为保证球墨铸铁管在水压试验时的密封效果，球墨铸铁管承口和插口使用胶圈作为水压密封圈，承口因端面接触面积相对较大，损耗较小，更换频次低，而插口端接触面积较小，而且在水压试验前通常还要倒角，更容易损伤插口密封胶圈接触面，致使插口密封圈损耗加大，生产过程中更换胶圈频次加大，影响生产速度，加大了胶圈消耗，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种水压试验密封圈，它成本低，耐磨，使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：它包括环形的骨架和密封层，所述的骨架外表面固定有密封层，密封层为麻绳或麻皮。
本实用新型以价格低廉的缠麻密封圈代替昂贵的橡胶密封圈，提高了密封圈的使用寿命，提高了水压检验效率，降低了检验成本。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，它包括环形的骨架2和密封层1，所述的骨架2外表面包附有密封层1，密封层1为麻绳或麻皮。
所述骨架2的材料为金属或橡胶。
所述骨架2和密封层1的密封端面为平面3、凹弧面4或凹“V”型槽面5。
根据不同公称直径的球墨铸铁管选用相应的骨架2，购置麻绳或麻皮，将骨架2全部缠绕一周，保持平整顺滑自然过渡，无缺漏，之后全部浸没于清水中，泡24小时，在插口密封圈麻绳损坏后立即更换。将替换下来的钢圈残余物清除，重新缠绕麻绳即可重复使用。
