一种养生牛肉汤罐头,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
鲜牛肉100-120、薏仁粉15-25、胡萝卜6-8、猪油3-4、人参2-3、三七1-4、灵芝2-4、枸杞子1-3、黄芪2-3、刺五叶1-2、红景天1-3、番泻叶2-3、百里香2-4、食盐3-5、营养添加剂6-8;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、苹果核粉、玫瑰花粉、菱角粉按2-3:3-5:3-5:3-5的重量比混合组成的。
所述的养生牛肉汤罐头的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参、三七、灵芝、枸杞子、黄芪、刺五叶、红景天、番泻叶、百里香、加入至适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将鲜牛肉切成小方块,洗净沥干后放入锅中干煸,加入猪油后焖煮至锅中基本没有猪油,将牛肉捞出;将胡萝卜洗净切丁;
(3)将薏仁粉、食盐、营养添加剂等剩余成分与提取液一起放入锅中,然后将牛肉、胡萝卜丁也放入其中,加热煮沸,然后换小火焖煮,将牛肉焖烂后停止加热,冷却后用罐头包装,即得。

所述的养生牛肉汤罐头的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参、三七、灵芝、枸杞子、黄芪、刺五叶、红景天、番泻叶、百里香、加入至适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将鲜牛肉切成小方块,洗净沥干后放入锅中干煸,加入猪油后焖煮至锅中基本没有猪油,将牛肉捞出;将胡萝卜洗净切丁;
