技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管道中的盲板，更具体地说涉及到用于超高分子量聚乙烯管道系统中的一种新型盲板，属于与超高分子量聚乙烯管道上的法兰固定连接的盲板领域。
背景技术
传统的超高分子量聚乙烯管道上设有法兰；盲板可以通过螺栓和螺母与法兰固定连接在一起；而目前现有的盲板为单层结构，且由单一的超高分子量聚乙烯材料制成，由于材料性质及加工工艺的限制，一般超高分子量聚乙烯盲板壁厚度较薄，故能承受的公称压力也较小。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服以上不足；提供一种有抗外压能力、能够承受的压力大的新型盲板。
一种新型盲板，包括板体，所述板体由外层、内层、中间层组成，所述外层、内层、中间层固定成一体，所述外层为超高分子量聚乙烯层，所述内层为高密度聚乙烯层，所述中间层为钢网。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、由于外层为超高分子量聚乙烯层，所以盲板具有超高分子量聚乙烯的耐磨性能。
2、由于中间层为钢网，所以可以加大本实用新型的强度，本实用新型能够承受的压力大。
3、由于内层为高密度聚乙烯层，从而增加了壁厚，故增强了盲板自身的抗外压能力。
4、延长了使用寿命，降低了盲板在管线工程中的更换次数，因而也降低了管线工程的维修成本。

具体实施方式
一种新型盲板，包括板体，所述板体由外层1、内层3、中间层2组成，所述外层1、内层3、中间层2固定成一体，所述外层1为超高分子量聚乙烯层，所述内层3为高密度聚乙烯层，所述中间层2为钢网，钢网是通过焊接制造成型的。传统的超高分子量聚乙烯管道上设有法兰；本实用新型可以通过螺栓和螺母与法兰固定连接在一起。
本实用新型延长了使用寿命，降低了盲板在管线工程中的更换次数，因而也降低了管线工程的维修成本。
综上所述，本实用新型具有抗外压能力、能延长使用寿命、降低管线工程维修成本，本实用新型的强度大，本实用新型能够承受的压力大。
