本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、降噪效果佳、装拆维修方便、使用寿命长的弹簧喷丸处理机降噪门。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型包括外板、盖板和耐磨铸钢板，还包括圆筒和内板，在所述圆筒内装有石棉，所述盖板采用短螺钉与外板连接，所述耐磨铸钢板、内板、圆筒、盖板采用长螺钉依次连接。
本实用新型由于在盖板和耐磨铸钢板之间装有内板和圆筒，在圆筒内装有石棉，由于石棉具有良好的隔音性能，故采用这种结构后，可有效消除噪声。本实用新型结构简单，降噪效果佳，装拆维修方便，使用寿命长。
