本发明公开了单行星架大传动比行星变速传动装置,箱体(1)内安装内齿圈(2),行星架(3)通过行星架轴承(10)安装于箱体(1)和箱盖(12)内,双排行星轮(4)通过行星轮轴承(6)和行星轮轴(5)安装行星架(3)内,双排太阳轮(7)通过太阳轮轴(8)和太阳轮轴轴承(9)安装于箱盖(12)和行星架(3)内,连接套(14)与双排太阳轮(7)相连接,换档滑块(15)位于连接套(14)的环形槽(13)中,太阳轮轴轴承(9)和行星架轴承(10)的外端安装轴承端盖(11)。本发明设置双排行星轮和双排太阳轮,双排太阳轮的各排齿轮与双排行星轮的对应齿轮分别啮合实现不同的传动比,由双排行星轮的各排齿轮齿数不同实现更大的传动比。

技术领域
    本发明涉及机械传动技术领域,具体涉及一种单行星架大传动比行星变速传动装置。
背景技术
行星传动因具有结构紧凑、承载力大、传动平稳高效、安装使用方便、寿命长的特点被广泛用于各行业。随着国家节能降耗目标的提出和新技术的不断应用,对机械传动机构的小型化、高承载提出了更高的要求。目前国内市场行星传动装置由于受到结构限制,单级行星传动比不可能做的很大。对于那些需要大传动比、并且需要变速传动的场合,往往需要多级行星传动和另外的换档变速机构的组合形式,使得传动装置结构复杂、体积增加,丧失了行星传动装置的固有特点。
发明内容
    本发明的目的是:提供一种单行星架大传动比行星变速传动装置,该传动装置采用单个行星架,设置双排行星轮和双排太阳轮,双排太阳轮的各排齿轮与双排行星轮的对应齿轮分别啮合实现不同的传动比,实现大传动比和行星变速传动。
本发明的技术解决方案是:在箱体内安装内齿圈,行星架通过行星架轴承安装于箱体和箱盖内,双排行星轮通过行星轮轴承和行星轮轴安装于行星架内,多个双排行星轮沿行星架回转中心均布,双排太阳轮通过太阳轮轴和太阳轮轴轴承安装于箱盖和行星架内,连接套与双排太阳轮相连接,换档滑块位于连接套的环形槽中,太阳轮轴为花键轴,太阳轮轴上的双排太阳轮在换档滑块的推动下沿着轴向滑动,双排太阳轮其中之每排齿轮与双排行星轮的对应齿轮分别啮合,双排行星轮之一排齿轮与内齿圈啮合,太阳轮轴轴承和行星架轴承的外端安装轴承端盖。
其中,所述的双排太阳轮和双排行星轮根据需要设置成为三排及三排以上的多排齿轮结构。
工作时,将太阳轮轴作为输入端,双排太阳轮之各排齿轮分别与双排行星轮的对应排齿轮啮合,双排行星轮之一排齿轮与内齿圈啮合,通过行星架输出;反之,将行星架作为输入端,从太阳轮轴输出。
根据以上的解决方案,该传动装置达到以下的效果:①太阳轮轴上的双排太阳轮在换档滑块的推动下沿着轴向滑动,双排太阳轮其中之每排齿轮与双排行星轮的对应齿轮分别啮合,双排行星轮之一排齿轮与内齿圈啮合,实现可变传动比;②太阳轮和行星轮采用双排或多排结构,将各排齿轮配置成不同齿数,获得比单级行星传动更大的传动比;③双排太阳轮作为换档齿轮位于行星架内部,利用了行星架内的原有空间,使得结构紧凑;③太阳轮轴和行星架均可以作为输入端或输出端,方式灵活。

如图1所示,在箱体1内安装内齿圈2,行星架3通过行星架轴承10安装于箱体1和箱盖12内,双排行星轮4通过行星轮轴承6和行星轮轴5安装于行星架3内,多个双排行星轮4沿行星架3回转中心均布,双排太阳轮7通过太阳轮轴8和太阳轮轴轴承9安装于箱盖12和行星架3内,连接套14与双排太阳轮7相连接,换档滑块15位于连接套14的环形槽13中,太阳轮轴8为花键轴,太阳轮轴8上的双排太阳轮7在换档滑块15的推动下沿着轴向滑动,双排太阳轮7其中之每排齿轮与双排行星轮4的对应齿轮分别啮合,双排行星轮4之一排齿轮与内齿圈2啮合,太阳轮轴轴承9和行星架轴承10的外端安装轴承端盖11。
其中,所述的双排太阳轮7和双排行星轮4根据需要设置成为三排及三排以上的多排齿轮结构。
工作时,将太阳轮轴8作为输入端,双排太阳轮7之各排齿轮分别与双排行星轮4的对应排齿轮啮合,双排行星轮4之一排齿轮与内齿圈2啮合,通过行星架3输出;反之,将行星架3作为输入端,从太阳轮轴8输出。

1.单行星架大传动比行星变速传动装置,其特征是:在箱体(1)内安装内齿圈(2),行星架(3)通过行星架轴承(10)安装于箱体(1)和箱盖(12)内,双排行星轮(4)通过行星轮轴承(6)和行星轮轴(5)安装于行星架(3)内,多个双排行星轮(4)沿行星架(3)回转中心均布,双排太阳轮(7)通过太阳轮轴(8)和太阳轮轴轴承(9)安装于箱盖(12)和行星架(3)内,连接套(14)与双排太阳轮(7)相连接,换档滑块(15)位于连接套(14)的环形槽(13)中,太阳轮轴(8)为花键轴,太阳轮轴(8)上的双排太阳轮(7)在换档滑块(15)的推动下沿着轴向滑动,双排太阳轮(7)其中之每排齿轮与双排行星轮(4)的对应齿轮分别啮合,双排行星轮(4)之一排齿轮与内齿圈(2)啮合,太阳轮轴轴承(9)和行星架轴承(10)的外端安装轴承端盖(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单行星架大传动比行星变速传动装置,其特征是:所述的双排太阳轮(7)和双排行星轮(4)根据需要设置成为三排及三排以上的多排齿轮结构。
