技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,更具体地说是一种汽车悬挂拉杆衬套。
背景技术
汽车悬挂拉杆是汽车的主要零部件,为了提高拉杆的使用寿命、减少汽车的震动,现有技术的汽车悬挂拉杆两端一般都设有衬套,现有技术的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套一般有两种,一是纯钢套,二是橡胶衬套,三是钢管橡胶复合衬套,纯钢套减震性能较差,使用寿命较短,维护频率较高,使用成本较大;橡胶衬套虽然具有良好的减震性能,但耐磨性较差,使用寿命较短;钢管橡胶复合衬套具有良好的耐性能和良好的减震性能,但现有技术的钢管橡胶复合衬套钢管与橡胶粘合性较差,使用过程中,钢管与橡胶容易发生脱落,造成衬套的损坏,影响衬套的正常使用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种橡胶套内外结合面上设有咬合条,沿轴线方向对橡胶套有限位约束功能,钢套与橡胶套不容易发生脱落,可有效提高其耐磨性能、疲劳强度,使用寿命较长的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套,其技术方案为:所述的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套由钢套、外咬合层、橡胶套、内咬合层、芯套、内咬合条、外咬合条组成,其特征是钢套设置为钢管形,钢套的内壁设置外咬合层,外咬合层内设置外咬合条,芯套设置为钢管形,芯套的外壁设置内咬合层,内咬合层内设置内咬合条,外咬合层与内咬合层之间设置橡胶套。
本发明所述的钢套,其特征在于钢套的内壁纵截面设置为凹弧形。
本发明所述的芯套,其特征在于芯套的外壁纵截面设置为凸弧形。
本发明所述的内咬合条,其特征在于内咬合条设置为环形,内咬合条沿芯套的轴线方向至少设置3条。
本发明所述的外咬合条,其特征在于外咬合条设置为环形,外咬合条沿钢套的轴线方向至少设置3条。
本发明的有益效果是汽车悬挂拉杆衬套设有内咬合条、外咬合条,沿轴线方向对橡胶套有限位约束功能,钢套与橡胶套不容易发生脱落,可有效提高其耐磨性能、疲劳强度,使用寿命较长。

1.汽车悬挂拉杆衬套,由钢套(1)、外咬合层(2)、橡胶套(3)、内咬合层(4)、芯套(5)、内咬合条(6)、外咬合条(7)组成,其特征是钢套(1)设置为钢管形,钢套(1)的内壁设置外咬合层(2),外咬合层(2)内设置外咬合条(7),芯套(5)设置为钢管形,芯套(5)的外壁设置内咬合层(6),内咬合层(4)内设置内咬合条(6),外咬合层(2)与内咬合层(4)之间设置橡胶套(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套,其特征在于钢套(1)的内壁纵截面设置为凹弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套,其特征在于芯套(5)的外壁纵截面设置为凸弧形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车悬挂拉杆衬套,其特征在于内咬合条(6)设置为环形,内咬合条(6)沿芯套(5)的轴线方向至少设置3条。
