、淀粉1.61%,及钙、磷、铁、每百克含1.443毫克维生素B、21.2毫克维生素C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。经常食用白果,可以滋阴养颜抗衰老,扩张微血管,促进血液循环,使人肌肤、面部红润,精神焕发,延年益寿,是老幼皆宜的保健食品和款待国宾上客的特制佳肴。种仁中的黄酮甙、苦内脂对脑血栓、老年性痴呆、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、动脉硬化、脑功能减退等疾病还具有特殊的预防和治疗效果。中医认为马铃薯“性平味甘无毒,能健脾和胃,益气调中,缓急止痛,通利大便。对脾胃虚弱、消化不良、肠胃不和、脘腹作痛、大便不畅的患者效果显著”。现代研究证明,马铃薯对调解消化不良有特效,是胃病和心脏病患者的良药及优质保健品。马铃薯富有营养,是抗衰老的食物之一。据测定,每100克核桃中,含脂肪50~64克,核桃中的脂肪71%为亚油酸,12%为亚麻酸,蛋白质为15~20克,蛋白质亦为优质蛋白,核桃中脂肪和蛋白是大脑最好的营养物质。糖类为10克,以及含有钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、核黄素(维生素B2)、维生素B6、维生素E、胡桃叶醌、磷脂、鞣质等营养物质。这些原料的有效成份相互影响,协同作用,可起到很好的补充人体所需的各种营养成份、强身健体、消暑等功效。而且本发明绿豆饮料制备方法简单、不含任何化学添加剂、成本低廉、口感美好,是一种老少均宜的健康饮料。

下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
1)取50重量份绿豆、20重量份百合、5重量份白果、10重量份土豆、5重量份核桃仁加入600重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入20重量份蔗糖、30重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到绿豆饮料。
实施例2
1)取60重量份绿豆、30重量份百合、15重量份白果、20重量份土豆、15重量份核桃仁加入700重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入30重量份蔗糖、40重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到绿豆饮料。
实施例3
1)取55重量份绿豆、25重量份百合、10重量份白果、15重量份土豆、10重量份核桃仁加入650重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入25重量份蔗糖、35重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到绿豆饮料。

1.一种绿豆饮料,其特征在于是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
绿豆50~60份、水600~700份、百合20~30份、白果5~15份、土豆10~20份、核桃仁5~15份、蔗糖20~30份、奶粉30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿豆饮料,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
绿豆52~58份、水620~680份、百合22~28份、白果8~12份、土豆12~18份、核桃仁8~12份、蔗糖22~28份、奶粉32~38份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绿豆饮料,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
绿豆55份、水65份、百合25份、白果10份、土豆15份、核桃仁10份、蔗糖25份、奶粉35份。
4.绿豆饮料的制作方法,其特征在于它包括下述步骤:
